Unable to print emails because of popups blockers

When I try to print emails, I have a message "Unable to print no doubt caused by popup blocker, try again" but still cannot print. How can I get rid of this?

Ian,

When you want to print, what happens when you press on and hold the Ctrl key? By pressing the Ctrl will usually allow the popup which would be blocked, to happen.

Press in and hold the Ctrl key, then click on your was to print.

  • printer officejet 4650: unable to print emails

    When I tried to print emails yahoo, gmail and smartermail, the message asked me to 'save' and I can't find the button to print. Help, please. Thank you.

    Hi @WilliamLi,

    Thank you for joining the Forums of HP Support!

    I noticed that you are unable to print from your email to your HP Officejet 4650 printer accounts. I'd be happy to help you and don't forget to come back to this thread and check "Accept as Solution", if I have successfully helped solve you the problem. If you want to say 'Thank you' to my effort to help, click on the "thumbs up" to give me a Kudos.

    Gmail, Yahoo, and SmarterMail are web-based email clients which means that they are using a Web browser.

    It seems that the printer is not selected in the print dialog box. Please ensure that you select your printer. Otherwise, it could use a PDF or Microsoft OneNote Driver, printer etc.

    Are you able to print from MS Word, Notepad, or WordPad?

    In the meantime, I would reset the settings of your browser to see if that solves the problem.

    Reset the settings of your Internet Explorer browser

    1. Close all Internet Explorer Windows or Explorer Windows that are currently open.

    2. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.

    3. Click Tools and then click Internet Options.

    4. Click on the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.

    5. Select the check box delete personal settings if you want to delete the browsing history, search providers, accelerators, home pages, and InPrivate filtering data.

    6. In the reset Internet Explorer settings dialog, click Reset.

    7. When Internet Explorer finishes restoring the settings, click Close, and then click OK.

    8. Close Internet Explorer.

    After a recent windows update that I can't print emails from Windows Mail. All I get is a Script error. The printer works fine otherwise. I copy and paste the email address in order to print it. All solutions?

    You can print from IE?  WinMail uses the Internet Explorer print engine.  It is OE, but it might be useful in your situation, in any case: www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#12

    Thanks for any help you can give me.

    My problem is quite similar.  When I hit print to print an E-mail, rather than print all Email, electronic mail is printed with a lot of code, that is, the enamel is inserted into the code.

    How can I stop this?

    HTML code can be printed instead of the Web Page or a Message

    When you say 'cannot send/print"what do you mean? Are there any error messages? The print dialog appears? Nothing shows up in the print queue of the printer? What looks like your preview before printing?

    How many messages do you have tried printing from Thunderbird? Is that all the messages that does not print?

    Have you tried simple troubleshooting steps, such as restarting your computer or printing from Thunderbird using Thunderbird-safe (NOT Windows safe mode)? If this isn't the case, please try these two steps.

  • Since last week, I was unable to print emails.

    I printed out my Turbo tax forms a week or two ago, but cannot print any tax Turbo sent from. I also no longer print e-mails at all.

    There was a printing Bug in 4.0b12, fixed in the next version 4.0RC, but this bug did not affect the ability to print, or lack of it - only the spacing between the letters of the text.

  • print email

    I have a new samsung Galaxy note 10.1 I've set up eprint I can print photos & from the web, but I am unable to print an email...?

    If you have a printer of HP ePrint for her email address, just do what I do!

    1. set up a new contact named "printer."

    2. give him the e-mail address of your printer.

    3 send the email that you want to print "printer."    Fact!

    If you feel inclined to pay for a great print program, take a look at PrintHand or PrinterShare.  The two cost $13, but can print anything!

    I use PrintHand to display both my wifi printer and my new Officejet 150 Bluetooth mobile printer!  :-)

  • Unable to send emails with photos. Msg text is received, but pictures are encrypted. Help, please.

    Whenever I have send email with attachments of photo or photo the receiver responds that, although they could read the text, they were unable to see the photos. It happened all of a sudden for a few days ago. So I'm unable to send postcards because they received are encrypted. Please help - thanks.

    You use Outlook?  If you do not use the RTF format, as then the recipients cannot read your images and attachments.  Either use plain text or HTML format in Outlook messages, but not in the RTF format.

  • Cannot add printer Email Addess is not reconised?

    I have a Photosmart aio eprinter (B210a), who has worked previously via email address, it's now does not work.

    The printer works great as a wireless printer with local wireless network devices.

    I have already setup the printer using management system online to HP printer, which worked great, but now shows ALL installed printers.

    I tried to ADD a printer, but the online system says that the code of the printer is invalid.

    It is said that I should use the printer email address, I checked on the printer itself. But it is not recognized.

    Previously, I managed all rights of access, printer queues screws etc. the system online so is possible to get that back?

    Thanks much for any help you can give me

    Dave, is the issue that you are experiencing ePrintCenter involving? If Yes, then there are measures we can take to address what is happening, I need to be sure that we are both on the same page.

    We need to disable Web Services of your printer, and unfortunately because they have become separated, you will lose the original e-mail that you have assigned to your printer.

    Success icon ePrint in the upper left corner of the printer that looks like this: .

    In this menu select the option 'Delete Web services' and follow through. Then, return to the menu ePrint and reactivate web services. This should allow your printer to print a new code which you can then take our ePrintCenter website and register your printer.

    I hope this helps.

  • Photosmart D5160 with Windows 7; Unable to print on CD/DVD

    I installed my Photosmart D5160 on my new HPE180t.  I used the "HP Photosmart and Deskjet full feature software and drivers" for Windows 7 64-bit.  Before, with Windows XP and HP Photosmart first, I was able to print on a CD/DVD.  Now, HP Photosmart Essential replaced HP Photosmart first, and I'm unable to print on CD/DVD.

    This same question was also documented on this forum, but no resolution found: http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-All-in-One-Install-and/Photosmart-D5160/m-p/154007/highlight/tr...

    I chatted with HP Technical Support online and they had me install Roxio Express Labeler for Windows Vista and run it in compatibility mode.  The result was that I was able to print on a CD/DVD, but the image has been moved to the top.  HP technical support said that I should buy a third-party CD/DVD printing software and they suggested call me Nero to determine what software to use.

    My questions:

    1. is this a known problem, the fact that the D5160 impossible to print on CD/DVD with Photosmart Essential and Windows 7?

    2. If someone has had this problem, what do you do to solve the problem?

    3. Another option would be to buy a new HP printer that prints on CD/DVD?  If so, what printer?

    Thank you very much

    Angela

    ``````````````````````````````````````````
    old computer: HP Pavilion PU131AV / a1050y, Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.20 GHz, 2 GB RAM, Windows XP MCE, SP3 32-bit, Nvidia GeForce 6600
    new computer: HPE-180 t, Windows 7 Pro (64 bit), Nvidia GeForce GT 220, Intel Core i7 - 930 quad-core CPU @ 2.80 GHz, 8 GB of RAM
    That's what I did to solve my problem:
    1. buy a HP Photosmart D7560 h
    2 use Windows Photo Viewer to print on CD/DVD
    Note 1: The only way to buy the HP Photosmart D7560 h through HP's through its "upgrade" program, because this printer is no longer available via the HP shopping site.  Do NOT buy the D7560 h through the 'upgrade' of HP program because you will receive a refurbished printer.  After talking with the resolution of HP service, they advised me to buy this printer to a retailer who sells this printer yet.  I bought my new HP Photosmart D7560 h from newegg.com.
    Note 2: This printer (D7560 h) also uses the HP Photosmart Essential 3.5 when you use Windows 7, like the HP D5160.  When I installed the EP 3.5 and only had a printer is installed (as opposed to a printer and scanner HP), the 3.5 HP allow for printing on CD/DVD via the HP Solution Center.  The problem (not being able to print on CD/DVD via PE 3.5) occurred when I plugged in and installed my HP Scanjet G4050 scanner, which also uses the HP Solution Center.
    Note 3: I believe tha the D5160 could work with Windows 7.  It may be able to print on a CD/DVD, if you do not have an another printer/scanner HP device installed on your computer.  It may be able to print on a CD/DVD using the Windows Photo Viewer.
    Note 4: To replace the cartridges of 5 ink (XL) on the HP Photosmart D7560 h, it costs a total of $115.
    Let me know if you have any other questions.  Bottom line... I am able to print on CD/DVD with the D7560 h on Windows 7 operating system but I don't have to use the Photo of Windows display program.
    Take care
