  1. turn on and outside iMessage

  2 reset the network settings

  3 reset all settings

  More recently, reset all settings fixed things. Kind of a pain because you have to fix your wallpaper and change a number of return parameters, but it tends to work pretty well if all else fails. Certainly better than the restoration and the establishment of a phone as new, which is the next step if reset all settings does not help.

  I have problems with my login Factime/imessage on macbook 10.11.6. I did all the appleid checking online and my facetime/imessage works perfectly on my iphone. I deleted all the antiviruses MacBook and restarted my macbook several times. But I'm still not able to connect on facetime/imessage.

  I read all the answers about this but, the answers were not at all useful. So, I need a good answer that actually solved my problem.

  NOTE: I've contacted apple support and the representative I talked to tried to fix my problem, but she was not able to solve the problem. So she set up an appointment with high technology for the next day. I was higher with tech phone and he told me to run something that was sent to my email, but my macbook took forever to fill that run. So give up on that as well.

  Now, I'm looking for the answer that in fact the problem will be solved.
