  If you see the lock of Activation screen after update your iOS device, you want to try the following:

  recently I installed upgrading iOS version 9.3.5.

  I'm not sure about this, but I think that since then, then my troubles with sound began. It works fine when I use a headset. However when I log off and turn on the radio or try to listen to music it doesn't work until I plug the headphones back in and out. Then everything works fine.
