  Follow the suggestions below for a possible solution:

  Method 1: I suggest you to check if the Security Center service is set to automatic and started and change accordingly. To do this follow the steps below:

  a. click Start.

  b. in the Start search box, type services.msc and press enter.

  (c) in the services window, do scroll down to Security Center.

  d. right-click on it and click Properties.

  e. check if the Startup type is set to Automatic, otherwise set it to automatic.

  f. click on the Start button, this will start the Security Center service.

  g. click apply and Ok.

  Check if you can enable the Security Center.

  Method 2: If the problem persists, you have other security software installed on the computer, also try to temporarily disable third-party security software and try to check if you can enable the Security Center. If you are able to start, you can contact the manufacturer of security software and check if you need to change the settings. Later, re-enable the security software.

  Note: Make sure that you activate the software antivirus and other security programs.

  Warning: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software.   I wear my android app to BB10 is vased location services. So when I disable location services in android it gives me the error message like this: "the phone GPS must be enabled" and likewise I turn off location services in BB10 it gives me the error message like: "lead-time of the GPS position.

  So, what is in question in the present?

  The problem is that the Android location provider enabled / disabled does not match the OS Settings.  So if it enabled in Android, but disabled in the operating system, Android assume should be able to access these data.  It can not.

  This is a bug / control setting that activating / disabling the setting is not turn the Android operating system.

  Edit: The development team knows about this problem and a solution is being developed for a future version.

• Cannot turn off the location Services on the new iPhone

  For some reason, there is no way to disable the location Services on new iPhone 6 s daughter. We have switched/updated sound from an old iPhone 5, but were sure disable settings find my phone/Find My Friends. In addition, iPhone 5 has been wiped clean. However, location Services are unable to be activated off the coast on the new iPhone... the toggle switch is "grayed out". Even in circles iCloud, even in the General settings.

  I understand that you can't change the setting of location Services on iPhone again your daughter 6 s.  It looks like may have restored the old iPhone backup and restrictions are activate that prevent changes to certain characteristics.  You can check by going to settings > general > Restrictions and see if they are enabled.  You can then temporarily disable restrictions you can change this setting.  Take a look at the article below for more information.

  I seldome use features wireless to my pc before, but now that I have the wireless router I frequelty use it. Usually, I turn on the wireless switch and turned off to save the battery. I noticed every time I turn on the radio, after a few minutes, that an error message is displayed:

  then, under network connections in the network and sharing window - see if you have a bluetooth adapter that is listed.  If you do not use bluetooth, you can turn it off or you should be able to set it up properly.

  If fails it then in Control Panel, under administrative tools, Services - locate service BTtray and disable it.

  I try to activate reminders of location based in ios10 on my iphone 6s, but when I go into settings-> privacy-> location enabling services I don't see recalls on the list of applications.  Location service is activated and I changed my sync reminder to iCloud only (rather than Exchange), but it is yet to appear.

  When I go into settings-> privacy-> reminders, all I see is gray text saying "The apps that have requested access to your reminders will appear here."  No other option.

  Someone has ideas of how I can receive reminders to appear on my list of location-based services application so I can enable location based reminders?  Thank you!

  Thank you for using communities of Apple Support. It is my understanding reminders is no longer an option of location service after update to iOS 10. I often use the location based reminders, I can certainly understand your concern. I'm happy to help you to get this resolved with you.

  First of all, I recommend you reboot the phone. This can solve many unexpected behaviours. Follow the steps below to restart.

  1. Press and hold the sleep/wake button until the Red slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider to turn off your device completely off.
  3. Once the device turns off, press and hold the sleep/wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

  Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  If the problem persists, reset location Services by going to settings > general > reset > reset card and privacy. Once this is done apps will be stop using your location until approval is granted.

• iPad Mini location Service no longer works

  Last month, I've updated my Mini iPad for iOS 7.1 to 9.3.2 just to play PokeGO (the first time after 2 1/2 years of use without updating my iPad). After the update, the location of Services/GPS works fine on Apple and Google Maps maps with no signs of problems, I could even enter the game PokeGO (even if the game is buggy mess from the start).

  But one day when 9.3.3 update went live, he always ask me to update my iPad, but when I tried to open all cards, the location of GPS and Services no longer works.   To add more, the latest firmware MUST be installed to maintain connectivity of the web services.

  Click on the configuration icon and select Tools, then print a printer status report.

  Locate the firmware listed, if it is a value lower than ELM1CN1607AR (see "BOLD" kinds) you will be required to update the firmware.

  Unfortunately, a Mac OS firmware update utility is not currently available, so you must use a Windows PC to update the printer:

  When I go to the Maps app and click on the current location, I get the message "cards cannot locate current position." Also when I drag the local weather on the notification bar is not find local weather conditions.

  I have this problem too, but in my case if I returned to Yosemite the problem is solve, there must be something in El Capitan.

  Are you running MSE or other antivirus/security programs stop Windows Defender running?
