    Hi Dirk,

Sorry for the inconvenience. Due to the current limit of memory size of iPads, mix PS decided to support only less than 20 mega pixels images.

Let me know if you have other questions about the size of the image. Thank you very much for your support mix PS.

  • Ipad black screen after updating ios 9.2 2 mini

    Hi all

My mini ipad 2 was somewhere in the update to ios 9.2 and when I tried to unlock it, it did not.

I got a black screen, I thought that maybe battery or something.

After the cable, I hear the sound of connect 'dived', so he is still alive.

Then every 5-10 seconds who even connect sound repeats.

    So I tried the following:

-Home and power button, connect to itunes-> restore

-Home and power button, connect to itunes-> update

-Home and power button, connect to itunes->-> tried restoring back to 9.1-> causes error 3194

So, I tried all of the obvious ways to get the ipad back alive again, but I still have a black screen and the sound of connection.

    What to do?

  • Update iOS 9 bricks ipad 2

First of all, I would like to point out the ridiculousness of the problems created by this update, I'm sure that many others have already pointed out.

Then, the context: my mom owns an iPad 2. Recently the apps refused to work because the latest version of iOS has not been installed. She was operating on v5.blah.blah.blah which I will admit is very old and sad, but regardless, I tried the update only to receive an "unknown error (9). The iPad is now brick. iTunes has wanted to do a factory restore to solve the problem, so restoration was begun only to again receive an another "unknown error (9). Now, the iPad is stuck on one of the two screens. 1. an Apple gray with a crack of the lower left diagonal moving upward to the right. 2. the classic connect to iTunes screen. iPad will not allow me into recovery (in the iPad itself, no iTunes) mode or using the key combination to do a forced factory reset. It acts as if it will work and then the screen flashes all colors of the artifact (lines) through the screen for like 200ms and then it turns off. If I connect to iTunes and try to do an update or a recovery/reset to factory default, I get the same 'unknown error (9). I've exhausted all the options, maybe not visited all the forums, but enough to see that I have a unique experience (surprisingly) with iOS 9. Pretty disappointing to have a quality premium instead of an iPad Clipboard.

Any ideas or suggestions, I'll take. Just please read the whole story... I don't want stupid responses ' is it plugged? "," is it lit? "," have you tried to plug into iTunes and do an etc...? I've tried another 3 times today do a factory reset on the side of device and iTunes and an update directly. Next step is to go to an apple store and get help, which will probably result in the typical "nevermind, buy a new" response. T_T

Your last option is the best. Is it to be repaired. It may have reached the end of its service life.

    See you soon

  • Closing and switching apps iOS on IPad Mini 4 10

I just upgraded 10 IOS on my IPad Mini 4 and I can find a way to close or switch to the applications that are running in the background.  When I double tap on the Home button, it just put me back to the homescreen of IOS 10.  I no longer see the applications that are running on my IPad.  I can't switch between apps or apps close apps.  My Home button seems to work for everything, but not with their closing or switching applications.

How can I get that back with the Home button?

According to iOS 10 User Guide that he must always behave in this way:

    Switch between applications

You can easily switch between the applications you use.

See open applications. Double-click the Home button to bring up your open applications in the app switcher. Swipe left or right to find out more. To switch to another app, tap it.

    https://help.Apple.com/iPhone/10/#/iph1a1f981ad

    Try this:

Hold down these keys at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears: a) the sleep/wake button and the low Volume button (7 iPhone iPhone 7 and more) or b) the sleep/wake button and the Home button (all other models)

If that doesn't help, try a system restore. First save your device via iTunes. Also import your photos on your computer and copy all the data if possible. Reconstruction of the support first test and test. If this does not help, you may need to restore as a new and reconfigure from scratch as the backup may be damaged. It is important to have your photos and your saved data separately from the backup. Here are the steps for a restoration:

  • 9 brick iOS update my iPad Mini

I have an iPad Mini 1st generation 64 GB WiFi model, which is stuck in a boot loop. It worked very well with iOS 8.4.1 build 12: 321. I upgraded to iOS9.2 build 13 c 75, but many of my applications were not charged despite having used iTunes with a local backup/restore my MacBookPro (mid 2010 13 "El Capitan running). I then tried to restart the device and decided to do a complete restore of the system via iTunes. While I was doing my system recovery/restore when downloading the iOS that my connection from Time Warner Cable is out for me (as it has particular fact for a lot of people in my area at this time as ISP). My iPad is now stuck in a loop of starting up with the Apple logo showing and then it restarts. I get the iTunes error 4005 and have tried all the things listed on the support page for this error, but also to take it to my local Genius Bar. I am still convinced that this error is entirely software related and because of recent changes with how Apple sign their iOS IPSW to install the OS on their devices.

Apple support, if you read this answer please with a time table for when you create a way for which authorized users can re-sign borked iOS devices and get them running again so they are not left with a brick or a $ $ "repair" which is actually a replacement $100. Also, feel free to send me an email if you want to discuss this issue separately. I understand that privacy and security are involved in it so I want to respect that you can and it will solve as needed even if it is in a public forum).

Yet once again, I assure you that this error is by no fault of mine and am fairly certain that the problem lies in the iCloud of Apple and/or Apple authentication for devices processes. I can't be the only one dealing with this issue, and I would be interested to see if others on this community have similar problems. Please post here if you do, because I think that most messages will help Apple to understand how many people need a real resolution of this issue.

Apple, this can only arise under a problem while iOS updates roll faster and the update is practically necessary. (I have an iPhone 6 and 3 both Mini iPad and I leave them on iOS 9.2 instead of iOS 9.2.1 hoping to find a solution to this particular problem). Update alerts come to me at least every day. I continue to say no, and you're getting pretty annoying. I would like to know that there is a little more stability in environments before upgrading.

Apple support do not go to see this and to provide you with anything whatsoever. I have a Mini 16 GB iPad, who owns the iOS 9.2.1. The issue that caused your boot loop isn't the iOS, but internet disruption admitted that you had. What happened when you brought the device to your Genius Bar appointment? Apple has not any changes to the way they sign their updates to iOS, what would make you think that?

To be honest, I don't expect the iPad Mini (1st generation) for more updates, but this is my opinion. While mine is a few problems with multitasking, I hope it's because the processor and the most recent iOS. There comes a point difficult to manipulate this need for the processor. If you haven't tried, you should put the device into Recovery Mode and to update. If you cannot update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

I've updated to the latest version of the software iOS overnight last night and now I can't access email on my iPad mini or Safari. When I go into settings, a notice is displayed under the general rubric that there is 1 available software update, but when I click on the link for the software update, it runs just endlessly. I am not able to connect to the WiFi (nothing happens when I click on the WiFi button). Did not have this kind of problem before. Thanks for any idea.

    Hello

Try a reboot press & hold the power button / stop & menu button

Hold the two for up to 30 seconds until you see the apple logo.

Then try update on your WiFi

    See you soon
