undefined Inspector Web port

I tested my webworks on alpha dev app.  using bbwp with the - d option, but when I start my app on the dev alpha, instead of getting a : for me to use, I : undefined.  I'm doing something wrong?  Has anyone encounter the same problem before?

As a suggestion, moreover, he could not bad to upgrade to the latest version of OS developer Alpha Dev:

https://developer.BlackBerry.com/blackberry10devalpha/

This requires the download of an update for Desktop Manager, with drivers updated to the device so that might have something to do with what is now considered. It is a light in the water, but it might be interesting to try.

I have developed on the beta OS2.0 playbooks and had no problem with the help of the web Inspector on the playbook.  I've recently downgraded in OS1.0.8.6067 and have found that I can not access any application remotely.

I find that when I try to load the debugger page it shows this:

    • Open...

and when I select open I get:

I use the "-d" tag when compiling and I use chrome to access.  Is there a problem with OS1.0.8 or it's me the cause?  I got in some cases the first page to say "AppName" (which is the name of the application), but it always brings me to the web Inspector broken even.

There is a problem with the latest versions of chrome, that they have changed their implementation of web sockets, which makes them incompatible with those used in our remote web Inspector. Youy can try in a different webkit browser?

  • App Web Inspector difficulties Webworks help

    Hello!

First of all, I would like to say that I am a new developer that started after hearing about promoting free playbook (thanks for this RIM btw).

My problem is the following. I developed my application entirely using textpad, chrome and using a token of debugging to test my application on a playbook before submitting the app world. Now, I'm working on the optimization of the app as much as possible improve the performance.

I've read the tutorials on how to daydream web Inspector and I did the following:

1 permit web Inspector in the privacy settings for the browser Tablet (does not close the browser, just reduced)

2 packed app using the following command:

    bbwp "c:\app3.zip" -d -o "c:\packagedApps\"

    3. it installed on my playbook by the following:

    blackberry-deploy -installApp -password -device 192.168.1.138 -package c:\packagedApps\app3.bar

    4. with the browser still open in the background, I launched my freshly installed app

    5. open google chrome 192.168.1.138:1337

at this point, I see two balls and that's all. Inspector Web seem to work fine when I run a Web page in the browser of the playbook. In this case, I saw the title of the Web page in chrome and another bullet below empty (which I can not click on).

I'm doing something wrong? I thought that web Inspector was supposed to display the IP address in my application while it is running (but this is not either).

Anyone have any ideas? I share my experience with my colleagues at work tomorrow and I'd like to be able to demonstrate this ability.

    Thank you!

When debugging is enabled, the ports are open from 1337. If you build an application with WebInspector debugging and run, WebInspector will open at 13:37. However, if you have the browser open with WebInspector also good running, then your application will be in 1338, or vice versa depending on when you start each. The links in the list refer to your application of title in its html file, or to the title of the Web page in the browser.

    Web Inspector really works?

In the web browser, web Inspector open port and I can connect with the pc browser to it. I saw the title of the web page opened in the bb browser, but when I click it, I don't see the web Inspector. I see only a white page with a search box and two buttons to the web inspector at the bottom of the page. I click on it but nothing happens.

With webwork, a compilation of my apps with option d application, I install on my device bb9900, and when I click on the app icon it seems the webwork loading img and the alert message with the IP address and PORT of the web Inspector. The app do not continue, and if I connect to the web inspector from the pc web browser, I see the name of the application on the first page and the white with the search box screen when I click it.

  • Manager profile - can I change the Port?

    Dear community,

I have a little problem. A customer uses an OSX Server (to El Capitan. 10.11.2 + Server Version 5.0.15).

The problem is, there is an Exchange Server that uses Port 443, so I can't use this port.

My first test was a Port Forwarding of incoming: 8443 to macserver:443. I can reach the server, but when I log in, then it redirects me to the default 443 ssl port.

I have checked the ssl httpd configuration, took a look in other apache-configs... changed ports 443 to 8443... but without success...

How do you do that? Someone had the same problem?

    Thanks in advance

No you can not change the ports using the Profile Manager. Even if you could change the ports at the end of the Profile Manager server, you have absolutely no chance of being able to change the equivalent settings built into iOS etc devices.

Having two or more public IP addresses different so that the Exchange Server can have its own without conflict with the Profile Manager is an option that most of the larger organizations would use.

It maybe by using a reverse proxy server could also be an option. The reverse proxy server would transmit 443 traffic to any server, it is by looking at the URL, for example exchange.domain.com:443 gets sent to this server and the mdm.domain.com:443 is passed to the other.

NGINX is the main reverse proxy server software.

PS. If it is not possible to overturn or transmit proxies the other ports used for profile, i.e. the NPP ports Manager, it is possible to reverse proxy standard web ports 80 and 443.

  • Direct specific ports down a VPN L2L

I have a client who is trying to use an ISP hosted web filtering and content management a gateway, the ISP wants to use and L2L ISPEC VPN on site at their front door to control the traffic. Today we have the tunnel with an ACL test for peripheral test side customer down the tunnel, but that it blocks all traffic that is not being analyzed. The problem is that they are on an ASA 5510 with 8.2.2. You cannot add ports tcp in the ACL sheep, it error when you try to apply the nat 0 access-list statement sheep (inside). We can define the ports to go down the VPN traffic interesting ACL with number, but there is no way to send just the web ports down the VPN and allow the other ports on regular overflow interface NAT I was look in 8.4 and see if it allows a policy NAT (twice the NAT for virtual private networks) to set a port to a range of IPS (IE (: nat static destination WEBINSPECT-WEBINSPECT (indoor, outdoor) static source a whole) but who only define as web ports.

I do not have an ASA test to use, but I guess that vpn l2l will be only by IP and I can not define a port tunnel.

In any case, it is a strange, but the ideas are welcome. I don't think it's possible, but I thought I'd see if anyone encountered at the front.

    Hello

Well to give you a simple example where we use the double NAT / manual transmission NAT to handle traffic

For example a configuration example I just did on my 8.4 (5) ASA

    The following configuration will

    • Set the 'object' that contains the source network for NAT
    • Set the 'object' that contains the service for NAT
    • Define the real NAT

The real NAT is going to make any connection from the network under 'Wireless' network object to the destination port TCP/80 will be sent 'WAN' interface without NAT

Of course it is the next step with VPN L2L network under 'network wireless of the object' would correspond to the ACL of VPN L2L. But that seemed straight forward for you already

    the subject wireless network

    10.0.255.0 subnet 255.255.255.0

    service object WWW

    Service tcp destination eq www

NAT (WLAN, WAN) static source without WIRE WIRELESS WWW WWW service

    The following configuration will

    • Define the "object-group", that defines networks of the source of the rule by default PAT for Internet traffic
    • Set the 'object' for the PAT address (could just use 'interface' instead of the 'object')
    • Define the real NAT

The NAT configuration will just make a rule by default PAT for the wireless network. The key thing to note here is that we use the setting "auto after." This basically inserts the NAT rule to the priority of the very bottom of the ASA.

    object-group, network WIRELESS-network

    object-network 10.0.255.0 255.255.255.0

network of the PAT object - 1.1.1.1

    host 1.1.1.1

NAT (WLAN, WAN) after the automatic termination of wireless - NETWORK PAT dynamic source - 1.1.1.1

Now we can use the command "packet - trace" to confirm that the NAT works as expected.

As you can see traffic TCP/80 corresponds to rule on the other. And the FTP used for example corresponds to rule by default PAT as expected.

  • How to change the http port in EBS 12.1.3

    Hi all.

I configured App & DB to use the port 9 pool during cloning.

For some reasones, I need to change the port http request 8008 to 8,000, but DB port must remain 1529.

If I may continue the document: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocContentDisplay?id=760590.1 ? My version of the EBS is 12.1.3.

So I need only change my CONTEXT.xml lines (as in the example below) and run the automatic configuration on the Application layer? :

    < web_port oa_var = "s_webport" oa_type = "PORT" base = "8000" step = range "1" = "-1" label = "Web listening Port" > 8000 < / web_port >

Is there a file that contains all the information related.

    Hi, Germain,.

You will find ports listening in different configuration files (like * .conf, * .properties,... etc), but the main source of these files is the context files.

  • Inspect dashboard fails to find a target

I all connected my android device and loaded the web application, but weinre is unable to connect - the title says target not connected. If I inspect the weinre window there are errors in the console:

Eception TypeError: Can't call method 'push' of undefined inspector.js:57

I tried to clear the cache of Chrome and inspect the dashboard app but it did not help. In addition, this file (Popover.js) does very well in Chrome. What can be the problem?

    Mac OS X 10.7.5, Chrome 29.0.1547.76, 4.3 Android on Nexus 4

Thanks for your reply. The problem was with the AdBlock Plus extension. After this weinre has been able to connect and to present to the Inspector. Apparently, the Popover.js is a name of current file used by advertising executives.

  • HTML editor?

What is software made by apple, I can use to write the HTML?

    Hello ExpolsiveCow,

Apple has no HTML editors elements. There are many 3rd party publishers. Simply choose the one you like the best.

  • Click on the button "display remote content" content remote does not show. If I go back to e-mail even later "display remote content" is not on the page.

The "issue" essentially lines the problem.
No distance shows content when the user clicks on the button "view remote content. Once it has been clicked on a specific email, if I go back to the same email, the button "display remote content" is not on the e-mail page and no remote content shows again in the body of the email.
I use an updated version (24.4.0) of Thunderbird.

The problem is often caused by anti programs anti-virus and other security software blocking Thunderbird to get the remote images. The GET for images using a web port usually and some security software not see Thunderbird as a browser and block access.

  • Impossible to debug UIWebview with Safari 9.1

In the setting of safari Simulator are as follows. Inspector Web is running, JavaScript is activated. Website fraud warning is DISABLED. In Safari for Mac menu develop appear, the entrance of Simulator appear when the Simulator was launched but only show JSContext. The UIWebview embedded in our application does not appear in the submenu of the Simulator. All the web pages in safari iOS does not appear as well. Is there a setting that I missed? It worked before the upgrade to 10.11.4

    Hello ahuang105,

If you are a developer, you cannot act as a user.

This means that you need to test the Apple software throughout each cycle of beta. You need to do this test on a complete ecosystem "burner" - iOS devices, Mac, Apple ID dedicated to the beta test. Along the way, so something that you develop breaks in all of this, you will be able to report a bug to Apple and to develop an alternative solution in case Apple releases with the bug.

In the same time, another complete ecosystem production - Apple ID, Mac and iOS devices all dedicated development of production - needs to stay on the most recent version has no crippling bugs. For El Capitan, your guess is as good as mine what build that can be. 10.11.3 I guess.

For now, I suggest to ask in the developer forums if this bug in particular is fixed in 10.11.5. I have seen engineers Apple recommends this build for Simulator in 10.11.4 problems.

  • TCP reference is lost

I'm asumption that the shift register remembers the last value. My shift register isn't passing reference to service TCP TCP. I think it's to do with the installation of the property. Can sombody help the VI does not have a valid connection.

In your example - you must connect the Port to be a port number valid (non-zero) and the IP address of the device that you connect to.

I tried to connect to a Server Web (port 80) on my PC (localhost) and it is without error.

You need to see where the error is actually generated - this is from the first call that opens the port.

Your shift register will hold very well the TCP reference. As an aside, it is more common to use a while loop with a true cable at the break only one condition loop to "functional globals ' / 'FGVs' / 'action engines" - Although it is functionally identical to your code.

  • WVC80N - no e-mail, despite all the previous advice of this forum

    Hi all

Like many on this forum, my WVC80N will not send notifications by e-mail.  I tried every piece of advice I can find and do always no chance – are there options on the left, or do I just a lemon?  Here's my current situation:

-On the motion, reading the newspaper: SMTP: cannot send E-mail to "[email protected]".

    -Email test fails as well

-Camera is visible on the web as well to the local ip address of 10.0.1.x and on the Internet via my dyndns address.  It broadcasts the video very well and detects a movement very well according to its newspapers.

-Camera is assigned static IP address of 10.0.1.6, the camera and the router.

    -Firmware is v1.0.01 build 00

-My router (time capsule from Apple) transferred successfully to the camera port.  I gave on port 80, as well as the "alternate" web port of 1024 and also submit the Protocol RTSP port 554 and 500.  I even sent port 25 just to see if it would help.

-I'm 100% sure that my mail server credentials are correct, the my ISP SMTP server to accept traffic on port 25, and that it requires NO SSL.  I am able to send mail from my mail client using the exact same credentials of the same Internet connection.

    -J' rebooted it many times

-Camera is on my wifi network, but fully functional except this problem of e-mail.

-DNS server is configured for the IP address of my router, but also I tried of it affecting the google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as well, the public DNS servers.

    -TZO DDNS is disabled

    -UPnP is disabled

    -RTSP multicast is disabled

Then... Yes.  It seems that I've covered all the bases I can find it and still no dice.  Is there anything I've forgotten?  Otherwise, looks like I'll replace the cursed thing.

    Thank you!

    -David

You can try the service of OMR of TZO, or another SMTP relay service.  TZO will give you a short free trial of this service and that has worked for me since my local ISP blocks port 25 outgoing.  I did use port 2525 and TZO SEO service and when he sends an email he sends to TZO through port 2525 and then TZO sends mail.

Try it, it seems to fix most of the problems with email alerts have failed because of the ISP or port block issues
