  I loved tab 'Fox '. A click and go on a site added you to 'top sites' before. The update 5.0, this feature is no longer available. It was a disappointment. There is a similar feature "add on" that is, as tab 'Fox' compatible with 5.0. If yes I would like to know about it. Or better yet... make it usable with Firefox 5.0 ' Fox' tab if upgrades cancel features previously downloaded that work really... What's the point?

  -What is the fundamental difference from the layman's point of view (for example, a Manager)?

  -What training options are available for a generic 11g DBA to learn this new technology? I've seen this course from a partner of Oracle ("" courses: Oracle 11 g: RAC and Grid Infrastructure Administration accelerated Release 2 ""), to a boat load of money, during 5 days I think. So we are looking for something a bit more reasonable (and accessible), for example, books, online, etc.

  For a very basic definition, ACR is technology that is used by the database and IM is the infrastructure that makes the CAR work. In a response to the forum, this is probably all that can be said about the two. For a very long answer, you should read the links you cited.

  # 2, the course you are looking at is called accelerated because it combines two courses in one week training-RAC (4) and GI (3). So it's a day 7 curriculum that we would do in a 5 day course and who must justify its cost. But let me say, it's a really very good. But on the other side, it can be pretty intimidating to someone who does not already know these technologies. So I suggest that you send your team to each course individually and no doubt after doing some research. They can start to read the following books

  I use Oracle Apex 4.2.5 for application development. I used 26 theme.

  In my page I used the Template of the Page as a level with the sidebar tab left. Graphic design and report on this Page.

  I created a button to hide / show the sidebar.

  When I hide the sidebar, then more space white bar inside the graph. (chart appear somewhere not in the Center)

  My requirement is necessary reduce the white space (or center the graph) when the sidebar is leather.

  You have granted the ACL to the RMSR of your database schema, so it is necessary for the APEX_050000 scheme when you use the APEX_MAIL package.

  dbms_output.put_linethe instrumentation is unnecessary in an environment of APEX (unless the apex_debug.log_dbms_output method has been called). Use apex_debug API methods instead so that information is available in debug mode.

  There is no reason to use dynamic SQL statements in lines 15-17.

  Creating a column named "NO_OF_BCC (GEO)" is not a good idea and is in conflict with the recommendation of the Oracle do not use identifiers in quotes for the names of database objects. This objects will only cause problems and confusion.

The question is how did I get the difference between a request for a full page and a PPR/AJAX application from inside the afterPhase() or beforePhase() method?

  The sidebar story works for me, if you change the view in the sidebar "by last visit."

  For the first time I have created a PDF form for the child summer camp brochure. After countless hours I was able to figure out how to make some simple calculations (number of sessions of camp price subtotal = x). But I can't understand how to create a script that will take partial total revenue and generate a number which corresponds to 10% of the subtotal. All I want to do is have a separate field (reduction), which can reference the subtotal, and if it's over $ 170.00, calculates and displays a number which corresponds to 10% of this amount. From there, I can understand how to subtract 10% of the subtotal, but I can't understand the syntax for the calculation of the 10%. Also I don't know if that should be entered in the Notation of Simple box field or calculation Script custom area to calculate in the text field properties box. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  You must use JavaScript. It would be something like:

  This last line is equivalent to:

  It's just more compact.

  Replace "Subtotal" in the line of getField above with the actual name of the subtotal field. Also, set all the fields calculated read-only. And make sure the field calculation order is correct.
