"Unfortunately there are no offers for your country."

Last year, I bought a HP Pavilion TouchSmart, and today I took some time to check out some of the apps that are one there. After clicking on ' HP + ' I have nothing but a black screen and the message "Unfortunately there are no offers for your country." I'm living in the United States. What is HP + and for which countries they offer service?

Guess I can uninstall it just because I can't use it.

Someone has an answer to this?

Thank you.

Silke, welcome to the forum.

Here is a link to HP +.  You can add it to your Favorites.  I don't know why the link on your computer does not work correctly.
