  If you have Windows Media Player 10 or above, I recommend you to uninstall and reinstall Windows Media Player, and check.

  Yes, it's in the domain network.

  No hardware / software changes have been made.

  normally when I opened all the windows / browsers, this will start to come.

  I am running windows XP.

  Try to RIGHT click the MP4 file, click Run as administrator. Then try again to delete.

  If this does not work, you may need to refer to the ownership of an item.

  2. right click to batl.net (Diablo 3) > click Take Ownership > a black and white screen will begin to Flash an ew times > then again delete.

  You can try the following steps if you have administrative privelages.

  Open cmd.exe as an administrator (right click on cmd.exe and run as administrator)

  Navigate to the directory where the file exists for example... (Type cd C:\Documents\iTunes in the command prompt)

  Delete the folder iTunes, ex, iTunesFolder is the folder to delete (type: rmdir iTunesFolder and press ENTER.)

  Your iTunes folder is deleted.

  I suggest you create a new user profile and see if the problem still occurs.

  Follow these steps to create a new user profile on the computer

  1. Log on as an administrator or as a user with administrator credentials.
  2. Click Startand then click Control Panel.
  3. Click on user accounts.
  4. Under pick a task, click create a new account.
  5. Type a name for the user information, and then click Next.
  6. Click an account type (Administrator), and then click create an account.

  If the problem is resolved, I suggest you copy data from a corrupted to a new profile in Windows XP user profile

  Put the computer to boot and see if it helps.

  To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
