Uninstall pro dc and dc to standard installation
I finished a trial of DC of Acrobat Pro.
I bought a license for Acrobat DC Standard.
Repeatedly, I uninstalled Acrobat DC and installed from Installer Standard DC. Yet he always comes in the Pro version, with most of the disabled things because my trial is done.

What should I do to start using my subscription Standard fully released on this machine?
The cause was that a stupid member of my family had installed 127.0.0.1 hosts entries for several adobe servers. So he could not connect and authorize. AARGH.
With these deleted entries, Acrobat emerged as registered standard and use.

Disable all third party such as antivirus spyware applications, and so on.

Acrobat Pro XI could not complete the installation process, even if the progress window said it was downloaded 100%. In the installation process it uninstalled my previous version of Acrobat, now I can't open the PDF files.

Make sure that there are no Adobe process running in the background using the Task Manager.

I have two first Pro 2014 and 2015 installed but when I go to uninstall programs only 2015 show. I would like to delete PP 2014, now I am satisfied of 2015. I use PC Windows 10. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Open your creative Office Cloud app, get down by the section of older programs that you have installed, then hover over the area just to the left of the area... and a 'manage' appears as below.
This small I am pointing in the middle of the circle sort of there... appears when you go over it. Click it and and other options that appear, is "Uninstall"... and it allows to uninstall this version only.

If you have purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC as an upgrade, then a serial number of the previous version which you have like Acrobat X or XI. If in the case where you have not bought one of these in the past, then you must buy Acrobat Pro DC as full version (US $449.00).

DC Pro Acrobat and Acrobat Standard DC subscription has not yet been canceled or refunded.
Been made to jump through hoops for weeks and subscription to DC and DC Standard Acrobat Pro Acrobat for it still has not been cancelled, or refunded. And another $24 has been removed from my account, because it took almost a month to get this resolved. The cat live has been disconnected from the last time, had to explain the case twice report in a situation. I want to CANCEL my subscription to DC Pro Acrobat AND Acrobat Standard DC. I tried to uninstall Acrobat Pro XI and install it on a new computer and after downloading it says my serial no is correct, but calling it a product is not found
so much worse... when I bought XI I got a discount for upgrade, then rather badly phrased messages screen wondering what was this original Adobe product, I've been ungrading and then I needed to put the serial number of the original product that I bought from Adobe in the white... I did... now, everything's cool
