Uninstall problems w/HP Officejet 5610 all-in - One Printer
I have a Dell E510 desktop on which I've recently updated my printer to a printer wireless HP Photsmart 7520. I am running Windows 7 32-bit professional, an Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz CPU with 4 GB (usable 3.24) RAM. The new printer worked for about two weeks, but developed problems. The previous printer, a HP Officejet 5610 all-in-one, began to send me questions, so I removed it, or so I thought. The physical device is out of the system, however, I can not uninstall the software. I tried to uninstall using the uninstall feature, nothing helps. I tried to use the feature to remove programs from the Control Panel, also to nothing does not. These tasks have been tempted both before and after the physical removal of the device.
I keep getting error messages about the file being on a network that is not available. When I opened the printers and devices, the HP 5610 printer keeps appearing, no matter how many times I 'remove this device '. I believe that the two software are conflicting with each other. Does anyone have suggestions as to how I can remove the printer HP Officejet 5610 to my system?
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Hello jmorgan884,
I would like to offer a suggestion to uninstall the printer HP Officejet 5610 on your Windows 7 computer. I recently needed to tear a program on my computer and had problems as well, I was finally able to uninstall the software using Microsoft Fixit.
This application is compatible with your operating system, free and very easy to use. I would like to know if using the Microsoft Fixit allows to remove the software.
The problems that the programs cannot be installed or uninstalled
Thanks for posting

HP Officejet 5610 all-in-one printer have something that can be attacked by a virus?
I have a "HP Officejet 5610 All in one printer" running Windows XP Home edition (32 bit).
I tried to print a file that I had been sent and the printer began to print very slowly (one line / 5 seconds). At the end of the document, which had been printed was a load of rubbish! The next print was ok and printed at normal speed. BUT now, whenever I try to "Scan" a document using 'Microsoft Scanner and Camera Wizard', the 'Wizard' can take up to 1/2 hour to load when it is used for the scanner. If used for the camera the Assistant immediately.
I downloaded and installed the latest HP drivers and still have the problem.
Is there something inside the printer [ROM?] that can be attacked or is this a rare case to be an error of 'material' with a four year old unit. It is interesting to try to have it fixed or can I get a new camera? If so, which is recommended for a system of "consumption"? -Many thanks.
Hi Semajleep,
I would recommend printing HP and the Scan Doctor running. It is a quick and simple tool that diagnoses and solves many problems of printing, scanning and connectivity. See the link below for more information on how to download, install and run this tool:
I would like to know if this helps or not.

Problem printing HP Officejet 5610 all in one printer
Your Question: lately I got a printing problem documents and the printer 5610 has quite wierdly. Sometimes I see my printer name as the default name at other times that I can't find. When I try to add, I get a message Windows can't open add printer. Local printer spooler service is not running. Restart the spooler or the machine. Sometimes I run a malware software and restart the computer, the printer is connected automatically but sometimes I can't find the printer. Strangely, when it's not printing yet I can scan documents to the printer on my computer. Help, please.
Sorry you are still having this problem. I see that you have an error in the spooler. This usually converts with a problem of Windows itself.

HP 5610 all-in-one printer: printing problems from the internet
my printer Hp 5610 all in one printer don't print properly on the internet, bold text is readable, any type is barely legible, and in some cases, unreadable. I have downloaded and run the hp print and scan doctor and followed touble shooting recommended changing usb ports and a different cable that has not solved the problem. The drivers have been updated and installed. The printer works well when you print files. I also changed ethernet cable which had no effect. I deleted and reinstalled the printer several times and still no results. I noticed this problem in the forums with different printers and systems, but I have seen no resolution for any of them. I'm open to suggestions to solve this problem.
Hi @mikiev,
Welcome to the HP Forums!
I see that you experience printing problems when you print from the Internet, with your HP Officejet 5610 on Windows Vista. I'm happy to help you with this printing problem!
A few questions for you, if you don't mind:
- What is the name of the web browser that you use to print from?
- What happens when you print from Notepad? You get the same quality print or better?
In the meantime, I suggest go through this guide, Faded or dull in print colors. Also, I would suggest trying to print from another web browser. Such as: Firefoxor Google Chrome, etc.
Thank you for posting!

HP Officejet 4630 all-in-one printer print cancels in the workplace
Hello
I recently bought a HP Officejet 4630 all-in-one printer, and it automatically cancels the work in the middle of printing. The computer I use is a dv7 HP Envy with 64-bit Windows 8, and I print on a wireless network connection. My computer receives an error that HP Officejet 4630 series could not perform printing and the printer just says Cancel. I tried all the steps in the sections troubleshooting, both printing and network connections problems. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software several times, I created a manual IP address and everything, but nothing seems to work. It seems also that the issue when using HP ePrint. It occurs in all sorts of programs and formats such as word, pdf and html. Unfortunately, I did not receive a USB cord, I can't see if that will fix the problem at all. I hope someone can help me with this, otherwise, it is obvious that there is a problem with the actual printer, I have had and I have to return something else.
Thank youThis is how I fixed it:
- Find out what IP address, is that your printer uses.
- Go to control panel, then click "View devices and printers."
- Look for your printer right click.
- Click on "Printer properties" and a new screen opens.
- Along the top, you will see some tabs. Click on the one that says "Ports".
- Click on 'Add Port '.
- Highlight "Standard TCP/IP Port" by clicking on it, then click "New Port". A new screen opens.
- Click "next".
- Type the IP address of your printer, and then click "next".
Your computer should find your printer.
Click 'Apply' and your printer should work fine.
