Uninstall software update Apple says error in seller contact package package unstaller

Try to get itunes working to make a backup of my faulty iphone before repair.

First-itunes does not start says error. I'm trying to fix it, who said success but same error when you try to start it.

Then uninstall completely worked. Then reinstall that seemed to be over except for a message "an older version of Apple software update already exists" then he went down and install itunes apparently had not been completed.

Then I try to remove the update from the apple software and executed by an error in the installation program - it says there is an error in the installation and contact the supplier of the installation package. Same error if I run the uninstall command line program.

Try to repair the Apple Software Update of programs & features Control Panel and then try to update iTunes again.

For general advice, see troubleshooting problems with iTunes for Windows updates.

The steps described in the second case are a guide to remove everything related to iTunes and then rebuild what is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.

Review the other boxes and other support documents list to the bottom of the page, in case one of them applies.

The more information box has direct links with the current and recent if you have problems to download, must revert to an older version or want to try the version of iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) as a workaround for problems with installation or operation, or compatibility with third-party software.

Backups of your library and device should be affected by these measures but there are links to backup and recovery advice there.

Safari maxes in a version of Mac OS x.  New version of Mac OS x would be needed for the new version of Safari.

Firefox is not limited within an OSX and probably has a version that works.  Chrome may as well but is a Devourer of resources.  Opera is a third option.

  • iPhone 5 unusable once 9.3.2 update - Apple says that 'buy new '.

I have updated the iPhone to my daughter 5 9.3.1 to 9.3.2 using the cable of the lightning to Mac/iTunes method with the full downloaded update.

The update failed on several occasions ("error (50)") so I chose the option to restore the phone. The restore option also missed several times the phone is not usable or recoverable available for me somehow. He starts by asking to be connected to iTunes, but does not restore when I try it.

My wife took the phone today at the local Apple Store and after verification they said the cost of repairs could be prohibitively expensive and it might be better to buy a new phone. Cheaper iPhone is currently $679 and has only 16GB so this 5 a 64 GB iPhone.

My question is - is there any responsibility on Apple when an iPhone (even a former) works perfectly is no longer usable after a software update?

I know that the unit is out of warranty, but something doesn't look good that I'll now have to pay for another phone when the iPhone 5 launched continuous pop ups listens to my daughter every day to update to iOS 9.3.2,and and then when we finally did what we kept being invited to do we have more a usable device.

    Details

    • MBP 15 "run OSX 10.11.5
    • iTunes 12.4.1.6
    • iPhone 5 (64 GB) already running iOS 9.3.1

No, he has no responsibility, update that takes all of the resources of the iPhone will sometimes reveal a problem with the device.

You could do an out-of-warranty replacement of this phone for about half of the cost of a new one, and you get an iPhone 64 GB replacement service in return. Or you can take it to a 3rd Honourable part store and have them diagnose and see if they can fix it.

Before that, the problem may be a problem with the internet. Have you updated on a PC or a Mac?

  • Windows Update indicates that do nothing but updates, troubleshooting says error 0 x 80070057, tried several solutions but still not working

I have an old HP 6730 b with Windows 7 Professional SP1 64 bit with Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 2.40 GHz which I had more than three years.  It was working fine until a week or so; now the CPU meter is constantly at least 50% and random spikes to 100%, freezing of the computer for a few seconds.  I had a similar problem with CPU spikes earlier but three weeks ago, I took apart and blasted the propeller with the compressed gas to empty the dust of the processor fan and which seems to solve the problem - no more spikes.  I haven't installed anything or changed settings - I just used this laptop for basic - internet, Excel, Outlook, Word functions.

First, I scanned for malware with Malwarebytes - no infection found.  Then I checked the Windows Update and it said I had about 20 updates and 180MB of updates to install.  Tried to install, but after an hour and 20 minutes, it always says download updated, 0% complete.  Updates failed to install.  My last successful update a little over a month ago (11/03/16).  Sidenote - my update of Windows has always been set to "check for updates but let me choose whether to download or install".  However a year ago he stopped advising me when updates were available.

I spent half a day in searching the Internet for solutions.  Among the things I've tried:

    • Microsoft FixIt 50123
    • Solving the problems of diagnosis of Windows Update
    • Windows6. 1-KB947821-v34 - x 64
    • Subinacl
    • Reset.cmd
    • WindowsUpdateAgent-7, 6 - x 64

Even after doing all these things, when I run the troubleshooting Windows Update Diagnostic tool he always says "Windows Update error code 0 x 80070057 (2016-04-17-T-11_03_43A).»  The date given in this error (2016-04-17) which seems to correlate with when I stopped doing notified that updates are available.

When I go to the Task Manager, the affected SVCHOST that takes 50% of my CPU does not initially - I have to click "Show processes from all users" in order to see the svchost process that is constantly take up 50% of my CPU.  When I right click the process and choose "Go to service (s)", these are services that are highlighted - they are all 320 in the PID column:

    • AeLookupSvc
    • AppInfo
    • Browser
    • EapHost
    • gpsvc
    • IKEEXT
    • iphlpsvc
    • LanmanServer
    • ShellHWDetection
    • SENSE
    • Annex
    • Themes
    • ProfSvc
    • Winmgmt
    • wuauserv

I don't know what else to do.  All the tips are greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance for your help.

  • Java on Mac, but update obsolete plugin audit reports Apple says it is updated

    This is on a Mac
I used the Plugin "check" to make sure that all plug-ins are up-to-date.
He says that the Java plugin must be updated. Which brings me to the Java page, which says that Apple provides its own version of Java and use the Apple update. Update Apple says that the system is up-to-date.

Plugin Checker must report an error only if the Java version can be updated. It cannot exist on a mac.

This is a known bug. See the forum contributor from here:

  • HP Deskjet and Officejet full feature software and drivers - fatal error during installation

The reports 'HP Print and Scan Doctor' software install problem on the text scanner.

In 2008, I bought a HP Pavilion Elite with Vista with a HP OfficeJet 5610 all-in-One connected by USB. About a year ago I upgraded to Windows 7 and print and scan work OK. Last week, I received an email from HP for HP print and doctor Scan (see 4.3) and installed. I had a problem, try to install the software updates it says that I need. I have uninstall and reinstalled several times.

Printing HP and Scan doctor said that printing, but the scanner part fails to Registery, HP Scan Flow Manager and Front Panel Test.

    Any help would be appreacited.

Printing reports HP and doctor Scan:

A later version of the software is available for this product.

I used the Setup file: AIO_CDB_NonNet_Full_Win_WW_130_141.EXE.

    It usually gets:

Well I just swapped my printer (5610) with printer to my wife (660C) and installed upgrading software on his computer (HP supplied with Win7).

I have apprently went from bundled software version 6.0 2342, at bunder 2647.

I was not able to use my browser since the update, and I do not have wifi.

    Help?

Hi and welcome to the Forums!

I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

    (1) registry HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network

    (2) remove and return Service directories

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

    (3) restart to take batt

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you should contact your provider of wireless services for formal support.

    Good luck!
