If you want to keep messages never change the details or the settings of an older account. Always set up a new account.

Use of IMAP account, then the messages are stored on the server, so when the service is no longer available to you, the messages on the server will become also unavailable.

Thunderbird manages a summary of messages. This is probably what will appear in the search. This does not mean that the messages themselves are stored anywhere useful.

Remove the videos but they still appear in the original file

I had added a few videos that I deleted from my library of photos using Apple + delete key. They no longer appear in my photos App, however, I noticed that the folder of photos was big enough so I looked inside and my deleted videos still resident in the original folder. Is it safe to just delete the originals of the record? Shouldn't they have been deleted when I removed the app?

It seems you see contact Flash on the screen when you open the Contacts application then disappears immediately despite having already removed the app iCloud and Contacts. Me seems that theres something that needs to be updated, so I would start by quitting the Contacts and settings applications:

"You probably need to reset the library to get rid of the files in the library. Note firstly reset the library will make you lose all play counts and ratings too. Then, follow these steps:

-Restart the PC.
-Click Start, type services.msc in the search field and press ENTER. In Services, locate the Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service . If its status is started , double-click the service, and then click stop .
-Click Start, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft in the search field and press ENTER. This folder opens in Windows Explorer.
-In this folder, rename the folder Media Player as Old Media Player . If you do not see the folder, then it is probably hidden. Set Explorer to view the hidden files and folders and show protected system files.
-Launch WMP, your library will have been reset and will be rebuilt. »

Xfinity toolbar enabled but does not appear on the screen

My Xfinity toolbar is enabled but does not appear on the screen. Tried to turn it off, remove it and add it back, but no luck. There is a space in which it above my Norton toolbar but it's only this - space. How can I make it reappear?

Problem has been resolved by downloading a new version of the Comcast toolbar. They use to automatically update this bar tools, but for some reason stopped mines updated. But problem is now solved by this new version, the toolbar is now visible on the screen.

Uninstalled AOL, but it still appears on the computer.
