• Language of the unit licenses

  In my last 2 installations, I noticed that the license came with 2 licenses of language even if the additional language was not specified. I wanted to confirm if the configuration is invalid, or if I should buy the license for additional language in in order to obtain a license for 2 languages.

  I asked about this issue, as he came several times on the rise lately. I submitted your question to Cisco and here is the response I received from Licensing.

  "A typical base license will include 2 languages. For example, if you ordered a common part such as UNITYU4-50USR-E it would be optimasation 2 languages. »

• Is it necessary to buy two packs of licenses to set up a cluster active / standby HA with two units of TZ300?

  I need a cluster active / standby and I think I will need to buy two devices and only CGSS. Am I wrong?
  Why there is no TZ300 HA Unit regarding the unity of TZ500 HA and TZ600 HA unit?

  Yes, you are going to have to buy two devices and licenses only to your main unit. The only reason why there are TZ500 and 600 HA units because generally these are units that especially customer implement an HA pair because of the power they have.

  A TZ300 and 400 are wanted over a smaller model of business that usually gives rise to not have an HA pair so their isn't a specific unit of HA.

  These HA units are not different from any other unit, they are simply locked as part of a wise pair HA license.

  We use Veritas for the backup device. You will need to contact your representative of Veritas for license information - it is not provided by Cisco. Since the unit running SQL (or MSDE 2000), you will need SQL Veritas agent to back up OPEN files. We do not use dirt, but only for the backup device before performing the upgrades. • Rehost licenses of ELM of connection of the unit to the server CUCM PLM

  Hi all

  I just finished a CUCM migration / MCS 8.0.3 upgrade to UCS 10.5.1 using PCD. I will now upgrade my 9.1.2 Server stand-alone connection of the unit to the 10.5.1 version tomorrow night. My question is about licensing. When I upgraded version 9.1.2 connection unit I decided to re co ELM since my CUCM cluster was still on version 8.0. Now that I have improved my CUCM cluster, I have two license servers - PLM for Call Manager and ELM for the connection of the unit. I was advised to move the licenses of connection of the unit to PLM, but I don't know how to do it. I have already contacted Cisco licenses and they tell me that everything is ready to go, but they have not told me HOW to do it (I know they are probably deluged with requests).

  Can someone point me to a link or describe briefly the process please?

  1 - the UK (public) schools are eligible for a student permit?

  2 - I used a '. '. SCH.UK"e-mail. In the eyes of adobe, is - that enough, or I have to prepare additional evidence to give them?

  3. When you register, you immediately ask the evidence if the e-mail address of the school/College has not been recognized, or will adobe just wait and ask when she feels like - basically, adobe recognized me still has?

  4 - IF adobe decides that I am not eligible because I'm in England, I have are reimbursed? (I'll be eligible for the full year, but if they ask me only after 14 days)

  I am trying to determine if it would be a good idea to get a refund while I can still to avoid being trapped by the UK schools IF adobe don't count.

  You can activate the product on two computers, if are not the product on a computer before the uninstall, it is always better to disable the CC from this computer.

  To turn off

  launch no matter what CC products and click Help > log out.

  If you do not have it on disk and then download it, install it and activate it with your numnber series.  If you need to download it, if you bought through Adobe online look for a link on your Adobe account online.  You can also download the trial version and activate it with your serial number...

• installation of licenses for unit 3 expiration vSphere ESX 4 & 1 vCenter server

  I have a problem with the installation of vSphere for unit 3 licenses expired ESX 4 & 1 Server vCenter.

  I have server unit 3 ESX 4 & 1 vCenter server is installed on the evaluation version that all were connected and works well.

  Today, I saw evaluation is expired and I have installed a license purchased for vCenter, now works well... & out of server ESX 3 1 automatically

  Get connected & I have including the license key for this ESX box... but I was not able to enter a license key for other areas of ESX4 2.

  So what I did is I connected ESX4 directly from vSphere client & entered a license key, its activated, but when I disconnected and tried to connect

  Yet once vcenter, it does not say "your ESX Server license has expired.

  So my question is why I can't bring back boxes ESX4 to vCenter?, what could be the possible solution?

  You can enter all vCenter licenses (all series numbers) and then just assign a particular series (or licenses of serial number) via vCenter.

• Migrate from TCS license unit to VM?

  Anyone know if this is possible and if there is no documentation on the migration of a virtual machine to hardware appliacne TCS licensing?  I have almost everything in my environment (except Server TP s 8710) migrated on VM, but I neglected TCS, it is not widely used in our environment.  Any thing to VMWare's help would be very appreciated :)

  Yes, its certainly possible - we just did here.

  You must use the Tool Wizard of Migration of TCS which you get access to (and the file OVA to build virtual machine) when you order R-VMTCS-MIG-K9 = part number.

  Note: the latest available version (S6.1) is officially supported by UCS Hardware - you may be better waiting for version S6.2 who must be released and would have been officially supported running on your own non - Cisco hardware based Specs.

• Setting up the Environment Variables for the unit

  I'm trying the license of the unit on an internet connection that requires a proxy. The unit for some reason any he manages really evil and tries to communicate without using the proxy server. I've been looking around and can't seem to find a clear answer on how to do it. Unity forums suggest to use Environment Variables, but only to give me a method (the ~ /.)
