  Sorry if it's pretty basic, but I did not find the answer until now...

  I have a bunch of cds ripped as WAV using EAC (no options, just the 'get' and then rip cd information). Albums exist on my PC's hard disk in a folder structure "\artist\album\track" and I copied this structure through the "rocket" in MSC mode. I can browse on play the tracks on the "rocket" by dragging folders but I would also like to be able to use the rocket 'Artist' & 'Album' navigation options - all of my music appears under the giant "Unknown" artist and album 'unknown '.

  I don't want to not convert all my wav files to another format as space is not a problem for me (only used for music from 16 fuze 4 GB +) and my wav files work on a range of machines/apps.

  Is it something I can 'do' in WAV files (while sticking with MSC) so the "rocket" recognizes the album & artist?

  See you soon. I just finished up working on lvl4 which means the encoder and CD ripping EAC FLAC work pretty much the same speed.

  The battery life is not the most amazing thing about the "rocket" but I guess very well for me at least 90% of the time.

  Try to remove the music album / iPod by it slide to the left and tap on delete for each song. Repeat this until you have removed the album in full, and then try redownloading the album from iTunes on your iPod. If the problem persists try restarting your iPod by pressing and keeping the Power + Home keys until the iPod reboots.

  Method 1: I suggest you follow these steps and check.

  You can try to clear the database of Windows Media Player.

  To do this, follow these steps:

  Step 1

  a. exit Windows Media Player.

  b. for Windows Vista: click Start, click run, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Media Player , and then click OK.
