Unlock, phone, 6, uk, Greece

One of my friends wants to send me his iPhone 6 from the United Kingdom but I don't know that it needs to be unlocked... how I can do?

Have your friend get it unlocked to his career before it sends it. If she is out of contract, then they should do it for her.

  • IPhone SE a1723 unlocked phone can be used in India?

2 days back I went a nearby naperville apple store and asked a gsm unlocked iphone is. I was about to return to the India and I wanted to use it there. Through this (www.apple.com/iphone/LTE/#iphone-se), I came to know that the India is listed under model A1723. Initially, they gave AT & T unlocked model a1662. I told him about this thing whole lte. Later, they gave me an Iphone is a1723 model with a sprint inside sim. They said that I could remove this SIM and insert any sim I want.

I want to know, it's actually an unlocked phone? Can I remove this sprint sim card and use my sim in India and start using it? Some have said that Sprint is CDMA.

    I'm just confused. Help, please.

    Hello, sanjay4414!

Thank you for joining the communities Support from Apple! Looks like you're wanting your iPhone SE (A1723) you bought unlocked from the Apple Store will work in India. I know how important it is that the iPhone works in other countries. To answer your question, Yes. Based on the Web site link, you have (high-speed LTE) it seems that the phone model you have is compatible with these carriers in India: Airtel and Vodafone.

With regard to the status of release if the phone, if you bought a phone unlocked, it will not be locked to a carrier. The best option for check will be to communicate directly with Sprint and have them check the IMEI for you.

    See you soon!

  • BlackBerry Z10 is - anyone know what BlackBerry 10.2.1 update coming to unlocked phones SIM Free UK?

Does anyone know what BlackBerry 10.2.1 update coming to unlocked phones SIM Free UK?

I'm really surprised, I did not check it again I have everyday PC and phone but nothing, probably unlocked phones that have never had a SIM in there would get the update until the carriers approve them?

No, no. If you bought a device really unlocked carrier (IE, from blackberry) If you take the SIMcard on the phone and run the update, your update should come from the blackberry (independent carrier, since no sim in the phone). This is how it worked for me anyway.

  • Development on an unlocked phone without a service of mobile company

I am currently locked with a plan of black berries but want to start development on Windows Phone 7. Of course, I can test my application with the emulators, but another option is to buy an unlocked phone. My question is that if I buy an unlocked phone and no service do not receive a mobile phone company, I'll be able to connect to my WiFi and test things like characteristic of location based on my program (such as the list of local restaurants)? Are there things that I won't be able to test at least that get a service from the mobile company?

Now, I have developed several applications without a SIM card in the phone - so you can do it. You just need to be careful with:

a false sense of speed - wifi is much faster and more reliable than the 3G.
a lack of test for "real phone breakdowns" - for example notifications of calls, SMS messages, etc.

As a first step, you can also develop on the emulator with no phone at all - but other things are missing (GPS, accelerometer) and some things are slightly different again (e.g. resources faster loading, the screen draws sometimes faster)

  • unlock phone I lose my text messages

AT & T are allowing me to unlock my phone.  The instructions say to backup my phone to iTunes (I do regularly), clear my phone, and then restore the backup phone.  I will answer all my text messages?  I don't want to lose my texts.  There are some members of the family that I don't want to lose.

In addition, will erase the phone to get rid of all the Junk (texts, photos, memos and other junk) I deleted over the past two years that never really goes away that takes place behind the scenes on your phone?  I hope that this will make my phone faster.

    Thank you!

Well - you said you want to have your cake and eat it too-

    Please, let me explain

Backup your phone to iTunes and then restore after restoring like nine to unlock taking effect WILL bring back all your texts - I've done it with three phones and worked every time

BUT that the restoration will also bring back the files that may be too much space on your phone as well

IF you want to keep your texts - but to get rid of other things that may not be necessary

Consider the software like TouchCopy or iPhone Backup Extractor

You may be able to keep copies of your text on a computer - not on the phone

And then wipe and restore your phone but only load the stuff you use every day on this subject - it will be leaner

  • Unlocking blackBerry 10 woes; Send unlocked phone in service, get a locked phone for Appointment... no one can unlock :(

    Hi people,

I'm in a bit of a link here, I'll keep it as brief as possible.

Friend of mine had to send in his Z30 for service.  It has been unlocked when he went.

"" "She came back as a new phone, a version"Appointment"... which was locked.

It was not really problem because he ended up loving her ready and set aside the z30.

I came along as my z30 (purchased directly from blackberry) eventually get damaged by a poor sim card adapter.

No problem, my friend said «you can have my z30...» »

I had already moved on a passport.

so it was on rogers, I was on bell.

I want to start using the z30.  I have try 3 unlocking services, the 3 most popular and renowned more... None of them can unlock this z30!

I called blackberry directly who hit me at Rogers... Rogers hit me with the birdie - I am not a customer with them and is no longer my boyfriend.

I'm stuck. need help.  It's a bit of a unique situation... He has been dead ends.

I want to keep this alive z30.  I don't miss every now and then.  (although I still love my passport)

Read this list of options of data and migration.  Article ID: KB35492 The power switch of the unit plan
And use this link: http://www.blackberry.com/deviceswitch...to device and data of the Z10 to the Z30 migration. (personally, I think the Z30 is one of the best mobile devices ever made) So you can switch devices quite easily... just follow the instructions in the second link above if you have two devices on the same WiFi network. Pop the new SIM card in the new device and move the data. Use the same login BlackBerryID on the new device.

  • BB unlocking phones smart blackBerry 8800 locked with AT & T

How to unlock bb8800 to use any gsm sim card. It is currently locked with AT & T

    Hello!

Any BB can be used on any carrier that is running the same radio frequencies that the BB is capable of (and I have no idea if your in are such... you should check). But, to bring you a BB on a carrier network that they don't sell, there are several obstacles to overcome:

    (1) the carrier must say 'yes' to the fact... they are owners of their network and have every right to say what devices will be allowed to connect to it. If they say 'no', then it's the end of it.

    (2) you must be sure that your BB is properly unlocked since its origin manufactured for carrier... see this thread useful for more details:

    (3) you must get all of your voices works on the carrier, before you even try anything on data level services

    (4) you must be a subscriber of the carrier, a plan of sufficient data to enable BB exclusive services that you wish to

5 (a) if the carrier directly supports your specific model BB, then you can proceed to the registration of the BB on their network, generating adequate for your BB service book delivery and treatment of the function.

5 (b) but, if the carrier does not directly your BB-specific model number, then the challenges are much more that most of the carrier's systems will deliver, for BB, the service books required to enable BB exclusive data services, even if you have subscribed to them.

So, based on this, your BB may or may not ever any function on this carrier network. It can be quite difficult to achieve, especially if 5 b applies. Then take a look at this and decide how you want to move forward. Most people end up just buying a new BB if 5b applies.

Good luck and let us know!

    Dear all,

I've unlocked my Bold 9930 device by code, but unfortunately I have no input correct code (more than 10 times) and now my camera is impossible unlock more.

Please help, do you have a sollution for my device

    Thank you

After ten attempts have been used, you must get the RIM to unlock the device.

There are two lanes and two only, to achieve this.

    * IF your unit is under warranty, contact your technical support service provider. Tell them that you have this problem that needs to be remounted at the RIM customer service level. I'll warn that most of the technical support people carrier assume first and think that you are talking about security of the release device, and you have to convince them of the contrary and explain clearly what you need. THEY will not be able to help you because the carriers themselves cannot unlock a device that had the code MEP attempts exhaustion and should (and you have to ask) to have the case escalated to a medium technical level RIM.

    * If your camera is out of warranty, contact directly the RIM. See the information to reach us from the Web site: http://ca.blackberry.com/contact/ the options that you want to select to talk to the BlackBerry customer service are 3 (for requests of information, orders, billing, e - RMA etc.) then 5 (e - RMA and warranty).
