  Is there a way to change fonts for text in slide show? I used to be able to get around it in iphoto by pasting of text written in a Word doc, but the new photo app doesn't let me do. Just, it converts all the boring white lucinda text.  Any ideas? Be also great to be able to offset the text where in the slideshow according to coloring in a picture.  I would have thought that the new photo app will give you more options, very frustrating.

• Photos - slide show transitions becomes jerks after export

  The slideshow transitions become jerks after export to iTunes.  Sliding panels, classic, etc. normally play in the Photo Slideshow app, but become "sticky" or "jerky" following export.

  I don't remember this problem with iPhoto or earlier versions of IOS - even when the films were anchored.  Is this a known issue?

  What size export the slide show as?

  How much space you have on your startup disk?

  I just bought a Journe Air 1000 digital photo frame kajigga.

  I want it as a Christmas gift for my parents. All I want to do is automagically get a slideshow of pictures from a file server via the LAN. NO internet in the site Flickr or Picasa. Locally.

  I don't want to publish my pictures on the internet. And I don't want my parents to have to manually copy the photos.

  I can provide an RSS feed - but the framework's interface seems to think that those are just for headlines and only shows thumbnails of images.

  I can provide a Windows file share, an FTP server, even to download the photos to the memory of the image at regular intervals on the network. There are thousands of ways that this could be done. Except none are supported by the frame of the Journe Air.

  None of this is possible - only sites, Picasa or Flickr? What is the point of Wifi with limited options? I bought it when I saw that he had RSS support. Surely a goal first of watch slideshows... wireless digital photo frames! ? No RSS feeds slideshows! Many critics of this device mentioned RSS slide shows? What is everything?

  Anyone can shed some light? Are there RSS based working on this page or any other similar device slideshows?

  (A bit disappointed with the hope I can find a way to get this working..)

  I assume that you have read the manual of the Journe Air 1000.
  Did you find an info is a slideshow of pictures from a file on the local network server possible?

  I didn't find these info and I guess that's not possible.

  Before buying any device you should read magazines and other items that can make a device and what options and features are supported

  Who knows. Maybe in the future, you might find such device that would support all you wishes

  Welcome to the Community Forums of Lenovo!

  When you click on the mosaic of photos on the home screen, you get to choose from several libraries of images, including the one on your computer. From there, you can browse folders and look at the pictures you want to view.

  To start the slide show, click anywhere on the screen and select slide show near the bottom right.

  Once launched, you have control over the slide show. By pressing the bar space is paused the show. The left and right arrow keys will take you to the last or next photo. To start it again, right-click on the screen and click again on the slideshow icon.

• Windows 7 - Media Center - photos - slide show settings - sides

  QUESTION: Did anyone know if you can set the slide show according to different sides so that the slide show will play only pictures rated 4 and 5 stars for any folder of pictures (and not show photos rated 3 and below)?

  PROBLEM: It seems that you can set Media Center to view a slideshow of 4 and 5 star pictures for every single photo on a computer in a massive slide show. If it is possible to change my slide show's settings so that I can see the pictures of only 4 and 5 stars (and no pictures rated 3 and below) for any given issue, I was not able to find it.

  USER SCENARIO: I shoot 1,000 photos at a wedding and I rate 30 of these 5 stars, I note one another 900 as 4 stars, 50 I rate 3 stars, and the other 20 Note: 1 star for eventual deletion. I want someone to be able to use Media Center to show only the photos of 5 stars to friends (30 photos), but when family comes and they want to see more photos, they can change the Media Center slide show's settings so that the family sees only the photos 4 stars and 5 stars (80 photos).

  NOTE: It seems to me that the global settings are a limited setting or another, but never a combination of two or more. I can view and play photos in a folder given with Media Center in an appreciation of deceasing order, it does not work for associated events like a wedding time, or I can see all 4 and 5 stars for my entire computer, but not folder?

  Any help on this or recommended 3rd party Slideshow program would be greatly appreciated.

  You may experience this problem if the data store is corrupted. So, try to rebuild the Media Center data store.
  
  To do this, follow these steps:
  1 exit any running instance of Windows Media Center.
  2 delete the mediaCenterDataStore.db file. By default, this file is located in the following location:
  %SystemDrive%\ProgramData\Microsoft\eHome\mediaCenterDataStore.DB
  To remove the file, follow these steps:
  1. click on start and then click Run.
  2. in the Open box, type run and then click OK.
  3. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.
  4. in the Open box, type %systemdrive%\programdata\microsoft\ehome and then click OK.
  5. in the details pane, right-click right mediacenterdatastore.db and then click on remove.
  6. click Yes to confirm that you want to move the Mediacenterdatastore.db file to the trash.
  7 restart the computer so that the changes take effect after you perform the steps.
  8. start Windows Media Center.

  I found a kind of solution.

  I have added a mouse action down to the images of 'Heroes' and related photos full size.

  It is not the possibility of more elegant, but add a slide show to every image on the page looks a little awkward and seems difficult to change.

• Text in slide show

  Hello, I'm doing a slide show that contains many different images and you want the captions for different sizes and in different positions. I disabled the change all button, but when I type text in a caption, the tank of the legend is the same size on all of my slides. For example, on a slide, I want the legend to the right, and on another, I want it to be on the left, but I have create one on the left, they all left. Somehow, make their free-form and go where to place them?

  I can type in what I want and each caption is different, it's just the size and placement of the legend that I have a problem with.

  Regarding the re - order slides, you can drag and re - organize vignettes, however, will remain the way they were added to the order of the slides, and will work according to that only.

  For the counter, this is the only one out of the box options that you can customize.

  

  There is no possibility to get rid of tiles, however, you can assign to their transparent fill to hide behind the target so that they are not visible on the page.

  Y at - it a jQuery plugin that allows you to place text over a little slide show size? I see on this site that they also fell a file .png over the slideshow to the gradient seen at the bottom of the slide show.

• Place text around slide show

  I use the basic slideshow widget. The customer wants a little slide show that has text flowing around him. If I copy and paste the widget into the text box, I have no option to set the text-wrapping options so that the text goes just beneath or above him. Of course I could break the text into several boxes and put it around the slide show myself...

  To work around this, I put a picture of the same size in and placed the show on top (just pictures, no thumbnails or controls) - but there must be a better way?

  Not being is not able to define the envelope for widgets online options is a bug that will be fixed in the next version.

  For the moment, as an another workaround, you can group the slide show with another unseen object (a small rectangle with no border/background, for example) and cut/paste of the text group. Wrap options are available for groups.

  Well, it would be useful to know what version of operating system you are running on two machines. Without this information, the 'low tech', simple is to drag your slideshow on a disc external hard or a stick and then drag/copy it on the other machine.

  I don't understand the first part of your question. You can make an example?

  With regard to the second part:

  A sort order of the user cannot be established when (by dragging the images in the grid or the film) from:

  • A regular collection (not smart collection)
  • A low level (a folder with only images) and no subfolder folder
  • Parent a folder (a folder with images and subfolder) only if 'See the pictures in subfolders' is not active

  In addition, you must move the images entering the center of the thumbnail, not in the part of the gray border. I suggest that set you up a regular collection with images that you want to include in your slide show, sort those grid mode and play the slide show of the collection.
