unwanted user

I have windows 7 on a laptop which I can't convert windows 10, but that's normal since I use it for notes anyway. However, suddenly, I have up to two unwanted users from upward and well through the process of management of user accounts and delete them, they reappear whenever I start again. I have eset antivirus, and he informs me that I have no viruses. However, I fear that someone else may be able to access my computer through these unwanted user accounts. Please tell me how to get rid of for good.

I feel you become very frustrated with me, and for that I apologize.

-> Correct. In the last series, he still had a typing error, but then you did a full set of controls without other errors, resulting in a full crop. Here's what I see:

  • He is a regular user account, not an administrator account. I'm less worried than before.
  • I can't say when it was created.
  • The last logon performed on 13 November at 22:49.
  • The password was set on November 19 at 21:58.
It has been fixed again November 21 at 08:57.
This curious because the password was reset just now while you typed your orders.
I also wonder about the date. In my zone, it's in the future (Saturday)!
I'm on Central European time which is Friday 22:00.

I suspect that the account is created and used by an application, maybe some game. I would disable as follows and see what happens. Type more careful!

1 log in under an administrator account.
2. click on the start planet.
3. type cmd.exe in the search box.
4. press on Ctrl + Shift + Enter
5. click on "run as Administrator".
6. type the following command exactly and press ENTER:

net user tyqiiprx / active: No.
(answer: the command completed successfully)

A couple days later, you use this command in step 6 to find out what happened to the account:
net user tyqiiprx

  • Why can't I delete a unwanted user account?

In the process of setting up a new MacBook Pro today I read in the Apple Support that Apple recommends to make an account of type 'standard' in addition to my admin account for increased security.  I did, but changes his mind after deciding that it was an exaggeration to security because I work at home.

After finding instructions for the deletion of an account, I clicked the lock and the sign of "delete" under the list of users, then loaded Sys Prefs 'remove' account (no disk image, etc.), which did not contain anything. The grey account name and "deleting account...". "appeared below.  However, the message is still there (45 min. later) and I can't get Sys Prefs, apparently because he thinks that it is still deleting the unwanted account, which he does not seem to have done, since I can always access by choosing the fast user switching and entering the password.

How OS X to finish deleting the account and let me out Sys Prefs?  Thank you!

  • Wireless hacked; Impossible to remove unwanted users from the list

I had a wireless network that I used with my laptop. I deleted information wireless network of my laptop (win7) and resumed contact with a cable. I think the network has been hacked because there are about 12 other user names in the list of connection and there should be the name of my computer.

I have no idea how a wireless router can be hacked, but I know that it can be. I don't know how else these other names could have ended up on top of my list of connection. How can I remove them?

Also, is there a way to determine if one of these users still have access to my computers, although I have deleted the wireless network?

    Thanks for any help.

The 12 names of that refer you to are probably wireless networks in your neighborhood.

To confirm, display all networks the by opening a window run (Windows key + R), type cmd /k netsh wlan show networks mode = bssid (note the six spaces) and press ENTER, or, for a more complete view type cmd /k netsh wlan show all.

My computer has been hacked and the settings have been changed to add remote users.  I am trying to remove additional users that have been added, but I don't want to delete something I need by mistake.   I'm the only person who uses this computer and I don't want to share it on my network.  There is a user called "SYSTEM" that should I delete also Aministrators (plural) and trusted Installer. I have to keep one of these?

    Hello Debkp123,

You don't want to remove the SYSTEM account. (It probably not you would delete this account)
You don't want to delete your system32 folder by making your computer unbootable.

How to export all the access permissions, update the export file to delete users/groups is more, you need, then use safety of importation with the [SL_CLEARALL] parameter so that it clears all the security and care of your new security file. (Make sure that you have a recent backup of the application before you destroy security)

  • I have 7 user folders in C:\Documents and Settings and a single user account. How can I assign the right folder to my account and get rid of the others?

Recently I got a video card break down. Repair technology installed a new and created a new Documents and Settings folder, which is now using my user account. I don't want these settings, I want the 'old'.

Please write the command NET USER (at a command prompt) and report the output of the command.

To find out what profile folder the user uses the command DEFINE the USER.

To get a list of all users and their profile folders use the script VBS here: shows all the SIDS of the user with the path to copy and paste the script (in the box) to a Notepad file and then save it with a .vbs extension and run it.

Set up your computer so that it uses an automatic connection, and when you get to the login screen just enter the user name and password of the account you want to use, and you should still be able to open a session with him.  To change the automatic logon settings type control userpasswords2 in the box run from the start menu and select (put a check mark) the option "users must enter a user name and password...". ».  If you use the 'Welcome' screen, you can press Ctrl + Alt + Delete twice to get the login screen and you can then enter the user name and password.

To remove an unwanted user account and its associated user files use the applet in the control panel user accounts, don't forget about your actions before you delete a user account and its files, it is a one-way street and destruction will be permanent.

  • How to change the user name in windows 7 Professional?

I recently installed windows 7 Professional and by chance I typed my user name and the computer when it prompted me to type it in. When I had typed the wrong characters in and click on 'Next', he wouldn't let me go back and change it, so I was stuck with an unwanted user/computer name. I managed to change the name of the computer for the word you want, but I didn't always know how to change my username.

I went to user accounts, and there was an option to change the name of the account, so I did.
However, none of my directories has changed its name, and all processes in the Task Manager were still running under the same previous user name, which I did not want it to be.

Is there a way to change the username of an account so it affects all the directories, files, folders, etc. without creating a new account with that name? Or, if possible, copy all the files and preferences of the current account to another account with this name?

    Any help is appreciated.

You cannot change a user account by changing just the name. Simply by changing the name will do a cosmetic change only and does not affect the underlying files/folders in the profile.

    1. from an account with administrator privileges, go to control panel > user accounts and to create the new user account named Standard the way you want to and at least one additional administrator account. Call the last 'CompAdmin' or 'Tech' or similar.
2 log in to the new Standard user account once if the profile of the files/folders are created and then connect to CompAdmin.
    3. now go to control panel > system > advanced > user profile > settings
    4. you will see where you can copy user accounts. Copy the old account to the new from there. Use her browse to select your new account (C:\Users\newaccount).
5 log in to the new account correctly named and make sure all your stuff is here and it works as you want. When you are satisfied, you can log on and CompAdmin and remove the old account from the control panel > user accounts.

If you want to access your account again, it is corrected automatically, follow these steps:

Start Orb > Search box > type: netplwiz [Enter]
Click continue (or provide an administrator password) when you are prompted by UAC

Uncheck "users must enter a user name and password to use this computer". Select a user account to connect automatically by clicking on the account you want to highlight and press OK. Enter the password for this user account (when it exists) when you are prompted. Leave blank if there is no password (null).

General recommendations for the establishment of user accounts

You absolutely don't want to have only one user account. Like XP, Vista and all the other modern operating systems, Windows 7 is an OS multi-user with integrated system of accounts such as administrator, by default, all users invited. These accounts should be left alone because they are part of the structure of the operating system.

In particular, you do not want account only one user with administrative privileges on Windows 7 because the administrator account integrated (normally only used in emergencies) is disabled by default. If you use as an administrator for your daily work, and this account is corrupt, things will be difficult. It is not impossible to activate the built-in administrator to rescue things, but it will take third-party tools and work outside the operating system.

The user account that is for your daily work must be a Standard user, with the extra administrative user (call it something like 'CompAdmin' or 'Tech' or similar) only it for elevation purposes. After you have created "CompAdmin", connect to it and change your normal user account Standard. Then log on to your regular account.

If you want to go directly to the desktop and ignore the Welcome screen with the icons of the user accounts, you can do this by following the instructions written in the first part of this post.

  • user name password

I have a site in flash and you must include a user name - field of password with a "submit" button so that customers can connect to a customer page, so my cleint can connect and I can be paid. I have never done this in flash before, have tinkered with real basic in asp stuff, I heard the most average sucure uses php. What I need to learn is how to make a simple log in flash that when the user enters the right information it will send to the next page. So what is the best way to do this? y does it have that a beginner tutorial can figure that out somewhere, so I can set up a page so my clients can login and access a page with paypal and possiably links include links intitial cleints work examples and such, everything, ideas need something quick.

Currently you can see my problem to: www.designbytreitner.com
In the top right it says payment, clicking on it will take you to a page, very sticky, very basic and very unproffessional for research, not to mention the unsucure. So, how can I clean this up, with a simple user name password to access the payment page of the client to prevent unwanted users?

I used a lot of connections flash in the past. Some of the following may be helpful

  • Clean install on new SSD?

    Hey people,

New on the Apple Forum, hope it's ok to post this question here and in the forum of the iMac. My question:

I recently acquired an older iMac Early 2008 (8.1). Currently it has 1 GB of RAM and a HARD drive that is extremely crowded. I just bought a 2x2gb memory kit for it, and decided that I had, I will do a clean full of Snow Leopard and then level installation to El Cap. So I bought a Samsung EVO SSD faithful and a SSD IcyDock Mount for it. I also bought a DVD of Snow Leopard from Apple, since I couldn't find the original. All that from the road, here's my question:

I want to do an installation clean full of Mac OS X on the SSD, no cloning, no record of the files, nothing. The old HARD drive, as mentioned, is packed with the previous unwanted users. I read through loads of tutorials and whatnot on the web and can not find a concise answer to how to proceed. Some say it just install the SSD drive, format it with disk utility, and then start the DVD (not literally). Some say, create a USB bootable upgrade downloaded OS X .dmg file. And so on.

Can someone tell me, as a former PC user, new iMac user, what to do in this situation?

Question side: is it possible to go directly to El Cap instead of go through Snow Leopard to get there?

    What I have:

    -New Snow Leopard DVD

    -new SSD

    -old HDD (installed)

-many readers of an inch, if necessary

    Thanks in advance!

Make a USB of El Capitan key would be the easiest way to address the issue.

First, install this RAM upgrade on the iMac, as you will need speed. Once you have done this, start the computer normally, open the app store and download OS X El Capitan from the Appstore, so you can do a flash USB drive out of it.

Once El Capitan finished download, download DiskMakerX here

    http://diskmakerx.com

This program will automatically create an El Capitan bootable flash drive that you use to install El Capitan on the computer.

After the program ends and creates your USB key, turn off the computer, remove the old HDD and throw in the SSD you bought.

Now that you've done all this, plug the flash drive into the Mac and hold down the ALT key and select the flash drive to boot from the flash drive and install OS X El Capitan on your mac.

Once he finishes the installation, you're done! You will then be presented the OS X install screen and you're ready to start using your computer!

I hope this helps! Answer please if you have any other questions.

  • How can I remove several names on my Windows Family Safe?

I have several mentions of my name and other users - connection whose profiles have been deleted (due to works not, users are not running etc.).

To claify, this is the area that blocks the levels just specific - such as specific settings for children.  Users of the previous are always mentioned, but have no current updates as either used of course.  I want to remove to relieve congestion.

You can remove unwanted users safely from the family by following these steps:

    1. connect to https://familysafety.microsoft.com using the parent account.

    2. click on manage the list of the members of the family.

    3. check on behalf of the child, and then click on remove. Click DELETE again to confirm.

  • Protection of files on a shared drive

We have a shared drive which is accessible by a large group of users.  How to protect an individual file while I'm the only person who can change or delete?

You do it in NTFS permissions as you would any other file.

    1. Right-click on the file and click Properties, then click the Security tab.
    2. Remove unwanted users and assign permissions to other users or groups you want.  Regular users should only have read and Read & Execute if they need to run the file.  Make sure that they do not have the special permissions that would grant them other rights on the file.
    3. Give yourself and the system one account control total on the file.
    4. While remaining in the security properties, click the Advanced button and make sure that rights are not inherited from parent objects (leave the box unchecked).
