  I am quite new to PES (using version 6) so thank you in advance for any help you can offer!

  I have a picture and made the background transparent and saved as a GIF file.  The opening, he shows up with the grid background.  Good so far.

  When I drag this photo of the tray inside project (where I still see the bottom of checkerd) in the picture, I am trying, it comes with a solid gray background once fallen into this image.  So essentially, the background is more transparent.

  How can I add this picture with transparent background to the image, I'm working on without a background / frame appear?  I have combed internet and cannot find an answer and searching this forum, still coming up empty.  I think the problem has to do with dragging it from the location of the project.  If not, how can I get in the picture, that I'm getting?

  In PES 6, dragging it to the top of the location of project creates a sort of layer of passthrough. Copy and paste, or drag it to the bottom of the image window the gif in the other file in the location of the project instead.

  I use Jdev 11.1.1.6.0 with ADF Faces.

  I have a requirement to show a text report page in recorded format. The report in text format is saved as a text report several records with each line containing the maximum 78 characters.

  If you can use a converter custom jsf (validation and conversion of entry) to change in the query using "pre" helped the (text with pre sourrounf) when the data is rendered. The converter must implement two methods. Then you can try to use ' ' as a space of unbreakeable instead of simple spaces.

• Save as type list in the GIF format in Photoshop CS6

  I have a problem/bug. When I save it to the web, select my type of file (jpeg, png, wbmp) it displays the type of file as a Gif file in the low left eventhough that saves the file in the correct format.  He is the the download version of cloud. Each file type displayed this way?

  This page of color in my INDD document a lot of transparency on this - in the following stacking order:

  1. downstairs are two boxes gradients covering the entire page.

  2. next is a background photo that's an advantage to feathers.

  3. then comes my text box that floats over a part of the photo in the background. The text box is filled with a gradient purple feather. The text box contains 8.5 PT. White type (Helvetica Neue Medium).

  4. a transparent dingbat straddles a corner of the text box.

  Where the white guy is pictured in the background, a color is reflected type. I have not noted on the PDF, but of course, the work of back of the printer, you can see.

  I pulled out the file using PDFX-3 (1.3) because my printing does service provider ' t supports the 1.4. I underdstand this version flattens transparency. I scanned "Print Production Guide for transparency" Adobe and learned that the areas of complex transparency can cause unexpected results. Is what happened here?

  When I opened the flattening of transparencies and he asked to highlight objects with 'Text of Raster-Fill and Stroke' or 'Text described', this type area is highlighted. No other boxes on this page type were noted, even where it overlaps the background photo (which has applied feather).

  It is possible in the more recent versions of ID to the value of transparency to the object, STROKE, fill and levels of content, and I suspect that you have applied your effects to the object level. I was able to recreate what you see as well by using the gradient feather tool and in the effect controls panel and using the pen it y to the entire object. Oddly enough, once the gradient feather tool has been used I couln can't access options in the effect controls panel or in the menu object.

  In all cases, if you can, select the block of text, open the effect controls panel or object > Effects > menu feather degraded, remove the gradient feather and reapply just the filling.

  If you are not able to do so, copy the text, delete the block of text and create a new and paste back the text, and then select the image and apply the gradient feather to complete using the effect controls panel or the menu object.

• Removal of white line in the CSS formatting

  I hope that one of you has experienced many can help a beginner (new!)

  I've been dealing with CSS and build my layout with it instead of tables, following the advice of some of you guys here. He's doing much so far, and I can see why you recommended, but I hit a roadblock.

  At the top of my page, in a div tag, I have my image in the header. Just below that, in a new div, I have an indefinite list of words which I arranged in a single line. Lower than that, again, I have another image.

  What I want is for each of these layers to flow from one to another, without any white space in the middle (my background is white). There is no white space between my list of words that are on a green background, and the image below, but between the top image and block the green background which is my line of words, there is a white line.

  I tried everything in my limited arsenal of "expertise", which amounts to try the margin = 0 tags on the top image and the line of words, but little matter what I try, the white line will not disappear. I've rechecked to be sure, and it is not part of the image. When you insert a picture in html using the CBC, DW automatically adds a white line underneath that you can not delete it in CSS?

  I can put up a screenshot if that helps?

  My best guess without benefit of your page appears, you have a few lines of browser by default & padding appearing around one or two images.

  The text layer is 2 layers under the real background layer in your file. Check your layers panel. Click, drag and drop the text layer currently selected in your layers 2 screenshot above or the visible layers, especially to see if your text will appear - it should ideally.

  Settings - when save you for Web & devices, you can customize options preset for GIF on the top right of your dialog "save for Web & devices".

• Strange behavior of the PNG with transparent background

  I am facing a strange problem on a request of my friends that I'm upgrading. The application is written in CVI2009SP1 and is already running on the customer's site. I am now adding several new features and made some changes in the application file UIR and all of a sudden all the images I have show a black background instead of transparency.

  The strange thing is that I see the images correctly in the editor of the UIR, the black background being shown only at runtime, no matter if debug or release.

  It is an example of wat I see:

  

  I tried to reload the image in control after checking transparency but the situation has not changed. The problem is that the images in. The other images, PNG format in. Format ICO show properly.

  I see this behavior in my office on both two machines wirth 2009SP1 for 2012SP1 development and execution. The same phenomenon occurs on the client PC runtime 2010SP1 and no IDE installed. If I run the original application with the UIR unmodified, transparency is properly managed. I'm not operated by program images, which are only decorative elements on the user interface.

• Photoshop Image with transparent background - export gives me a white background?

  OK, the hours of my life have already evolved in this one - I guess that's computers!  I have a few images in Photoshop which already have transparent backgrounds, but when I try and drag the latter in a different program, they move across with a white box as their background.  I tried to save as TIF, GIFF... - of all kinds, so clearly I'm missing a pretty basic step that I can't see.

  Any help would be SO appreciated.

  Save as a PSD or PNG, depending on whether you final output will be printed or web. Then use the Place rather than drag the image on.

• How to export a flash movie into an animated gif with transparent background?

  each export was really into it.

  I looked under the publication for gif but no option there, or in the color setting in the main design window has any setting Alpha or transparency.

  Thought that the problem has disappeared. The only solution I found was to export a PNG sequence with transparency, import all back in a best animated GIF exporter like Fireworks as a sequence of images and exporting from there once again. It will give you the best quality, control over the timeline, closure and various image by image of the AGIF features.

  But yes, it's a headache for several stage.

• Trouble seeing graphic white with transparent background

  I created a white arrow .gif file that I imported into Captivate 3. It has a transparent background and is visible in edit mode, but disappears in mode preview/publish.
  
  If I change the color of the arrow to something else and update the file in Captivate, it works fine. Change it back, and it's gone again...

  I think that Fabio was referring to the Transparent background option in the Image dialog box. If you specify a transparency color that matches the color of your arrow, Captivate will 'clear' all instances of the color in the image, including the arrow.

  Even if you do not have the option of transparency enabled, make sure that the transparency color does not match the color of your arrow. Captivate may make transparency despite the setting box, in which case you can try to change the transparent color to something radically different from your arrow (I like to use bright pink because it likely never will subtract in my graphics.)

  Another option is to remove the chart and get him again. Sometimes, Captivate simply refuses to play nice any settings you change and new porter from scratch can do wonders.
