Update adf URL connection using deployment plan
Hi allThis is my first experience with the deployment plan file and I need a little help.
I am trying to use the deployment plan to replace the values of my adf connections in the connections.xml file.
I am trying to replace the value of the url of my TARGET_URLconnection, but it does not, the value is not updated after deployment.
See below my plan:
<? XML version = "1.0" encoding = "UTF - 8"? >

Hello
to quote "The Oracle® Fusion Middleware of Oracle JDeveloper User Guide" (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E16162_01/user.1112/e17455/deploying_apps.htm#sthref464)
+ "' You can control how an application is deployed by using a deployment plan that allows you to make settings of configuration in the Web.XML for application, weblogic.xml, application.xml and weblogic deployment descriptors - application.xml." + "
It does not list the specific connections.xml of ADF
Here's a post explaining how to use a URL of proxy in a the Web.XML context parameter: http://biemond.blogspot.de/2009/04/using-weblogic-deployment-plan-to.html
Not sure whether this also works in your case

Problem of JMS deployment plan for updating the JNDI names
Hello everyone, I am working on Oracle SOA 12 c on a 2-node cluster environment. I am facing problem update the JNDI for jms adapter deployment name. I created jms, jms module and Distriubuted queues and manufactures servers connections. When I create jndi say ' ist/xx/jmsqueues' name in the adapter to jms under deployment and update the name of the connection factory against property connection factory in JNDI eis/xx/jmsqueues name. After that I updated the resource with the location of the plan in respect of the group path. But the problem after activation of the changes the created "eis/xx/jmsqueues' disappearing off the coast, but when I check the information contained in the plan, I see the details of name and jndi connection factories. To make sure of my setup works very well, I do use the jndi name say HIA/ws/queues existing and update the factory connections. After the test, I was able to publish the message to the queue. The only problem I see with new jndi names and for that reason I am not able at all tasks related to the queues. I really appreciate if some light here. Best regards, TJ.
Try the cancellation of the deployment of the JMSAdapter.rar and install it once again from the location below:
$ORACLE_HOME, soa, soa, connectors
Try to target them to regroup and try to do what you do.
When the JMSAdapter is corrupt or plan is not created correctly, we see this odd behavior. You can try this and check.

help, please
OK, well I have now established (by means of uninstalling all the software that has been updated to 12, one piece at a time) that the culprit was Cyberlink Power Media Player 14.
After removing that, all right (and Yes, I created a restore point).

When you use the plan of photography can I be connected to the internet all the time? Data are always deducted when using Photoshop or Lightroom?
You should not have a permanent internet connection. You should only be connected when the software must check whether the subscription is still valid.

ADF Application - Development Mode deployment problem
Hi Experts,
I have jdev11.1.1.5.0 in combination with weblogic 10.3.5.
my application works fine, while running on integrated wls (just give a click right and on my page jspx - auto deployment).
If I go with manual deployment of option on same wls integrated or stand-alone wls means
I can able to get my login page, if I have some means of connection he did re - direct to my index page than it would be problem? (it doent replicate this kind of integrated wls (auto deployment))
Details of my Application
use all adf security. my login page is in extended session bean index page - backing bean of limited scope.
My diary shows, your user name and password is correct. This means that it can have access to my Module of the Application.
use adfc - config to redirect
This project does not behave like this days Olden.<control-flow-rule id="__5"> <from-activity-id id="__6">loginPage</from-activity-id> <control-flow-case id="__7"> <from-outcome id="__13">error</from-outcome> <to-activity-id id="__8">loginPage</to-activity-id> </control-flow-case> <control-flow-case id="__14"> <from-outcome id="__16">success</from-outcome> <to-activity-id id="__15">Indexpage</to-activity-id> </control-flow-case> </control-flow-rule>
I scored on the sample for deplying a standlone wls and wls adf application built-in. It is very good.
can anyone guide me where am?
one has an idea?
so am manual deployment I had dialogue "deployment configuration" to deploy.
I got this in my journal.
[01:07:44 PM] Entering Oracle Deployment Plan Editor [01:07:46 PM] No metadata repositories found on target server. Using values found in adf-config.xml. //show this red collor
User707, can you on which you deploy the application? It is a stand-alone server or server that comes with jdev?
Question: can you post the url that you use to launch the application on the server? The url contains ".jspx" as part of it?
If Yes, try to remove the ".jspx" out of the url.Timo

Try to update the URL of the SSO Login
I tried to configure SSO several months ago, am frustrated and took a break. I tried again today, updated information, including URL connection, but a connection test does not redirect to the new address. I have to do something to get the new URL to work?
Thank you
CourtK
I've spruced up the information, but it still doesn't work. I compared the URL to another site that uses our ADFS server and they match. I'm always redirected to the old non-working site I set up months ago. I opened a folder. If the media is able to help me, I will answer with the fix.
Thank you

Smart View for Essbase unavailable in rapid deployment planning
I managed to deploy EMP 11.1.2.3 by following the steps in the deployment planning guide (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E40248_01/epm.1112/epm_planning_rapid_deploy/epm_planning_rapid_deploy.html). However, when I do the Smart View by using a URL of shared connections to http://< servername >: 9000/area of work/SmartViewProviders, I only get the connections for the planning and of the declaration and framework. How an I get a connection for Essbase?
It turns out that 11.1.2.3 rapid deployment planning wizard does not install Essbase service provider, just planning service provider and Reporting and analysis of service provider. Until that I installed Essbase service provider, I wasn't yet able to create a private to Essbase connection. I had to run InstallTool.cmd and select "Provider of Services Web Application" in the Essbase selection screen section. I also had to run the configuration utility and select "Deploy to the application server" under "Service provider" in the Essbase selection screen section.
After that, I was able to create a connection in Essbase with this URL: http://
: 9000/aps/APS Even though the private connection was working now, the Essbase connection was still does not like a shared connection in Excel, when I put the Excel Smart View option for shared connections URL http://
: 9000/area of work/SmartViewProviders. I could get this job to rerun the configuration utility and selecting "Configure the Web server" in the section "Hyperion Foundation" of the selection screen. I was also able to create an XML file as Celvin suggested using http://
: 9000/aps/APS for connecting to Essbase. Thanks for the suggestion! -Tom

How to change the source of data in application with the deployment plan
Hello
JDev Version: 12.1.3
I can't change the source data with the deployment plan bc4j.
Any example on this requirement?
Thank you
Anil
Well, if you take a look at:
http://Biemond.blogspot.com/2009/04/using-WebLogic-deployment-plan-to.html
(one of the links in the link you get), you will see Edvin Biemond answwer:
"you must change the configuration of module of the Application so that it uses a data source. and in the deployment of applications disable deployment of jdbc connection.
Now you is enough to make the good source of data on each wls and deploy ears. »
The simplest (and probably the best) way is, as I told you, and you are also mentioned: open up JDeveloper and change declaratively and re-download the ears

Hello
I am using weblogic 10.3.6.
In weblogic console, I initially deployed a web application and then update the web application [Select application-> update-> path of deployment Plan] with a deployment plan.
Now if I want to delete the web application deployment plan, I am unable to do so.
Please let me know how to achieve this.
Thank you
Praveen
1. stop the server (s) where the application is deployed.
2. in the
of the subtree of the config.xml remove (comment) element for the app in question. 3. start the server (s).
It would be useful to say that one must be very careful while editing/modifying the config.xml.

Application is not able to connect using the Oracle SCAN chain
Dear Oracle gurus
We have 11g r2 11.2.0.3.0 2 cluster nodes
We have configured the scanning using scan-vip single using/etc/hosts file resolution
Our app to work correctly using the string of double local Vip (10g method)
Scan works very well in the database server when we check using sqlplus
Works very well in the database server Oracle SCAN
Sqlplus DB - 1 test bench / testbed@my-db-scan:1521 / orcl
When we use it below URL JDBC in Tomcat Version-6 then "doesn't allow not to connect even if there will connect a while but connectivity isn't stable when we reboot the tomcat"
Hibernate.Connection.URL=jdbc:Oracle:Thin:@My-DB-Scan:1521/ORCL

Error during the deployment of OEDQ with a weblogic deployment plan
Hello
I try to install OEDQ on a linux machine. I followed the link below
[http://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/data-quality/edqdocs/oedq_advanced_install.pdf]
The documentation suggests using a deployment plan. On doing so, I get the following error

I don't know what it means or if I'm missing something.
Any suggestions or pointers? No, this must be it - as long as SSL is enabled.

Deployment of EBF with a human task and task usingAIA Deployment Plan forms
Hi all
I have a set of composite materials for an invoice interface - File, Req ABC, EBS, ABC Prov. adapter, adapter DB, RESP EBS and an EBF. If my Bill cross due to validation errors, I let the user change the invoice using a human task called from my EBF.
When I deploy the jdeveloper EBF, he deploys the both task form, and they deployed properly. For test and production instances, we use scripts to HELP, and they work very well for all components of the AIA. I'm looking for suggestions on how to deploy the task (ADF) form bound to the human task of a component of the AIA.
Thanks for the help.
Concerning
Anish.Anish,
Task forms are not really different from other applications for deployment through a deployment plan for AIA. There are examples available for own FP deployment plan, for example like this:
filelocation="${AIA_HOME}/infrastructure/install/applications/ActorNotNull_FYINull.ear".
WlServer = "fp" failonerror = "false" action = "deploy" / >So these task forms can simply be deployed like any other ear, you just call explicitly the deployment plan.

Location of Composites of the EBS and the deployment Plan generator
Hi all
I have a question of high level on the AIA.
I understand that a PIP (process integration Pack) is an integration of end to end into the information system from one end to the other. If the names of a pip could be:
SAP for integration of Ebiz invoice
Ebiz integration Portal invoice
Etc.
I also understand that a BSE (Business Enterprise) is a reusable service that can be invoked by a number of different applicants. For example, InvoiceEBS, etc.
My understanding is that an EBS can be part of many glitches.
I worked through the update and I got to the point of using the deployment Plan generator to generate a deployment plan. When you run it I came across this message:
[java] EBS composites should be under $AIA_HOME/pips / < projectCode > or $AIA_HOME/pips / < projectIndustry > / < projectCode > for the seeds of the industry.
[java] The CBA and the AdapterServices must be under $AIA_HOME/services.
That said, it is expected that the composite EBS under the directory of a PIP in particular. This means that if SAP_to_Ebiz_Invoice_Int and Portal_to_Ebiz_Invoice_Int use the same EBS then composite EBS must be duplicated in the two directories. This is clearly wrong that we would have to keep several copies. (This has implications for maintenance, Version control, etc.)
It is not sensible, so there must be an error in my logic. Does anyone know where I have gone wrong?
Oracle expects that in a few years when we need to make an update to BSE or other objects in the PIP as go us back and use the same project in PLW or should we create a new project in PLW and add all objects?
Thank you
RobertRobert,
I checked with the genius of the FP and it comes to new behaviors introduced with 11.1.1.4 that I wasn't aware of the institutions. I have recorded a request for internal improvement because I think that it is not ideal for the clients of the FP.It seems it must be under $AIA_HOME/pips /
, where is the code that you have entered in the PLW and you would also find in the BOM.xml. Have you tried both? Just to make sure that I understood: the error means only that RFP generator cannot find the composite and, therefore, can not assing a path to the composite in the DP and you will need to add that manually. Or is the generation of DP even stop alltogether?
