Update Adobe Acrobat ext in Chromebook to version 11.0.09

I have a Chromebook with extension Adobe Acrobat. When I try to convert a document from jpg to PDF, it says that I have to update to version 11.0.09. Where can I download this update that I have not been able to find it?

Hello

To update your Acrobat, Acrobat launch > Navigate to Help > under the drop-down list, select find updates and you could see if the update is available for your current version of Acrobat or not.

Please try the same thing and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Meenakshi,

The news is that I managed to solve the problem with the "Microsoft Fix it Wizard" of your referenced KB doc.  To make a long story short longer that might be: I had downloaded and crossed the 4 solutions on the referenced error 1714 page, which, at that time, did not provide an answer for me.  So almost ignored your advice, I decided to give it a try again.  I ran the "Microsoft Fix it Wizard" as I previously got it with the option of impossible to uninstall the program and again once she failed.  I restarted it under the option of unable to update/install program and wall - ah, he finds and fix registry problems.  Then, I was able to download the latest version of Acrobat Reader...

    Thanks for the help,

    Jim

  • How can I update Adobe Acrobat 8.0 Standard

How can I update Adobe Acrobat 8.0 Standard after installing it on Windows 7? Ive tried a few files of AcrobatUpd8 * _all_incr.msp , but I get an error that the upgrade program is may be missing. I can't afford to upgrade to X * when it works for what I need for which is simply to break the high multi page documents created by Quickbooks.

Certainly, he can't install the printer driver in Acrobat 8.0 in Windows 7 64 bit, it has not been written too. Apparently, however, 8.1 is able to install the printer driver.

Unfortunately, Adobe took to the bottom of the page with the release notes. But you may need to use the * GFE * versions (English, French, German). See http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/update-patch-acrobat-reader-7.html

After 8.1 there is an update of "universal" (all languages).

  • Update Adobe Acrobat - CC or via Updater?

I installed Adobe Acrobat Pro through my creative cloud subscription, but now I get a notice to update Adobe Acrobat via a message through the Office Update. Creative cloud shows that I installed the latest version. Should what tool I use to stay up to date... CC or the Office Update?

You can update Acrobat pro using Creative Cloud App or you can click on update dialog and update.

I suggest you click Help > option on Acrobat Pro XI once

    It will display the version

    last update is Version 11.0.10.

If your Acrobat Pro XI is not 11.0.10, then click on update prompt and try to upgrade to the latest version

  • Updated Adobe Acrobat & now I can't view a PDF file

Monday night, I updated Adobe Acrobat.

On Tuesday, I found I couldn't read or create PDFs. I get an error message that says:

"Check with the developer to make sure that Acrobat Pro works with this version of Mac OS x. reinstall". "

I use a Mac Book pro with Lion 10.7.5

So I reinstalled Acrobat and still have the same problem!

    Any tips?

I can't see another thread on this particular issue but ignore me if it already exists.

    Thank you

    Fiona

I seem to be the only person having this problem, but just in case anyone has the same problem Adobe Chat support me:

    -Open Finder

    -Click on Go

-In the type of research/library + click on enter

    -Click application support > Adobe

    -Remove all acrobat files

    -Go to folder repeat

-Search ~/library + click on enter

    -now repeat to Go go

    Research/Library

-Click on Preferences > delete all files that are labeled as com.adobe.acrobat

    Then reinstall Adobe Acrobat

Then try to open a PDF file

I did find the same error message!

So I had to uninstall the Acrobat file I had loaded just that is, repeat the above steps

The next support solution has given was to go to the preferences of the user on the Mac and create a new name for the admin for example test acrobat - not enter any password, although then I lock the padlock.

    Reset

Sign up under the new name of the admin

    Search for a PDF file

A test to see if they would open

And even once, I get the same stupid error message!

So I am now really tired.

Did anyone had this problem & it is resolved?  There are of course some conflicts with the recent update and the Lion and the file does not work correctly.

  • I have install update Adobe Acrobat reader on my computer a few weeks ago. I was not able to print my documents, new or old. I use win 7. I tried to uninstall the program and re - install, and that has not worked. I went to the HP tapes

I installed the update of Adobe Acrobat reader on my computer a few weeks ago. I couldn't print my documents, new or old. I tried to uninstall the program and re-install and that has not worked. I went to the HP website and from the down loaded the latest printer drivers, and that did not work. I went to tools for the production printing package that reads 'Add' tab. I clicked Add and got a (1-800-915-9430) number to call if I want to pay other services that offer Adobe. I called the number in the hope of getting my answers to the question and that has not worked. I've gotten has been a long wait (1 h) for a person to respond to the call and when they meet a poor service. I went to different forums looking for answers and found my question but not response. The messages I get are: "the document could not be printed" and "there is no page selected. Is there a solution to this problem? The version of window is Win7.

    Hi Abhishek,

I followed your instructions and none of it worked. I had to uninstall Acrobat Reader and then update my version of the window. After that I downloaded Acrobat Reader again and it worked. Thanks again for your help.

You will have to go for the purchase of a Acrobat DC, or you can also go for the upgrade to Acrobat Acrobat DC (Mac).

  • Need to update Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Standard

My desktop Macintosh computer has Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Standard. (When I click on Acrobat, Acrobat 7.0 Standard is basically characters and underneath, in small print is Version 7.1.0-23/04/08 04:22. I think it's confusing, but I guess I still have 7.0) I'm doing an upgrade Acrobat free because I'm not able to download the PDFs on the Internet.

If I raise Adobe, click on help and then «check updates now...» "the smaller number of update is 7.0.5.

I went to downloads on the Adobe website, but cannot find anything for what I have. I searched the forums, found a question about the Acrobat 7.0 upgrade and one of the answers has a link, but it was for Acrobat 7.0 for Windows.

Anyone know how I can find the appropriate downloads to upgrade the Macintosh of Acrobat 7.0 version?

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Dear and patient like Phillip Jones,

Thank you very much for the missing with all link updates for earlier versions of Acrobat. Progress, but I don't have not yet completely finished the first upgrade. I encountered a problem, I will try to explain with the help of a series of snapshots of the screen of the monitor that I printed.

By your last answer, I downloaded Adobe Acrobat 7.1.1 Standard update - multiple languages. Once the download is finished, I clicked on the download icon, which is titled AcroStdUpd711_all_incr. This opens a window with a folder icon inside. I clicked on the file and it became the Acrobat icon with a blue down arrow - this new icon called Acrobat 7.1.1 Std Patch.

I clicked on the icon of Patch and opens a new window that shows some of my Applications. At the top of this window is the message "Select the copy of Acrobat 7.0 Standard update." There is a single copy of Acrobat 7.0, and it is already highlighted in blue. I click on the button choose, and I get the message "invalid application has been selected."

Ouch, what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your advice.

If you really have 7.0, you must download the 7.1 update and install first. Then 7.1. then 7.2. (if exists), then 7.1.3.

Its painful, but the way his adobe. the update can read and work on the one just before the name of the update. in other words 7.1 will update version 7.0.0. and update 7.1.1 updates only 7.1.0 and so on. Why Adobe does not like all other software on the planet, I'll never know. For example, if you get a Combo OSX.4.11 update telling you it updates all of OSX.4.0 on. until the time of the update. In other words say, it's a 7.6 for Acrobat update, it should cover 7.0 on up to 7.6.

What you could do, is look at 7.5, which has been updated free, but was actually a complete rewrite. Then, look for updates for it. According to me, updates went as far as 7.5.6 or 7. You'll have to watch and see. Its so long since I the 7.x series. I'm up to 9.1.3

  • Plug-in control program indicates that there is an updated Adobe Acrobat version, but when I click on the orange button I don't see such update

The program to check your Plugins I managed for Firefox 3.6.13 under WXP gives me an orange button indicating that the Adobe PDF plugin is out of date and suggests I click to update, but when I do so I don't get in an update for the plugin, but a download of 47 MB for Adobe Reader X. I find nothing on a plugin to update on the Adobe or Adobe Downloads site. This plugin is certainly not a 47 MB program.

You must download and install the full application in order to get the latest version. The plugin is part of the application.

    Hi herb,

The calculations do not work as they use Javascript to perform the operation and version 5.0.x Lollipop has problem with Javascript that is fixed in the version 5.1.x.
