  2. run the setup.exe file

  3. right-click on it and run as administrator.

  You cannot remove a process, you probably just stopped it.  In the Task Manager (where you have completed the process), click file | New task and in the dialog box that opens type "Explorer" and press ENTER.

  didn't happen before FF auto update to a newer version which took the bad and I had to restore the system back to the lower version that ran good. Now, he keeps automatically generate these bookmarks that I don't want and I can't stop it doing so.
