    Windows cannot find 'info.exe.

I can only open the hard drive with a right-click then left-click Open. Not the end of the world, but I would like to address this problem.

I think its something to with what precedes the day and the Autorun feature.

Thanks for any information, that everyone has.

    Hello

It seems to be a virus called protectfile.vbs or autorun.inf.

Follow the steps below to remove this virus from your computer.

    MoveOnBoot open

Go to rename Action-> rename file

A dialog box opens, select the file. Because these files are hidden files, you will not be able to travel and see. Please enter

Enter "C:\protectfile.vbs" in the section of the file selection.
Enter "C:\protectfile.html" in the section of the destination file. Enter OK.

Similarly, repeat steps 2 through 4 for the file 'C:\autorun.inf' and rename the in 'C:\autorun.html '.

Do not restart your computer. We have implemented moveonboot to rename the .vbs ProtectFile in only one of the disks.

Repeat step 2 to 5 for each disk. For example, if you have 4 drives on your computer (C, D, E, F), then you will have to rename '.vbs C:\protectfile', 'D:\protectfile.vbs', 'E:\protectfile.vbs' and '.vbs F:\protectfile' 'C:\protectfile.html', 'D:\protectfile.html', 'E:\protectfile.html' and 'F:\protectfile.html' respectively.

Even renaming file "autorun.inf" in all readers for the corresponding ' autorun.html' files.

Restart your computer. We have disabled the virus.

Now we will remove it completely.

    Reopen MoveOnBoot.

Go to delete Actions-> delete the files

You will not be able to browse and reach the files. Then click Browse and enter 'C:\protectfile.html', 'D:\protectfile.html', 'E:\protectfile.html', 'F:\protectfile.html', 'C:\autorun.html', 'D:\autorun.html', 'E:\autorun.html' and 'F:\autorun.html '.

    Restart your computer.

The steps above should solve the problem for you.

  • Could not load the LR 6 on my laptop - I get "update serial number: serial number you provided is valid, but calling it a product was not found on this computer."  I downloaded, from the Adobe Web site and given the serial number when I bought L

I'll put up a new Macbook Pro the retina, bought this week, and try to install the copy of LR 6 I bought in September 2015.  It is currently loaded on my old Macbook Pro.  I understand that my license allows me to install this on two machines;  This is particularly important now that I move from an old machine to a new one.

I downloaded the complete file of the LR6, but when I try to install, I get "update serial number: serial number you provided is valid, but calling it a product was not found on this computer."

I gave the serial number under my account on the Adobe website and delivered when I bought LR 6 September 2015.

It is said to "Select a product", but only gives me options of Lightroom 1-5, not 6.  My new LR 6 license is useless just 6 months after purchase?

I opted to buy 6 LR on perpetual license rather than a subscription monthly CC, as my country's currency is devaluing rapidly and I need to be able to afford access.  But now Adobe does not seem to recognize the validity of the copy that I own.  In fact, it is difficult to find a reference to LR 6 on the Adobe web site.

    Can anyone help?

    Thank you

It shows the message you have purchased an upgrade license, and it asks you to select the older version that you upgraded and provide older version serial number as proof that you are eligible to use the upgrade.

  • Windows Update error number: 0 x 80248015

I have problems to download/install updates to Windows.  I tried every fix I can think of and nothing works.  This is the story of what I did.

It is a new installation of Windows XP SP2 virtual machine.  Here are the steps I've done (the first 3 are in order):

    -Install SP3 manually

    -Manually install IE8

    -Install .NET Framework 2.0

From there, I tried (in no particular order):

-Check the schedule date/time/time zone (since it is a Virtual Machine, he grabs this information from the physical machine, which is correct)

-Change the time for the wrong settings on object, and then restart the virtual machine

    Download/install the http://support.microsoft.com/kb/943144 Update Agent

-Run the FixIt MS on this site

-Clear all settings of Internet Explorer Proxy

-Stop/start/restart the BITS and the automatic update services

-Run the FixIt MS from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971058/en-us?p=1

-Add the following sites to the "Trusted Sites" zone

    -https://*.windowsupdate.Microsoft.com
    -http://download.windowsupdate.com
    -Reset all Internet Explorer settings

-After the reset Internet Explorer settings, when I return to the Windows Update site, I wonder to run the ActiveX module.  No matter if I click on "Run on this website", or "Run on all Web sites", it immediately gives me "error number: 0 x 80248015.

-J' have also made sure to restart my machine virtual if or not he asked me after each correction, just in case.

Here are all the corrections that I found through my research, and I'm starting to get frustrated.  Any help is appreciated, because I'm out of ideas.

OK, I don't know if this has helped anyone, but I just got the virtual machine to allow me to find updates.

I went to control panel-> updates automatic and clicked on the link "Windows Update Web Site" and it took me to update.microsoft.com and now he's let me install updates.

I do not think that it was important in different ways, that I tried to install the updates, but for some reason, this one worked.
