Update of graphic A6110n map

I would like to configure extended Office both monitors for my Pavilion A6110n.  He has a GE Nvidia 6150SE nForce430 card.

I think my max pawer is 250 Watts.

What card do I need?  Do I have to upgrade the power supply at the same time?  Is it not possible at all?

You need a PCI Express x 16 video card.  It depends on your budget and what you plan to do with your PC. I recommend at least an ATI Radeon HD 3xxx or 200-400 series NVIDIA card.

You probably want to move the power supply to @450 Watts. Make sure and buy one with ATX12V V2.2 / EPS12V to ensure that you will have all of the necessary connectors. I recommend OCZ and Corsair as the best power for a spend of $$$.  OCZ has the best warranty in the industry.

  • Can I update my graphics card?

    Dear Sir/Madam,

Is it possible to update my graphics card? I have ENVY of HP dv6-7210ei Notebook PC with GeForce 630 m 2 GB graphics card. Can I move to 660 gtx for example?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello

As in my previous answer, no you can not even with the portable version. Let's put it this way: basically, you can, with a cost, and I think that this cost can be more expensive than buying a new computer because you have to take into account:

    • New price of the card, and WHERE you can buy it because the laptop cards are not the same office maps. You can't buy any normal store,
    • Need new card system (can be),
    • Need new system of cooling because in general more powerful card pumps out more heat (you want more powerful card don't you?).
    • May need new power supply because your current diet is not suitbale for the card. (I ordered a machine with the Nvidia card and I need to order a 90W charger at the same time, not the normal charger 65W. They rejected just my order.)
    • Cost of the work.
    • Packages a lot, a lot of aspirin.

    I hope this helps.

  • Updated my graphics card

Hello guys, I'm going to buy the

HP Envy 700-056/700-216 desktop computer with AMD A10 - Quad Core processor accelerated soon and I'd like to update the graphics card I can play COD on it. Apparently HP computers are known for being finnicky with different graphics cards? I would like to know if the

EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti w/G-SYNC Superclock support 2 GB memory GDDR5 128-bit, Dual-Link DVI - I, HDMI, DP map chart 1.2 works on it. What the recommended power supply with this combo? I believe that this computer has power supply 300W

    Reconsister2, welcome to the forum.

If it's the video card that you want to review, it should work with computers.  The problem is that card manufacturers have made their cards need UEFI instead of a standard BIOS.  HP didn't start using UEFI full until mid-October 2012.  Given that the two computers you listed have Windows 8.0/8.1, they must be good.

Now, the map in the link shows that it requires a power supply (PSU) 300W or more.  I read the various reports on this subject, however.  If you decide on the map, you can try it with the existing 300W POWER supply to see if it works.  It won't hurt a thing to try.  It simply will not work correctly if it requires more power.

  • How update the graphics drivers that i didn't install the card myself?

Map of the laptop I had installed myself,

So, how then update the graphics drivers?

    Thank you

    Hello

As graphics hardware is already installed on your laptop, go to the website of the manufacturer of your laptop > drivers download Section > then key in your number cell phone model > find your operating system (Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit) > finds two recent graphics / video or the drivers of the Chipset (depending on how it is formulated) and download and install.

    See you soon.

    # You don't have a 'card' in this model. Starting with 2012 models graphics hardware was inseparable and soldered to the logic board. Looks like this:

  • 13.10 updated AMD graphics card

Does anyone have an idea if HP will release the 13,10 update for users of hp pavilion g6? I currently have version 13.8 and I can't update because graphics switchable. I have a hp pavilion 1305ev g6

Sorry, but HP does not usually release updates to pilot routine maintenance. Instead, HP only releases updates to fix known bugs or issues with a driver.

You may want to consider reading this HP Forum thread titled How can I use the latest drivers for my ATI/AMD card?  Read and follow the instructions provided. Also consider to read the information as found on the provided links these may offer a better solution.

Another option that is very popular with people who want more drivers, is the third-party provider http://leshcatlabs.net/.  -I recommend read you and well understand why driver signature enforcement must be disabled to load these drivers and what risks it may pose.

  • Updated card graphics/video on Equium L40-14i

Is someone can you please tell me if you can update the graphics/video card on this machine as we are having trouble loading and playing games (Sims 2 deluxe) and Tiger Woods 08 and a friend mentioned that the graphics card on this laptop does not support them. AFAIK there are here with 1 GB of memory, 128 MB graphics card and two games require at least 32 mb videocard support and yet they either load up, then stop responding or if I do get not one to play it crashes after a few minutes. Is there something that can be done to run one of these games?

    Hello!

I m not the owner of a Qosmio so I m not sure but as far as I know it s not possible to update the graphics card on a Toshiba laptop. For the upgrade of the GPU, I can prefer this useful link:

But why you want to upgrade? I mean the Qosmio F45 is the oldest not portable and the graphics performance should be good.

  • Try to update the graphics driver for Satellite C660-1LD

    Hi all

So I'm trying to update my graphics driver on a satellite C660 1LD, and I'm going nowhere quickly.

The current driver I have is version 8.15.10.2622
Site Web from Toshiba offers the 8.15.10.2189 version which I'm inclined to believe this is an older than my current version?

I tried downloading the new version on the Intel site but it does not work either and I can't really figure out what the new version of the site. Can anyone offer advice on how to achieve this?

The trouble is that I've lived this process for more than a year to fix a bug on civilization 5. I remember that it is a bit of a headache then. The most annoying is that I don't remember the process that I had to pass by to do. DOH!

    Thanks in advance

    Tom

    Hello

In General, you should only use the drivers from Toshiba. Why? The drivers offered on the Toshiba support page are tested and adapted to work with the s portable equipment. Of course, you can use the GPU manufacturers support page drivers, but you should know that most recent drivers will increase performance GPU. More performance means more heat and also some risk for material.

Result can be suddenly stopped downs or even damage the hardware.
In any case, I hope that you are satisfied with the performance of the GPU with your latest driver so I don't understand why you want to update the current version. Be happy that everything works well with this version of driver is not supported.

In any case, I m you know that everything you do is at your own risk you can do with your computer laptop all you want. I found an interesting article that can help you.

Visit the Toshiba download pageand check if the most recent driver for your unit is listed there.

It is recommended to use the Toshiba driver designed because of the material.
