  Hi, I have a problem with printing from Lightroom 6. It seems that since the last update of Lightroom color management has corrupted. Impressions are now far the color range as they were before and as it should. I understand that all would be nice if I could go back to the version of Lightroom before the update. for example, to uninstall the update. Is it possible if yes, how?   Thank you.

• Update of Lightroom CC stuck at 35%

  When you try to start, I saw on Saturday 10 June 16 update for Lightroom. The agent helping clicked the update button. After about 20 min... He stopped at 35%. After the restart he stopped again at 35%. When I tried to call support of the website said that the Department was not open until Monday.   For error to install the update, I would recommend review update Setup logs to determine the exact failure.  You can find details on how to locate and interpret the files Setup logs to troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud install problems with log files .  You are invited to post specific errors that you will discover in this discussion.

  For you question import please post a discussion in forum Photoshop Lightroom to Photoshop Lightroom...  The community in this forum will be more familiar with Photoshop Lightroom import feature works.

  MAC OSX 10.10.5 and I always have problems with the creative application of cloud.

  It does not start automatically, but it works. Many updates lately omitted by error 43 or something :-) to 9%.

  But now the App does neither show the update of Lightroom for my Canon 1DX Mk2 files.

  I connect to the computer.

  Tried a patch on the blog of the Queen for a direct download of Lightroom, but does not.

  What could I do now?

• Can't download app update of lightroom cc 2015?

  I had already downloaded the recent update on photoshop cc 2015 today without any problem, but could not enter the lightrm cc 2015 app update to download. Now, I get undefined error message.  How can I correct this situation so I can't enter the upgrade application correct ltrm.  I did leave the creative cloud on the office logo and no go.  I have a dell inspiron 386 computer with ie 11 is installed.  Have windows 7 hp.   Kindly attach a screenshot of the issue, or mention the exact message to come when you try to update to Lightroom CC.

  I would say to you please Clean uninstall Lightroom from the computer, use The Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

  I do my editing on a macbook pro... in move to a pc. I'm under cloud of adobe on both machines so assuming that they are on the same update of programs...

  This indicates that the photo file is corrupt, and it is unlikely that you will be able to use the photo at all. If you have a photo backup, you must restore the backup.

  You can run diagnostics on your drives to identify potential problems. Map of the camera may also be the culprit, it could be that the file was written incorrectly camera card (although if you do not have the problem on the MacBook, but do have the problem on the PC, which seems to exclude the card camera)

  Yes, there will be an update to Lightroom because of ongoing problems.

  For the moment, you can disable the "Show Add Photos Screen" in the Lightroom preferences > General and then restart Lightroom to check if that helps.
