Update of payment problems

My name is Julia Meade and I got an Adobe account during the past year. He has just cancelled and I keep trying to update the information of credit card and for some reason, the site is having issues and will not let me.

Is there anyone I could call to solve this problem by phone?

    I have a subscription to the CC since April 2016 here in Germany. I pay a monthly fee through Paypal. Each month, the subscription is supposed to transfer to Adobe.

    On 21 may, I received an email from Adobe indicating that there was a problem with my method of their choice of payment.

    Visit accounts.adobe.com I saw this:

    Even if there is an entry on the lower right side, saying: a Bill was created may 21, there is no entry on the paypal site, saying that the money was sent.

    In the Red Panel, it says (in German), "error!" There was a problem with your last payment. Update your details of payment of your service to continue. »

    I clicked on the blue link ("update your payment information"). Then I was asked to fill out a form (name, address, etc.).

    Then this window will appear:

    It is said: "we could not verify your address...". "etc.

    On the bottom there are two entries that say, "your registration" (on the left), "suggested address" (on the right side).

    I chose the suggested address, then he put me on accounts.adobe.com and it seemed to work as the Panel of red error message was gone.

    But the Panel of red error message to refresh the Web site's back, so nothing was fixed.

  • am unable to play my music content on newly approved device, message inviting the update of payment option.

    I am unable to read the content previously purchased on an authorized device. Whenever a message for update me my payment information, I will not do until I'm ready to make a purchase. (Because of two previous instances of fraudulent charges made to my account, I provide payment details just before making a purchase and then turn them off once the purchase has been authorized.)

    If the payment details are stored should not affect its access to previously purchased content. Any ideas?

    Update: I have solved the problem by changing the method of payment for a credit card and select 'none '. (NB: the 'None' option was not available when the configuration of the Paypal payment problem has been active.)

    I recently changed credit cards and when I'll update the payment method, I get an error message stating "INVALID CARD, NEED YOU NOT fill OUT THE ENTIRE FORM, please ENTER YOUR CITY" there is no option for the city, all parts of the form are completed correctly, including the new card details... What's not? I tried to update on my phone and iPad and getting the same error

    Someone was having the same problem, just update your card using computer with itunes.

  • Cannot update of payment

    My Adobe CC package has expired and I tried to update my payment information, but it won't let me.  I get the following error:

    I tried different a few times on different days, but I get the same error.  I tried to use Chrome/Firefox/Edge as well, but it doesn't let me go beyond this error.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Impossible to update my payment information.

    Hey guys!

    A few days ago there was a problem with my paypal so I was unable to pay my subscription of the CC. Now adobe asked me to update my payment information in order to be able to pay with paypal, but there is a problem with the site. When I click on the link "Edit" next to my paypal email address in the payment details window, there is no reaction to that. It just shows the four squares (loading icon) for a second, but nothing happens. Also the same thing when I click on save. I tried with all web browsers on my computer, but the problem appears in each of them.

    I received two emails, I quote-

    "we could not charge the credit card registered. Pour restore your paid subscription, please update your payment information.

    There is my no reason than no card to work. The link seems to be good but there is no message on my space Adobe on this matter (I did not follow this privilege). This mail is legitimate?

    After an automatic update this morning at 03:00 October 15, 2010 for windows vista, all my USB ports on my laptop have stopped working. Please advice all solutions to locate the update caused the problem.

    This must be a different problem from what I had so...

    In any case, I uninstalled all updates on vista (as opposed to other programs, office, outlook, etc.) and then reinstalled again and everything works fine now... go figure: /.
