Well, you know take in many times to do it one by one... it would be nice if someone can help me with this, please explain the details, I'm no expert on this, but I would like to know... Tank you.

  You don't mention what e-mail program, you use, but it's pretty well overall in Windows. Simple click on the header of a message to highlight, then Ctrl + A will highlight all. Press DELETE.
