• Guard MS Update offers updates of product (s) /Ko who IS / has BEEN installed

  When I launched Windows Update, (IE8 > tools >...) using Express or Custom, it is show three updates to install. and all 3 are installed.

  After I saw what I checked history update [SP (silkscreen)] which show the update has been installed sucsessfully. Then I checked on add it-REMOVE PROGRAMS. 3 all therefore show them installed [SP].

  I opened a new window of IE8 and repeat the steps above, always the same bad KBs appeared as needing to be installed.

  I have Screen Prints of all the steps, but I noticed earlier it is not one was to add attachments.

  Please, try the following steps:
   
  Click Start > Control Panel > programs and features

  In the left pane, click View Installed Updates

  Scroll through the list to check the update of in question (KB954430)

  Right-click on it and select uninstall

  After you uninstall the update, please download the stand-alone pack from the Microsoft Download Center, and then save it.
