Update stuck Android

Just bought a dell place 8, connected to WiFi it says update is available, when I tap on the notification to download is just stuck on "waiting for download - 133.1 MB. Tried the Factory reset three times, but that did not help.

I think the problem is solved... installed VPN enforcement, the download started, and progress bar is moving.

  • Win 7 updates "stuck".

My new computer (Windows 7 OS) is to install updates & Stuck (2 hours) the #9 51 & says "do not turn off or unplug your machine '...  So what to do?

At some point, it must ignore the warning and put off/power on or reset your machine.

Restart it, connect, do nothing else and run Windows Update again.  Chances are that it will succeed.

  • Windows Update stuck at 'Check updates'

    Original title: Windows Update stuck

I had to recover my laptop windows 7 back to out-of-box state system. Once presented to my office, I immediately went to Windows Update to install all of the updates that I needed. After installing SP1, and restart the computer, windows update to update the update agent, so he could get some more updates. He said he would close and re - open Windows Update, which she did, but now it is stuck on "check updates".

The update that broke the update of Windows was "Windows Update Agent 7.6.7600.320"

I have since made a recovery of the system to the State out-of-box three times and each time "Windows Update Agent 7.6.7600.320" installs Windows Update is stuck saying "check updates".

I did tons of attempts to solve this problem, but it won't find more updates and I can't install more updates.

I have also experienced problems with Windows Update still looking for updates when Windows Update 7.6.7600.320 has been installed automatically after the system update to SP1 (it was after doing a clean install of Windows 7).

    The following worked for me:

    1. manually installing KB3083710

    2. manually installing KB3102810

    3. restart the computer

    4. run the Windows Update Diagnostic tool to reset Windows Update (support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/971058)

5 restart the computer again and search for updates

  • Update stuck after reboot

    Hey guys,.

So I don't have a lot of information because I wasn't trying to update, but here's the problem:

I restarted my computer, and an update coming. The white progress bar fills up then it 100% and it gets stuck there. He was stuck there for 30 minutes - 1 hour then I rebooted. Same thing happens again. So I try to restore from a Time Machine point from a week ago. Machine time finishes and the computer restarts... same screen update, fills to 100% and gets stuck. Moreover, that Time Machine specific backup is the only one I have.

Not sure if this is important, but I have recently (last days) installed a few programs and changed my .profile file according to the instructions for installation.

I tried to boot in SafeMode as well but the computer just goes to the update screen even if I hold down the SHIFT key. Don't know what to, any advice would be much appreciated.

    Thank you

    Joe

Thought of it myself. Must have been a problem with a kext file, I tried the difficulty here by removing all the kext in an folder unsupported and the computer started fine

  • Slate6 BONE damaged during the update to Android 4.4.2

Everything was ok until last night and received an update to 4.4.2.

The downloaded file has been approximately 519 MB and I downloaded it completely with my wifi.

    The battery was about 92%.

But after the restart and the installation of the update, my device is completely altered.

When I turn it on, it shows only "HP" logo followed by this picture.

I tried the rest of the factory and cleared all caches, but there is no use of it.

My phablet is now completely unemployed.

I also downloaded 'Android Jelly Bean restore the Image' and tried to install it via an external card. But the message next (error) occurred.

    "assert failed: getprop ("ro.product.device") =="Grenade "|" getprop ("RO. Build.Product") =="Grenade ".

Now, I have no idea what to do next.

I solved it. Here is the solution. Download this update and just install it via the external card.

  • Satellite C660 - 115 Win7 update stuck in the loop. SOLVED!

I have a Satellite C660-115 which is stuck in a loop "of despair".
I am a COMPUTER engineer support and a customer brought this laptop of mine, who was stuck in a loop of repair Win7 (64-bit prem) that simply says Win7 could not be repaired.

I backed up the profiles of subscribers using Hiren boot CD (done chkdsk as well - everything is OK), and then did a factory restore.
No problem at all with the restoration.

Started doing the updates for Win7; SP1 seems to install OK without errors.
The system then picked up 37 Win7 updates automatically and asked to reset.
Upon reboot, Win7 entered "drvload.exe" and started an auto repair.
It took time and the system started OK, but without any sign of SP1, looks so much like system restore to an earlier point?

I though this update to process 3 times now and each time after that a lot of auto update, the same sequence occurs.

How to exit this loop? What is causing this problem, which I have never seen before?

No software has been installed, other than that of the recovery process.
I even uninstalled McAfee, just in case this could be a problem - no change.

Ah, just took another look. It is stated in Win7 system registers that the restoration was caused by a corrupted file C:\ci.dll. Google to find it was a sign by a rootkit virus in the HARD Master Boot Record disk (the file ci.dll itself is NOT damaged). Found a fix tool

    http://support.Kaspersky.com/viruses/solutions?QID=208280684

It identified the rootkit and removed.
    Seems to be OK now!

Hope this post could help others.
Of course, the factory restore does not erase the HDD MBR rootkit...

    Thanks for sharing!

  • HP Envy i7: random BIOS update stuck

    Then
I put my computer in mode "Eve" and back in my bag. I come home and get him out I notice it is still and REALLY hot. I opened it and I am greeted by a "Update of the HP BIOS" screen (which).

    It reads:

"THE system BIOS is being restored. The recovery will take several minutes to complete. »

"Do not stop your computer during the process."

    'Write the new BIOS image.

    "Block 293 / 2048.

    "14% of activity."

And he was killed on 14% for several hours.
I think to turn it off (by removing the battery if needed), but I'm worried that it could cause permanent damage.

    Please help me
    Thanks in advance
