  Yes.
  But before current verion of the SOUL (CC) to do so, you had to download and install one of the programs associated/connected with the SOUL. To download, install and use SOUL version 7.2 tou will need to download and install AE CC or agency CC (2013 edition - first edition of the CC) and with any of these SOUL should install also.

  I want to install the trial after effects CC version and downloaded Premiere Pro, SpeedGrade and Photoshop tests successfully, but when I try to install After Effects, I get the message "Waiting."... "and then after a few minutes I get the message"No. Internet Connection. This also applies to other applications that I have tried (Illiustrator, for example).

  I did what the help docs have said, for example disable my firewall, restarted, etc..,. None of this works, nothing will install (except app updates work very well!), so I am very confused. I obviously have a connection, so I don't know where to go from here

  I'm reaching the end of my tests (I have 4 days left on my Premiere Pro trial, which was an app I downloaded previously), which would have something to do with it?

  Issue WRT Windows updates, I've very recently updated 3 computers that had not been used in about 2 years... more than 200 updates each and experience is very fresh in my memory. :-) The only problem which has recurred several times has been updated collective lots fault because some updates must be installed individually or in a certain order, but they have not been identified as it.

  So I suggest to try each first IE10 update individually. If that doesn't work try to download files update manually (from the # links displayed in Windows Update KB) and run the updates of downloaded files.

  You can update in the Help menu of Photoshop CC.
