According to the description provided, it seems that you are having problems with the Microsoft updates. As I understand it the same windows updates get offered again.

Perform the steps in the link and check.

Windows Update or Microsoft Update repeatedly offers the same update

  • Windows Update does not open in Mode safe while trying to install updates that are not installed in the usual way

My computer will not install the important updates Service Pack. Support.Microsoft recommend safe, but in view Mode Setup without failure, you can not open the program update of Windows (from all programs). If I left click or right click and open nothing happens except that I immediately back to the Safe Mode screen.

    Hello
    • What is the antivirus installed on the computer program?
    • You receive an error message?
I want to say that windows update does not work in safe mode.
I suggest you follow the below methods that can help you solve your problem.
Method 1: You can download Service pack 1 in normal mode and install in safe mode.

Method 2: If above does not work, follow the procedure below:
    Step 1:
I suggest you to disable any program of security on your computer and check if it solves the problem.
After reviewing the question you must reactivate the security on your computer program.

Note: Run the computer without antivirus software or firewall is a potential threat to the computer; Be sure to activate security software after completing the troubleshooting steps and after identifying the problem.

    Step 2:
I suggest that you put your computer in a clean boot, try to install service pack 1 and control.
See the following article in the Microsoft KB for more information on how to solve a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or Windows 7:

NO, you cannot uninstall updates if the operating system has been updated because it would mean that another edition of Windows is now installed.

  • With the paid version - how many people can I send at the same time? Are there download limits (bandwidth or number of downloads of limitation)?

I have grown to hate Hightail and was trying to learn how Adobe to send by report - but the documentation is pathetic. I do webinars which means I can have a 200-400 people, will download the file. The paid version allows this? What is the maximum size and the maximum number of downloads?

As you can see other articles on this forum, we currently encounter some problems of very large files, especially over a slower internet connection. I suggest that you try to download these files to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com and then create Public links from there. You can then distribute the Public links for your users to access the files.

  • I'm set up XP for automatic updates, but I also received several updates that are not install

no error code says just failed

Thanks for your help and I have the following answers for you so far, my anti virus is with Kaspersky and the subscription is up to date, the malicious software removal tool has been downloaded successfully but I had some problems with safe mode which, for some reason, does not open but in the meantime, I ran the mrt and it produced a report saying that no problem not found. Re safe mode, my 4 choices on screen was as usual ST380011a, CDROM, USB HDD, INT LAN and I tried all but comes to open the windows?

When you did install Kaspersky... When you purchased the system first or recently?

Is it just Kaspersky Antivirus or is a suite that includes a firewall?

The 4 choices you posted are quite rare, if you indeed tried to fashion without failure. It seems that you have entered the BIOS Setup , better known as the installer, not Mode without failure.
The Start Menu, which is what you are trying to access the list

    Safe mode
    Safe mode with networking
    Safe mode with command prompt

    Last good known Configuration
    etc.

    Please open the WindowsUpdate.log
Scroll to the bottom of the journal.
Place the cursor on the bottom right and left , click on the mouse.
This will put a flashing line, it
    |    <---- it="" will="" look="" like="" that="" but="" it="" will="" be="">

Now hold down left button and drag the cursor on the last 50 or so lines of text so that it is highlighted .
The text still highlighted in the Menu on the top bar , then click on Edit , then copy .

When you post your answer, then right-click on it to the top of the message window, then choose Paste .
That will copy & paste the lines for 50 or so WindowsUpdate.log in your response.

    Thank you, directroy.

No, you can't. Why do you do this? It is not an upgrade; the
two are the same; only licensing rules are different.

If it worked the first time, there is no reason that it will not work the second time on the same computer, as long as the Windows 7 is a full version.

If this is an upgrade version, you must have the qualifying OS installed and enabled before you upgrade and it will work.
