Updated Creative Cloud Apps on both computers. I have to do in each update TWICE, it's twice the bandwidth (hours), the costs and inconveniences. Adobe spoke on the online chat Support - no help and no empathy, it's a very serious fault and not what I expect from Adobe.

Why updates cannot be downloaded on a computer and then used to update the other?

Currently my MacPro is up to date, my iMac is waiting on 12 updates.

I hope someone out there can help.

If you have enough computer knowledge to use usb to transfer files updated, you can circumvent the application of cc desktop and use direct downloads:

    Hello

    I tried to update my application creative cloud on my mac for weeks now with no luck.

    I get an error message: "Office creative cloud could not update (error code: 1001) ' this message appears every time after only 5% charge of the update.

    I can't find any solution to this on the Adobe site or any other site. PLEASE Help as my apps don't work properly.

    Desperate for any assistance.

    I just noticed that I have at least two updates on my computer, but I can't open the creative cloud to download updates.  I even tried to open Adobe Application Manager, but it only bounces on my menu bar and disappears seconds later.  This is not completely serious because I can open my apps very well, but I'd at least like to update my applications in the case of a bug or something.  Does anyone else have this problem?

    It works fine now.  I don't know what might have caused, but at least it's more for the moment.  It could have been caused by a bad internet connection between the site and the computer I guess.

    I can't use creative cloud application to manage my software (which works very well for now) because he tells me that I need to update, but the update Gets an "error 205" or at 24% 34%.

    When I start my computer tells me updates available, but when he reached 2%, it shows red connect to the server and that is where it stops, nothing else happens.     I would like to inform you that you're not subscribe to the Acrobat DC as is the latest version of the Acrobat program & as you XI Acrobat Pro & Cloud membership for photoshop & lightroom, you keep getting the message to upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC (latest version). If you have Acrobat Pro XI subscription, then you can also install the latest version that is Acrobat Pro DC.

    If you XI Acrobat pro as serialized product then you must buy Acrobat Pro DC as improved version.

    You have to just reinstall CC app. Please follow the steps mentioned below to solve this problem, depending on your operating system.

    (Mac)

    (1) close adobe all processes in the activity monitor (cloud Creative), synchronization of the base, CC, ccx, services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, CIB Adobe updater AAM Broker service

    2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. To navigate, click on go in the bar on then click goto... type/library/application support of / and then click OK.

    (3) to assign the authorization right click on adobe folder and click on Get info... A window will open. Then click on the lock symbol to allow editing. Then click on sign + to add your user name. Then change read only to read and write. Then click gear icon on the bottom and click on apply to the elements included and click ok... Go to the next step then.

    3) navigate to the location following support/adobe application and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.

    (4) place you ~/Library/application support/adobe/oobe and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.

    Cloud creative library and remove 5 open application).

    (6) open utility library of the application itself and delete Adobe application manager and creative cloud

    (7) install creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

    (8) launch cc app and it should work properly

    (Windows)

    Go to c:/programdata/Adobe and oobe and rename it oobe.old

    Go to c: / / programfiles86x/common files/adobe/and rename the oobe oobe.old and aamupdator to ammupdator.old and delete the folder Adobe application manager

    Go to c: / / Users/username/appdata/local/adobe/rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator

    Go to Control Panel/Add or remove programs and uninstall cloud creative app

    Install app creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

    Run it and it should work.

    My creative cloud app will not open. It updated last week. It says program close app does not. I went to different menus to help and try to delete these files specified such as AAMUpdater, OOBE and OOBE1 and then start the creative menu cloud app. Have always the same message that "program does not - close the program." I don't know what to do now. Fortunately, Photoshop still works and I don't want to update now while there are updates available. I don't know what to do.

    Finally, I put on my backup from 11/02/16 who had an older version of the CCA on it. After the backup, he updated and now it opens. Why none of the fixes worked? I lost last night and today all on it. It would not have been so boring if at least one of the fixes had worked.

    I use Mac OSX El Capitan. It's 2 days I'm trying the update 2 apps and download Premiere Pro for the first time, but creativity cloud App reports "waiting for download. I tried to remove the app and reinstall, I tried to fix the permissions but not way to download.

    If you install on a third computer, you will be asked to turn off this feature on the other two computers. You can then re-enable one of the two previous computers and use Cloud Creative apps on it.

    I have recently subscribed to CC, Lr and PS. I have 2015.6.1 Lr and Ps 2015.5.1.

    I use an iMac recently upgraded to OS Sierra.

    I get notification updates are available, but on opening the creative cloud app it blocks immediately or opens a lower empty screen. On selecting "check for updates app ' on the toothed wheel settings, nothing happens.

    This is a common problem of the Sierra or someone has suggestions?
