When I opened my Z10 or programs, I get 10-20% magnification on my screen. What a pain in the * ss.

Please check the settings> accessibility> see grow Mode is on,it turn off ( off).

    -Unplug the power adapter, remove the battery
    -leave the laptop disconnected for a longer period of time (3-4 hours waiting)
    -then connect the two parts, and switch on the device.

    I think that should help if there is no serious hardware problem
