Updated to the media library

I had my Windows 8 Pro license. Now, for an additional payment, I got library too, but with a new set of keys. The fact that humans 2 DVDs (32 bit & 64 bit) I had are not worth more., and I get another set of DVD?

When you install the Windows Media Center, it takes the place of the original key from Windows 8 as a qualification license and requires that restart you again.

In other words, you cannot use the initial keys elsewhere.

For the most part these incorrect settings are responsible for bad reception of the TV signal.

  • How can I change the default startup screen in Media Player 9, to the media library

After reformatting my HD and reinstall a bunch of stuff, I've updated the Media Player 9.  I am running XP Pro and want to know how I can change the default to the media library start screen?  Much nicer visually that always have to play a very, very long time.

Also, I use to be able to view thumbnails of the Covers Album, regardless of the filter: IE. Artist, Album, Genre, etc.  Is always an option, because I can not find how to display otherwise only after you have selected an artist and if you select View Album Info.

  • The info I am updating in the media player is not appear on the file itself?

Hi, I'm bad with, which, in my view, is, synchronizing the information? I usually empty files only mp3 title that I would update using "Find Album Info" in windows media player. Usually, it works, but when I check some files, it's always empty.

Here is a picture of one of the many songs that suffer from this.

As you can see, some songs are perfectly up-to-date. I tried to restart, wait a few days, etc.; the problem persists. It's frustrating because when I sync with my phone in any case, it appears as "Unknown artist" even if it is perfectly updated in the media player on my computer. How can I fix it? Thank you.

  • Why can't get a signal tv via the media library when I can get a TV signal perfect through my TV?

Channel 7 works at the present time through media library, but none of the other channels are. All I get is that the channel may be off the air or I need to reconnect to the antenna... When I Flip on the tv, all channels are fine.

What the tv tuner card do you have?

Update the tv tuner card driver and the graphics driver on the manufacturers Web sites. Tv signal reconfigures once done.

-Media Center detects my mate video Vista E900F Dual TV tuner

-Everything is free in the atmosphere of the channels worked fine before all broadcasters, including "SBS" by changing its broadcasting frequency

-After SBS has changed its frequency, it needed a new scanning channels, announced on their web site.

-All detected library channels same SBS at its new frequency, the signal strength is 100% and the "Program Guide" works, but when you select the SBS channel to display a blue screen appears with a support message center saying "no TV Signal there is no signal detected, the station may be off the air, don't check your antenna" despite the fact that there is 100% signal strength and all other channels work fine. Rules of the antenna as the problem.

-Software "Compro DTV4" provided with the tuner card has also demanded a new analysis of the channels and all the channels has worked well after the new analysis including SBS. Exclude a hardware problem with the tuner card. I don't like this program and prefer to use the Media Center.

-All signs point to a problem with the windows media center software. Perform an internet search this question gives to think I'm not the only one having this problem but I can't find a solution.

    Someone please help.

I had the same problem with TDT, Eleven and One HD, after many, many hours of searching I found a working driver.

I think that this driver is at NXP for a version of Phillips of the card.

  • Unable to get the TV Guide on the media library

Qosmio F20-136 running Tv on media library, installation guide ads, post code, internet connection.

I am connected to the internet and I can see the data in the toolbar to broadband, but after round one minute Library responds with Guide ads could not be found, a unknown connection failure has occurred

Connectivity doctor software said software on the laptop connected without problems.

I tried several times but failed to get the uploaded lists. I m connected to an outdoor antenna on analog TV.

    Can someone help me please

    Thank you

It would seem that MCE automatically "turns off" the guide function if it is impossible to get data for it in the first search on the Internet, and therefore the option 'Add list to the channels' is not available.

A little known solution for this is to temporarily disable your Internet connection (or just unplug the PC), then tell him you want to use "manual download" for the guide, enter a zip code, let him try and search the Internet guide, eventually you will notify that it has not and will ask you "do you want to retry? Say 'No' to that.

You will find that the guide is now "on" despite the failure and the option 'List add to the channels' magically becomes available. He will stay on because now EPGRunner, etc. has been able to provide the data successfully to MCE guide function (you still need to exit and restart the MCE interface to see the EPG data).

You can also reconnect your Internet connection again, btw. :)

    Hello

Here are the possible causes for this problem to occur:

If you are prompted to select a TV provider and you do not know which one to select, control a recent draft Bill or statement from your TV service provider to find the appropriate information.

The providers listed in Windows Media Center vary according to the Postal Code or ZIP. If the supplier subscribe is not listed for the ZIP or the Postal Code entered, try entering local codes find the appropriate Guide listings.

Follow this step to download the latest Guide listing:

Step 2: Download the latest Guide ads

You must connect to the Internet and initiate a download to receive Guide updates. For the latest information, it is recommended that you connect to the Internet and get Guide lists at least once per day.

    1. on the start screen, go to tasks, click settings, click TV, click Guide, and then get latest Guide listings.

    2. click Yes to confirm that you want to download the latest Guide ads.
