• I need to update to Photoshop, but the updates menu option is grayed out

  I am running Adobe Photoshop version 16.0.0 in an environment of Citrix Terminal Server under a creative cloud for teams of license.  This version is now obsolete and I need to update.  However when I run Photoshop and have it help menu, updates is greyed out.  I can't get it change.  I tried to install creative cloud Office, but this also does not allow me to check updates.

  Nothing seems to get rid of.

  In El Capitan OS X, click the icon, and then uncheck all the options of notification.  After that,.

  the icon disappeared from my menu bar.

  It is grayed because your edits are removed because you company CA.

  Please check your private messages, I have provided the details of the files to delete, delete updates.

  If these files are present, then your administrator must ensure that it deploys the update package or that they are not deleted.

  Those with the Adobe logo comes to open the creative menu cloud when you click "open Updater... ». I wonder why both appear and whether the issue of the Adobe logo is supposed to update something non - CC.

  I did a new install of CC, so there should not be any inherited accession, preferences or items in library on my system.

• Create a simple Update menu linked to other pages?

  I've been Googling like crazy trying to find how to do this. I need to have an HTML file separate with the rest of my site that has the Menu on that I use twice on every page of my site. Whenever I update the menu, I have to copy and paste two times on every page of my site it's very tiring.

  I tried the

  code before, but it does not display the menu on the page at all. My site everything is written in html only. Is it possible to update a basic menu and updated at the same time without the help of modelshas copies of it? As I saw written in other instances that didn't help, this can be described as "A menu for all pages". Forums Adobe seems to be the best forum to post this to.

  What extension are use in pages that use the include... they must be shtml pages or php pages if you use php includes (which are very easy to use if your server supports php).  If they are html pages, so you need to make sure that the server can scan files html as shtml pages.

• Update Menu or menu items

  Hello.

  I can't change the behavior of the menu items.

  I first create a menu with menu items x.

  Later, on a particular event, I want to change a menu item n or (as a backup) I can recreate the whole menu with a new set of menu items.

  What I've tried is to use Menu.deleteAll () and Menu.deleteItem (int n) and both fail to remove a menu item.

  I then thought, ok, maybe that I can not change already created a menu/menu items. Maybe it's only available in makeMenu (although I have not found any such instructions). But! If I add a menu item to the menu even (even after deletion methods) the menu item gets on the menu and is displayed correctly.

  Maybe we can add but can not remove existing menu items?

  Now, what happens?

  All I want to do is change a legend menuItem and its run() method (i.e., replace an existing menuItem).

  Anyone have any ideas?

  Hi, sorry for the late reply, but I closed the problem partially.

  My app has a lot of States, and in some States, some menu options should be withdrawn.

  It turns out that it is preferable to use MainScreen.removeMenuItem instead of Menu.DeleteAll ().

  I found this thread, but it does not work. When I click the Updater icon, then click on 'Open updater', it opens up the creative cloud instead. I have not found a way to remove the updater from creative cloud icon.

  Found, thanks to messages later in this thread, as I mentioned in the op. Here's what they suggest (you must use Photoshop):

  1. in Photoshop, select help > updates:

  

  2. click on 'Preferences' in the lower-right.

  

  3. uncheck the "Notify me of new updates on the menu bar". Then click on 'Ok '.

• Missing contextual & Menu of the Panel - update library item.

  I have a small, but frustrating problem.

  When you are working in InDesign CS5, I want to update my library items.

  As shown in the picture below I lack my 'update library element'.

  

  I went through Edit-> Menus and done so that the Menu item is visible, but alas no luck.

  

  I can change the currently visible items, like adding a color to their option of menu etc, but no matter what I can not do the Update menu library item option to show.

  The following was also tested.

  After all: default of InDesign (modified) for InDesign Defaults.

  This prompted me to save one I've used before as a new set of menu.

  I have restarted InDesign for each change atempted, restarted the computer after that some of the changes made.

  Googling this issue doesn't give me much more information, seems stuck on the "Update" search options and returns some information example, unrelated to my question.

  My software:

  Mac OS X 10.8.x

  Adobe InDesign CS5

  Much appreciate any help I can get here.

• Is it possible that a button "check for updates" can be added on the update tab rather than wait for Thunderbird in the background, check it please?

  I'm not always able to 'catch' the update notification popup when it arrives, and I do not wish to allow the automatic updates without my permission.   When the menu bar is not the AppMenu button to access the menu bar items. Some people also call the menu "Burger" in the upper right. Unfortunately, the corresponding support article is gone.

  It would make not much sense for me to put a "Find updates" button in the Update menu tab, but that's just me.
