  If you find that is NOT the issue and these effects/Transitions ARE 64-bit, please let us know. As I said, I'm not aware of ANY other restrictions on the trial, but must admit that I never used any trial from Adobe.

  Hello - I have downloaded the trial version of the first Pro 6 using the Adobe Download Manager, and I got the full message of the installation, it will display in my Add/Remove Programs, I also received an email from Adobe acknowleging my download, but it does not appear in my programs all - I can't find where to start the program.

  I also downloaded the trial version of Photoshop 6 to test my Adobe Download Manager and it works fine, no problems at all.

  I tried to uninstall and re - run the exe file that I see - but still nothing. What I'm missing or what does not work properly?

• I have a site license, but when I updated for first CC 2015, it became a trial version

  I'm running a lab with 25 licenses.  Currently, all computers run CC 2014, because the new version became available too near the beginning of the semester for to feel me comfortable changing.  I wanted to try the first new, I have so installed on a machine.  I launched first CC 2014, says to check the updates.  He forced me to update my client CC and then to connect.  I installed the new version in addition to the existing version to maintain uniformity in the laboratory.  However, the new facility came as a trial version.  I ignored the warnings, thinking that my license key would certainly, but he never did, and the new version is now expired.

  How can I get CC 2015 to recognize the license? How to avoid this hiccup when the time comes to upgrade the lab this coming may?

  I'm converted today excluded from the XI Pro trial to full version.  I installed the download as said.  When I try to use the pop of the trial window opens and tells me to buy or to the licensed software.  Whenever I type the serial number, it indicates that the serial number is valid

  CC showed I could update 2015 of Photoshop since photoshop 2014, but then only had a trial of 30 days, this normal? now I do not have photoshop cause the entire trial is over?  I paid for photoshop - but I don't have photoshop, please help!

  December 2012, I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro XI for my Mac Book Pro.  A month ago, I got a notice my Adobe Acrobat was a trial version and I need to upgrade.  My Adobe Acrobat stops working. I had no choice, because I was in the middle of a big project.  Yesterday, I bought the DC Adobe Acrobat Pro for $215.00 plus tax.

  (1.) download says it's the classic version despite my order confirmation with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

  (2.) the installed product would not allow access to my stored documents.

  3. the installed product deleted each watermark on all my documents.

  4.) and there is no way to get help unless the poster on a forum?

  2.), I made a mistake.  We could open the stored project documents but not to make changes. The password for the project/documents stored was no longer valid after the upgrade.

  (3.) the watermarks have been added on top of Word documents using Adobe Acrppobat Pro XI.  some watermarks had to be cleared up, but they could not be changed after the upgrade.  In addition, the entire project was wiped clean of watermarks. We had to start from scratch, add watermarks, again: "Property of Swedish Colonial Society", etc.  Some watermarks were on the face of the Word document and some were in right margin

• Premiere Pro CS4 trial update, now the codecs are missing

  I had to reinstall my Premiere Pro CS4 (which was a downloaded update) on a new computer and install the free trial first. Now, after working with Adobe support and supposed to have been upgraded to full CS4, I get the error message: "additional codecs that do not appear in the Premiere Pro CS4 trial version must be installed." I try to update on the Help menu, but get the message that "there no update at this time."  Anyone have any ideas?
