  Now that I've updated to Silverlight, Netflix work anymore - I just get a black screen.

  • I tried to delete all applications Silverlight plug-ins, etc.
  • There is no plug-ins to remove.
  • I erased from the Recycle Bin, deleted the cookies and update of Safari.

  Windows Update said today that it is 'important' that I have to install an update for Silverlight.  As far as I know, I've never installed Silverlight.  How can I be sure?

  Panel--> Add / Remove Programs (see the update verified) for Windows XP
  Panel--> programs and features (or "Programs"--> "Uninstall a program") for Windows Vista/7
   
  Of course - if you have not installed - you would get the offer for the update (or if you did, the update installation will fail.)  ;-)

• Updates to Silverlight causing Windows 7 32-bit system to hang at the office

  Having two machines running windows 7 Pro 32-bit. After yesterdays critical updated for Silverlight, both machines will begin but crashes after loading office. At this point, I can see the lights in car crazy but can not enter in the Manager of tasks to process information. Can not open all apps and get no response, but the mouse pointer is active. Boot into safe mode and do the system restore to remove update Silverlight and both machines run perfectly. Any ideas?

• Roll back the update of Silverlight

  On 29 September, Microsoft Update has eliminated an update of Silverlight. I suspect that it was the cause of the changes in functionality in a program that I use, so I want to uninstall this update to conduct tests. How can I do this?
