  Having the latest drivers would be nice, but its different for laptops. Motorists need to be customized for the features of the laptop, and they probably need to go through quality control, testing too although I guess.

  However there may be a solution, you can try to install the drivers later on newer models such as the Tecra A10 and M10 :)

  In general there is no driver to be installed for the optical disc drive.
  It will be much easier to help you if you explain what problem you have with optical disc drive.

  I understand that you see a newer version of the driver from the NVIDIA support site but these version of the drivers are yet to be tested and certified by Sony, this is the reason why there is no update yet from our eSupport site. You will get this version subsequently once we checked and make sure that it will work properly.

  Worked OK a few weeks before, but after that date 8.1 it half stop ink printing. Installed new cartridge color to similar problems. Tried a new black cartridgeXL & black choise, but doesn't print anything.   I understand that your Deskjet 1000 printer is no longer printing in black after a Windows 8.1 update. Yes there are drivers available, seen here drivers and software HP Deskjet full functionality.

  I would say troubleshooting this as a matter of 'Quality', as black is missing.

  These were related to the AVerTM62_x64.sys TM6200 BDA Driver of AVerMedia TECHNOLOGIES, Inc..  I remove the current driver and install the latest driver available.

  Yes,

  You should be fine to delete the driver of 5600 then. At the worse if it stops printing we just reinstall the 5600.

  my laptop is an acer aspire 5515 comes with Vista Home Basic. no problems with vista but the problem came when Defender got his monthly update of malware and wanted to remove some of the acers (software) programs... so I bought the full version of win 7 must update driver for the ati x 1200 graphics card. Acer will not help and wants to charge me to do it as well as a fee of $ 200. AMD won't help they just refer me back to acer.

  I have this system cleaner called advanced system of care and it came with a program called game booster. It checks for the driver who should be ranked upwards and provides the link.   I downloaded the driver from this 1st then downloaded from the acer site. most copied the files and the driver 10.1 works now.  Thanks for the link I'll save for future use.
