  Try to uninstall the old version - it is not necessary.  An upgrade is a product independent and fully functional.

  Still, LR moved only 4 records of the year 2003 and left for other good account. If I try to move all the others in the new HD, (i.e. a named RALEIGH1), I get this message:

  

  Obviously, according to the LR folder list, it does not contain RALEIGH1

  
  

  The finder window MAC shows that LR DID create the folder RALEIGH1 in the new location, but it is empty.

  Use the MAC finder, I deleted the empty folder from RALEIGH1 to the new HD and copied to the RALEIGH1 of the OLD HD to the new HD and then tried to import this file BACK into the LR catalog.

  Even if LR now see the folder on the NEW HD, pictures are grayed out and LR will not allow the import in the catalog.

  Import photos that have already been imported is never the answer.

  As you said that you copied pictures on the new HD (and they are in a folder of the same name), then you should reconnect the photos inside Lightroom. Find files on your old HD in your Lightroom library Module (left, in the Control Panel folder) and then use these instructions (scroll down to the section called "Update folder location")

  Ok.  When I opened DW, the saved version of the model was there.  so...  Try to save your model as a new_file.dwt in the Templates to your local site folder.  Close DW.  Open DW.

• Why some paragraphs keep the old format after editing while Para Designer please?

  With the help of 10 on Win 7 Pro frame

  I'm trying to change the font and color for a few paragraph with paragraph Designer tags.

  Most of the paragraphs change OK when I click on update, but there are strange paragraphs that do not change with the rest. For example, try to apply changes to the text of the Table changes some cells, but not others, even in the same table. I find it rather impossible to believe.

  Similarly, for some of my numbered lists changes that affect the actual figure number correctly (tested by changing the color parameter), but the text retains the old font and color

  I change my tags offending outside the designer of Para, but I suspect that they will just return to the old style if I close and reopen the chapter.

  Any help please?

  I extended VMDK using vmkfstools, extended successfully got drive and my windows VM has detected the drive extended and used diskpart to extend the volume.

  Now when I see the size of the disk hard in VC it still shows the old value of disc size. Even my free size of the data store has not been reduced. I did a rescan and got reduced the size of my data store. But the VM disk size still old.

  We use esx 3.0

  Please help on this...

  Restart the services mgmt and vpxa.

  Or remove the virtual machine from the inventory and add it back again.

  I have just formatted my drive and installed fresh xampp, pulled my web files on the net and got the testing running server.  I can access the pages that use my vidiscript DB, but for some reason when I try to access pages that use the same PB it gives me an error of:

  Access denied for user 'deafboyz_admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

  deafboyz_admin is the OLD username for DB, that my remote DB uses, which is painfully different than the testing server.  I updated the DB file and saved and made sure it's correct on the test server.  Restart xampp and even my computer, deleted history of cookies etc and still get this same error.  It makes me crazy b/c my main homepage must use the db file for data and it works perfectly, but video pages it attempts to use the old credentials, which are not loaded in my test server.

  as a solution, I even added the user deafboyz_admin in the db and gave full privileges, reboot, etc and still no luck.

  all my passwords are loaded into the local Database as they are in the file db.  restarted the computer and clear the history, what else could be possibly originally xampp try using the old db details?

  There is always something that connects your video to a file that is trying to connect to the DB by using the credentials of the old. You can share your PHP code with us login script? Also, check that the connection on the video page setting is correctly set in the correct file that contains the new credentials.

• How to stop mail to import the old emails after installation of El Capitan

  I have the e-mail program on my iMac that is linked to an account hotmail before El Capitan I could open a mail and click 'x' at the bottom of the e-mail window main to prevent downloading of emails on the linked account. The 'x' is gone and everytime I open the mail it starts downloading emails from 4 years old I want not downloaded on my computer. I like having the configuration of the e-mail on my desk so I can send a quick message without having to open the hotmail acct but don't need or want messages from this account to automatically start the download/import. I went into the preferences of mail and changed the check for new messages in manual, but it always starts download/import as soon as I open the mail. It's like a race for me to get my outgoing message composed and sent, so I can leave mail as quickly as possible to try to minimize the number of old emails this import in the program. Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated. I want to keep synchronized on the e-mail account, just use it for outgoing messages sent. Is this possible?  Why they did eliminate the option in the main window to stop the import? Very frustrating. :-(

  Hotmail has recently changed from POP to IMAP initially. These changes (and others) are because of that.

The lower left corner constantly shows "Download Messages # #, #. The process ends in a day's work. Re-downloaded messages are not available, unless you restart mail. I see the same Inbox on my iPhone without a problem.

  You have probably a message like store on the disk somewhere.  Seewww.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#4 make sure that you enable the display of the hidden files and folders and disable Hide extensions of the types of files known as control panel | Folder options | View and then do an advanced search for *.dbx and make sure you include hidden files and folders under the advanced search options.  Then you should find the directory more old dbx files (they will have a date older) and you can do file | Import | Messages and choose to import from a directory, and then point to her and she should get back them.
