Upgrade to a 750ti ona K450e GTX?

So I have the 4460 i5, 8 GB of ram and the GT 730 of the k450e version. I think the upgrade of a GTX 750ti for decent game. My computer will it support? I'm afraid that my diet is unable to support because I think it's really low.

I use a GTX750ti on a block of power SUPPLY 240 w with no problems whatsoever - he draws on 60W.

There is a link in my thread on a site of power calculation you can use to get an estimate of contour of the power required if your system. It depends really how much you are currently taking your power supply.

It requires care supply 2 x 8 pins and adapter I installed is not always able to provide enough power. HP chat support wasn't any help. Do I need to install a new power supply that provides power sheets 8 pin pci-e?

    @MacTheSteve, welcome to the forum.

This is Service and Maintenance Guide for the workstation.

I contacted StarTech to see if they would have an adapter 'Y' which had two 8-pin power connectors.  However, those that they should be the following on your motherboard or the power supply:

StarTech Brandon: basically, there are 4 SATA power or LP4 molex.

I believe that your diet is enough power, but simply do not have the required connectors.  At least, I don't the seen on the diagram of the motherboard.  It seems that you need to upgrade the PSU.

  • upgrade of Predator g3 - 710 Zotac gtx 980ti

I want to update my graphics card to a Zotac Geforce GTX 980 TI amp

but I don't know if it will fit so could you tell me if he would and it will make me lose the habit of my warranty I

    Hi Ymcgaming,

While I have no details on the Zotac 980ti, I'd be surprised if it did not. I know that others have installed 980ti without too much difficulty.

Regarding the cancellation of the warranty, you don't void the warranty on your predator product by opening the panels or the upgrade components. Of course, the warranty only covers original parts, and I would say clinging to them for the purpose of troubleshooting if you still have a problem. In addition, the guarantee would be covers damage caused as a result of doing the upgrade, but the modernization bill itself won't cause you problems.

  • HP Pavilion Elite HPE-140f: can I upgrade my NIVIDIA GeForce GT 230 NIVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 (or 750Ti)?

I would like to upgrade my video/graphic on my HP Pavilion AY602AA-ABA HPE-140f.   The vehicle currently has the NIVIDIA GeForce GT 230 and I would go with 750Ti NIVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 or GTX.   Would one of these work with my system?

I have not yet opened the file, but the system is supossedly a mother MS-7613 (Iona-GL8E) with Intel Core i5 650, 8 GB of RAM (I've read the product specifications that some say dual and some say quad... not sure exactly how this works).   I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.   It is 350 Watts.   The hard drive was a 1 to SATA but is shot and must be replaced [it is a different matter].

I plan on adding a blue-ray disc player and use it for some games.   A recommendation for me was the NIVIDIA GeForce GTX 750.   I checked online and am confused with all the different versions and prices from this point.   Any help with specifications or which?    I need (or should) spend anything else?

    Thank you

    Hey Pops,

I suggest that you go back to the person who recommended the NVIDIA GTX 750 and ask for evidence that it works before buying this graphics card.  The NVIDIA GTX 750 even if there a hybrid BIOS will work in some older PCs, but not others.

Games?  Buy the NVIDIA GTX 660 and compare them with the CX600 Corsair or CS650m.

  • Desktop HP-H8-1414: HP-H8-1414, upgrade to the EVGA 750ti

I was reading up on top of a bunch of questions about the upgrade to the 750ti with the similar or same model PC but some people had told MSI is better than EVGA and I would use EVGA to ensure that it is able to adapt to my PC. The exact model, to which I would like to upgrade is 02 G-P4-3751-KR. If there are specific requirements that are needed to upgrade to this graphics card, I would like to know. My PC startup is already set to legacy.

    Thank you.

    Lilaznninja, welcome to the forum.

I don't know much about MSI.  I know, however, that EVGA has an excellent Tech Support.  750ti GTX requires UEFI in the motherboard.  I think your motherboard is ready to go.  I suggest you to contact EVGA Tech Support to make sure it works before buy you.  This will save you paying to return.  Tell them that volunteer forums HP recommends that you call for help.  They were always extremely useful.

  • P6 2030 A graphic 750ti upgrade?

    Hey there.

You are looking for a simple graphical upgrade for this pc, I sat on a 750ti for power General compatibility However im not sure if the motherboard is capable of supporting the new wise bios upgrades phyicaly it seems it shouldn't be a problem, but the only information I can find on the bios is the fact a new an excists he has no information on what is supported or not.

If anyone know's if this model can support an upgrade to a 750ti? the new bios supports this card or even just outa the box support?

    Thank you

    Darkireland, welcome to the forum.

If you go with an EVGA GTX 750ti it may work.  It requires UEFI in the motherboard, but you can contact EVGA to see if there is a VBIOS update that will work with your computer.  HP didn't start using UEFI until mid-October 2012.  Your computer was released in August 2011.

  • ASUS GeForce GTX 750TI install on Pavilion P6 2010UK leads to 3 beeps and black screen

    Hello

I recently tried to install a 750TI Asus GeForce GTX on my HP Pavilion P6 2010UK using a SATA 6-pin PCI Express power connector, but after starting I get three beeps and a black screen. Can someone help me with this please?

As an observation, the PC was working fine before you install the new card.

    Hello

Many of the graphics cards NVIDIA GTX 750 will not work in the HP PC that do not have a BIOS version 8.  Your PC has a BIOS version 7 and I do not expect HP to publish a version 8 BIOS for your PC.

Return the card and try one of the models that should run on a PC equipped with a legacy BIOS.

    Intel I7 - 6700 K OC'd to 4.4 Ghz

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 (this is what I want to upgrade)

    330W external power adapter

    Windows Pro 10

Stock motherboard (I don't know the model)

    Thanks in advance.

Theoretically, it is possible, however, M Dell-Chris said none of the X-51 series computers will be validated in support of graphics cards from Nvidia series 10 x 0.  I think that the amplifier can, however I can't find the FAQ which has officially declared it.  Nevertheless, I would like to use the amplifier in any case.

I just filled in the specifications of your PC in a calculator of tdp and you have enough power to run it, however, you will need to check in your weather case, you all PCI 6 pin connector or spare molex or anything I just upgraded to a 750ti and brought a SATA 6-pin spare

  • HP Envy 750-150: I can upgrade the GPU?

Hey. I was wondering if it would be possible to upgrade my GPU a Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 980 on the HP Envy, as im currently saving up for a GTX 980 and im wondering if I should. Any answer would be useful.

The differences areillustrated here.  Secure boot must be disabled, as will detect a different material. The GTX960 probably comes with the PSU 500W PSU, so you OK because it shows a configuration with the GTX980Ti file.

  • Upgrade gpu on motherboard Angelica 2 problems

    Model: HP-h8-1414

    OS: Windows 8

    GPU: gtx 640 or 660

Hello. I recently purchased this machine and upgraded to a 750w PSU and bought a 640 GPU gtx to upgrade. I also have a gtx 660. Whenever I try to install one of these cards, the machine starts booting and then stops, power light flashes yellow and I heard 6 beeps. The reinstallation of the 640 several dozen times, I finally got to start, but without any screen until Windows 8 logo appears. Two nights ago, I tried to install the 660 and could never go beyond the sound stage. Now, I can't even the 640 to start. Sounds right. Anything other than sound signals. Any advice?

What brand is the gtx, 640 and 660 GTX?

Try going to the manufacturer's web support to see if they have a VBIOS update for your video card that allows Windows 8 support.

The problem you see is likely to be linked to the new secure boot environment. A member of HP's Expert said that EVGA VBIOS updates available on request.
