Out of this is to start the computer with a Linux Live CD or USB key and the copy of the data in the files to external media such as a disk external hard USB or USB key. Linux will not honor Windows permissions. Then delete the files while in Linux. If all goes well, they are not system folders but are only folders you have created yourself. Then start in Windows, create new folders, copy your data to them. If you explain what and where are the files and what restrictions you want to give, we can help you to do this properly.

• Sudden BSoD. Kernel Power event 41 task 63. And other questions...

  While many may be called from a previous thread, I have made, my monitor that's happened wobbly with will power during the boot. I have not solved this issue, by the by, but think it's time for a new monitor.

  However, today when I went to go do something else while leaving the start the computer to the top, I came back and (while the screen was still ongoing and disable this monitor because), I noticed he had a BSoD. But if it is the power supply, what block of POWER of the MONITOR (which I guess would be the problem as the monitor was going to power he has) or power supply of the current COMPUTER (which I really hope is not the case)?   I would keep the old two old 1 GB DIMM unless you really need 8 GB.  6 GB should be plenty.  Try to match DIMMS spec of the old and the new.  Some of the more recent DIMM are made for running on frequencies more slow and with different authorities of certification of compatibility and flexibility.  Correspondence with the old DIMM is the best to ensure things will work.  This does not mean that other DIMM will work with your old DIMMS.  If you are unsure, then contact a Kingston or Corsair memory provider and explain the situation.

  Do you have what brand of RAM installed? Some brands will interrupt in modern Macs.

  It is possible that you hit a cooling fan connector while improving the RAM. Find the system of installation/restore disks accompanying you MBP and use them to run Apple Hardware Test. Instructions here:

  That will be displayed if a fan has trouble.

  I had the same problem with the cursor, but it wasn't a really a problem. This is the reason why the cursor jumped around I touchpad the touchpad accidentally while typing.

  As long as the used with LDAP email addresses match the emails from existing users and new accounts will not be created

  Not quite true.  Be careful when you specify employee_number and/or unique_identifier. By example, if you specify a unique_identifier in ldap.yml is not email address and run LDAP synchronization, it absolutely * will * create duplicate users, even if the emails matching.

  All user accounts will be implemented through LDAP

  All accounts will be marked as 'provisioned from a directory' but to be clear, users do not log * through * ldap.  It is an intermittent user data synchronization.  Socialcast does not query LDAP when users connect and sync tool does not have passwords.

  Their passwords will not change with LDAP, unless you decide to implement SSO, which is a supplement

  Another possibility and more of what Chris suggested - try to make the Navigator Panel visible through Window - Navigator.  The advantage of this is that it tells you which part of the image you zoom-in on.
