My computer has an intel hd graphics current BIOS is 2.15 (he is a pretty good version to have a BIOS update to windows 8.1 hope)... But like what would happen if I update without removing the VGA Driver first thank you.

I have a computer that has Windows 2000 Pro, I can use the disk to upgrade to Windows XP with this OS? It's
an old computer, but it works very well. I want to switch to XP using the Windows upgrade disc. But
in the specifications it lists only 98, 98 Second and ME as an operating system you can upgrade. Thanks John
Provided the specifications of the computer meets Windows XP you can switch from 2000 to XP. If it does not meet the specifications, you may upgrade the computer first or get a new one which is more cheaper today.
In addition, please note that you can only switch to Windows XP Professional. If it is a home edition you have then it will not work. You can refer to the link below on how to update your copy of Windows 2000 to Windows XP Pro.

Can I use the Vista license that I have just upgraded to windows 7 Upgrade a computer is currently using XP?
Can I use the Vista license that I have just upgraded to windows 7 Upgrade a computer is currently using XP?
Lol when you upgrade you send upwards with a license, not two. The license of Vista is subsumed in Windows 7 one and can no longer be used. This is the reason for which an upgrade is cheaper than licensed full.

Hello
Normally not correct you problems by upgrading; you take the problems with you.
And you better not without seeing if the upgrade is possible on your computer.

Can I upgrade my computer Windows Vista 32 bit to 64 bit with the specs of my computer?
Here's a question. I want to upgrade my pc to a 32-bit - 64-bit, 120-750 hdd hard drive and the RAM to 4gbs. is it possible for a 32-bit processor, 512 MB RAM oringally vista home 120hdd?
original title: everything just curious...Hello
Check with your system manufacturer (manufacturer of motherboard for custom systems) to see if your computer
can run Windows 7. If so check to see if it can run 64-bit which has higher minimum
requirements than 32-bit. Finally check to see if the hardware upgrades that you make will be
work in this computer. Don't forget if you spend a lot of money on upgrades, you may have
but could a new computer for the same price. And then you'd have two systems.Windows 7 system requirements

some system manufacturers have the online help and information for the upgrade to Windows 7.Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor - run this http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/get/upgrade-advisor.aspx
Also check the Compatibility Center
http://www.Microsoft.com/Windows/compatibility/Windows-7/en-us/default.aspxTo see if you can run XP, Vista, or Windows 7 64-BIT, you will need to check with the system
manufacturer if it is 64-bit capable. Are there drivers 64-bit for all devices? To run 64-bit you
need 64-bit drivers (and the system must be able to run this version of Windows 64-bit).I hope this helps and happy holidays!

I have improved my week to loast of computer of an Intel Core 2 Duo to an Intel Core 2 Quad processor. Now Windows tells me I need to register my product. When I tried to do, he said that "the failure of key you entered is already in use. To activate Windows, you will need another product key Windows Vista Home Premium. "How can I get MIcrosoft to realize that I have not installed Windows on multiple computers. I just put my equipment?

Upgrade to Windows 10 and upgrade of computer
Hello
I am currently under a license of the retail of Windows 7 Professional on my desk. I improve my card motherboard and CPU to Skylake, but won't be in my parts until the first week of August. I would like to put 10 Windows on my computer upgraded, but I know that the Windows 10 upgrade offer expires on July 29.
I prefer to do a clean reinstall disk cloning only. I do either:
1) upgraded to Win10 now, install my new parts when they arrive, then do a clean reinstall and use my new key Win10?
or
(2) keep Win7 for now, install my new parts when they arrive, try a clean reinstall with a USB bootable Win10 and use my old key Win7?
Also, if I have a retail version of Win7 Pro am I'm going to have problems when I do a clean reinstall on my new motherboard and CPU?
My computer is running Windows 7 or Windows 8, but I don't want to upgrade right now. Is there anyway that I can always get the free update without missing?
See the following: free Windows upgrade on schedule 10 to July 29, 2016 - what are your options?

Original title: upgrade Windows 10
I made an iso file for windows 10. I am waiting to upgrade until all the bugs are being developed. My question is: will the iso file of windows 10 still work to upgrade my computer to windows 7 after the date limit to install the free version?
The ISO will work after the date limit, but you can buy Windows 10 after the date limit, if you don't improve and activate it before that date.
Windows 10 is delivered as a service:
Windows July 10 release - build 10240
Windows Update 10 November - build 10586 (with many updates depuis.13,.29,. 36)
If you want to take advantage of the free offer, you must do so before July 29, 2016.
If you the newer versions are released before then, you can always download and install when it becomes available.
You could also install it now then download updates via Windows Update as soon as they are available.
Task of pre-required
When you make significant changes to your computer for example updated operating system, you must always back up. See the links to resources on the backup by clicking the link for each version of Windows you are using: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1

then
- How to download official Windows 10 ISO files
- How to: upgrade previous versions of Windows using the file ISO for Windows 10
then
- Turn off (preferably uninstall) your Antivirus utility before you perform the upgrade.
- Reboot several times, and then try again.
- Disable the general USB peripherals (for example - smart card reader).
- If you are using a SCSI drive, make sure you have the drivers available for your storage on a thumdrive device and it is connected. During the installation of Windows 10, click on the advanced custom Option and use the command load driver to load the driver for the SCSI drive. If this does not work and the installer still fails, consider switching to an IDE based hard drive.
- Perform a clean boot, restart, and then try again.
- If you upgrade to the. ISO file, disconnect from the Internet during the installation, if you are connected in LAN (Ethernet) or wireless, disable both, then try to install.
- If you are updated through Windows Update, when download reaches 100% disconnect from the LAN (Ethernet) Internet or Wi - Fi, then proceed with the installation.
- If this does not work, try using the. ISO file to upgrade if possible.
- If you are connected to a domain, go to a local account.
- If you have an external equipment, attached to the machine, unplug them (example, game controllers, USB sticks, external hard drive, printers, peripherals not essential).

How to transfer files bundled on my usual computer upgraded the operating system of Windows 7?
I had a problem to upgrade my computer to Windows Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Home Premium, so I got the help of Support technique Microsoft. After much effort, the Tech advises that we would have to do a custom upgrade. He said that he would save my files on the computer in a file called "Windows.old". Now, my computer has a Windows 7 operating system, but I can't find out how to transfer my contact, folders and messages in Windows Live Mail or transfer my other files where they need to go.
Try these threads

Hello
Please contact Microsoft Community. The problem description, I understand that you want to upgrade the hardware and need to confirm how can you keep your operating system. In this case, I want to tell you that you want to keep your drive hard if you do not have to reinstall the operating system and that you upgrade the motherboard too and in the OEM version product key is integrated motherboard, so in this case, you may need contact system manufacturing to re activate your product key.For reference, please see:I hope this helps.Kind regards

I think to upgrade my computer to a mac from Apple. Can I download my programs on the new computer. I currently use a laptop running Windows
Hi,
I see you have a subscription of photography under the enamel even as with the forums.
You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application
You can download the installer for Creative Cloud from here:

Helps to know if my computer can run Windows 8.
I am running Windows XP Pro SP - 3 on a Dell computer that I remember precisely the age. When I try to run the Upgrade Wizard of Windows 8, I get an error message saying that it is not a valid Win 32 application, and it will not work. I was not able to find articles or messages by other people with this problem, so I'm at a loss to know how do I know if my computer can run Windows 8. Any suggestions or ideas?
My computer has a coprocessor 2 GHz and 3 GB of RAM, among other things, it seems that I should be able to make the transition. But, how can I do to determine if I can't run the upgrade wizard? I even tried Googling this issue, which usually find anything and cannot find any reference to this problem. Any help will be appreciated.
Windows Update has nothing to do with upgrading a computer. Please post future questions regarding the installation or upgrade to Win8.1 here-online http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows8_1-windows_install
