URL blocked e-mail

Hello, the message below is from ESET security. They suggested that contact you about this. Also, I have a screenshot of the error message, but did not know how to send it. I don't know what additional information you might need, so please let me know if you need anything that anyone else.

ESET:
"It was a pleasure to speak with you today. As we, we recommend you to get in touch with Firefox for a solution on phishing attacks that occur. Currently ESET blocks these attacks happen. When you submit your ticket, you can let them know that your anti-virus is blocking from Firefox phishing attacks and you have a screenshot of the URL address. "

You visit the ESPN site?

crossdomain files. XML are usually required by the Flash plugin, and in this case, it is located on a CA server that distributes content to the ESPN site.

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<!DOCTYPE cross-domain-policy SYSTEM "http://www.macromedia.com/xml/dtds/cross-domain-policy.dtd">
<cross-domain-policy>
	<allow-access-from domain="*" secure="false"/>
</cross-domain-policy>

So there's probably no need to block this file, otherwise content Flash probably will not work correctly.

  • Restrictions on access to URL blocking works not

    Hi, I have a WRT610N router, I am using for well over a year.  I tried to add URL, blocking access Restrictions screen and it doesn't work, no matter what I try.  For example, I entered just www.yahoo.com, yahoo.com and yahoo, but the router allows me to access the site Web of Yahoo.  I tried to get yahoo under the keyword blocking, but the router always allow access.

    The political deadlock is disables and there is no time to only selected day restrictions either.

    I've updated the firmware today (1.00.03 B15), restarted the modem and still no change in the deadlock.  Any thoughts?

    When you enter the Access Restriction, it of like the implementation of the restriction on the MAC address or IP in the list. First of all, you must enter the IP address range that you want to restrict. So take care to select Deny. All day must be selected if you want to restrict all the time. Finally, the the URL or keyword. Don't forget to save him.

  • Cannot click on URLs in Windows Mail.

    After installing Windows Security Essentials (Vista) can't click on URLs in emails from Windows Mail. Get error message saying Windows cannot find the URL and the browser does not open. Forum Microsoft says that it is a problem with antivirus software. Should I change the window Security Essentials?

    MSE makes no changes, or it doesn't block the URLS in emails. It is a setting of security in the e-mail program or the URL handler to the OS (open with) level.

    What operating system?

    Prior security software?

    No matter what security software installed again?

    A possible reason for this problem is that you have installed entirely or partially on the PC security software conflict. Remove all other computer security software.
    You may need to use a cleaning tool to remove your prior security software:

  • Not able to copy the url of the mail in Mail 10.0

    Summary: Ability to copy the url from an email in Apple Mail lost since the upgrade?

    Hello

    Sometimes I copy the url from an email in Apple Mail in an event in the calendar to find emails that I need quickly at a meeting. I then simply click on the link in my calendar of events a be returned directly to the email in Apple Mail.

    However, the ability to copy the url from an email in Apple Mail seems to be lost since the upgrade. Anyone with the same problem or solution?

    Best regards

    I can provide a workaround solution. Use Wunderlist. It's free. Once you have validated your email, you can forward the email to me@wunderlist and a new task will be added with the attached email.

    Select this option to add items Wunderlist calendar Wunderlist Preferences > accounts.

    I even tried dragging an email on the desktop and choose to share. Calendar was not an option.

  • I get a "MALICIOUS URL BLOCKED" message when you connect to gmail or iGoogle home page, ONLY WITH FIREFOX (not with Internet Explorer). Help!

    For the past two weeks, whenever I connect to gmail or iGoogle home page I get a message from avast! Antivirus (free version) saying that it has detected a malicious site. This only happens when using Firefox. No message is displayed if I connect using Internet Explorer 8. I use Windows XP Pro Service Pack 3, avast! Version 6.0.1367 (updated daily), Mozilla Firefox 10.0. I also use Malware Anti-Malware and SUPER Anti Spyware, bytes that are also updated regularly. The only recent downloads in my system were version 10.0 of Firefox and Microsoft Updates. I even tried to roll back to version 9, no change or improvement. This is the URL that is blocked, as shown in the pop-up message: OBJECT: http://74.50.117.107/js/je.php?u=739ec4a2-4903-4c0d-aee6-bdb3d2cdb87c & a = 200 & i = 111 & s = 0 INFECTION: PROCESS URL: MAL: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe. What worries me, because it barely resembles the horizon, and I do not use IE, it is slower and does not include Ad Block, which I use a lot (apart from the fact that Microsoft is trying to push me to buy Windows 7 * IE9 does not work with XP *, which would require the upgrade my computer and for the moment there is no budget available.). I thank in advance for the help, you can send my way.

    I work with Oracle application express, this tool has a line of links at the bottom of the screen, and this happens very often.

    The easiest way is to use the add-on of status-4-Evar. With it, you can choose to not display the messages of State or URL links, or rather display them in the bar modules or the address bar.

    If this does not work in safe mode and then disable all your extensions and then try to find out who is causing by allowing both the problem reappears.
    You can use 'Disable all add-ons' on the start safe mode window.

  • Blocked e-mail account E

    I tried several times now find my email account, I put all the information as I can, but still continue to be denied, someone has an idea? I lose every day important information, multiple addresses of electronic mail that are important to me are in my account and I have no way to get them, all relevant information concerning these details are blocked.

    What e-mail account - with whom?  You never mentioned that.  You have posted in the Windows Vista Security, privacy and user of forum accounts and if I had not seen dozens of messages exactly like this (with no mention of what they had actually lost - just inference) I * could * (not likely) not having a clue as to what you're talking about.

    Given the similarities, I said - I suppose (although it is still and supported who could go back to being incorrect) you mean a MSN / hotmail / Windows Live account (which has nothing to do with Windows Vista or the security, privacy and user that is referenced in the forum accounts).

    Hotmail hacked? Take these steps
    http://blogs.msdn.com/b/securitytipstalk/archive/2010/07/07/Hotmail-hacked-take-these-steps.aspx

    Good luck.

    Chances are that the free account which had no real connection with you (which could not easily be changed by someone who has hacked the password which could have 7 characters or less and probably had not changed over the years) and probably should never had been used for something drastically important and certainly not without a good plan of backup/backup of the data, etc...  went to you.  You can get it, but if it has been hacked and used for spam and then blocked for this, there is the possibility that all this about has been changed (for example, the answers that you were stating that it was you, addresses of e-mail, he sent in case a password reset is necessary etc.) and history could have been wiped out by the hacker even.

    Point being - if you want an e-mail address to use for something critical/important - a free email address is probably not the best choice for the future.  Whatever the choice of the e-mail address, however, a backup of the e-mail and addresses/contacts, etc somewhere, you always get is a good idea but also change the password periodically and using something - IMHO - 15 characters or more with a combination of capital letters & letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.  :-)
