USB 2.0 LOST CRW

    Check the configuration/settings (BIOS/CMOS) often F2 when you start - make sure that USB is enabled.

  • Cannot connect HP 3050 has J611 wireless or USB

    I just bought and tried to install this printer. Installed the software and got to the configuration section. The HP software does not recognize that the printer is connected wireless, so I tried the USB method-aided and plugged the USB. The HP software detects again a connection, but the printer appears on the Control Panel printer Mac and I was able to print a page correctly. However, as soon as I unplug the USB printer is lost for the Mac.

    What is going on?

    With the help of an iMac (1 year, 6 - OSX Snow Leopard) and a standard BT HomeHub2.0 router. By the way my iPad also does not detect the printer.

    Thanks for getting back to me. I'm afraid it was my fault! When I double checked, I had downloaded the drivers for OSX 10.7, not 10.6. Not surprisingly, with the correct software, the installation program has worked, but thanks for the quick response!

  • USB connection dropped on reboot

    I'm on the merger 7.1.1. and OS X 10.10.3. In earlier versions of the Fusion and OS X, USB connection would survive a restart of a Virtual Machine (Windows 8.1 in my case).

    What is happening now is that everytime I restart the VM, the USB connection is lost and must be reconnected manually. The device is a USB from Panasonic adapter.

    Any ideas how to solve this problem so that the machine reconnects automatically on a reboot as was previously the case?

    Hello Jim,

    Please take a look at your USB to your Virtual Machine settings.

    To do this, go to menu 'Virtual Machine'-> 'USB & Bluetooth'-> 'Settings USB & Bluetooth'-> put a check mark in the box on your device and in the last column, make sure that it is set to 'Connect to Windows' and not 'ask what to do '.

  • Laser Jet Pro MFP 177fw: cannot scan with Laser Jet MFP 177fw Pro

    I have been using my 177fw Laser Jet Pro MFP on a Mac 10.10 for awhile.  Print, fax & scaning all worked.  I can scan is no longer.  I get the message "the scanner has not completed analysis" (there may be another message before that but it crushed until I read.).

    I use a USB cable for the connection.

    On August 31 I got HP Printer Software Update Verson 5.  What is my problem?

    I noticed your post about how you can't scan with your MFP HP Laserjet Pro 177fw on your Mac. And I'm happy to discuss this issue scan for you!

    To confirm that the hardware of the printer is functional, you are able to make a copy with the glass of the scanner of the printer?

    To copy:

    1. load the document on the scanner glass according to the indicators on the product.

    2. close the scanner.

    3. on the product control panel, press the button number of Copies.

    4. Select the number of copies.

    5. press the black start copy button or the button color launch copy to start copying.

    Let me know if it works, or if you see another error message.

  • HP pro 8500: scan

    My HP pro 8500 all in 910 was a straight scan of my laptop (windows 7) and save it in a file. Now, all of a sudden, it emits an error error message when scanning, something like that.  It's never happened before like this.  When I looked, I found that all inks missed color, only black ink is half full.   This level of low ink or lack of inks will scan stop?  I thought, scan and save to a file would not use inks, then why scan stops?

    I need to know before I go and buy inks.  Help, please.

    HP Officejet Pro 8500 has e-all-in-one Printer.is a all-in-one, which means that it requires ink in the cartridges, even if you are scanning. The printer will enter an error state and will not perform other functions until. I recommend that you replace the ink cartridges to resume normal function.

    What is the exact error message that you receive?

    How is the printer connected?

I see that you've tried to reinstall the printer software and also I tried to scan the printer and the software of the printer also. You can also run the utility of doctor print and scan.     To help you better, I need the information about it. Please let me know the operating system of the computer. Please let me know the type of connection. Is it connected via a USB cable or is it wireless?

    Please do a hard reset of the printer. To do this follow these steps:

    • Disconnect the power cable from the printer to the back of the printer.
    • Press and hold the power button on the printer for about 20 seconds to carry out the static electric charges built into the printer.

    Then turn on the printer and try to copy the printer. Do not use the scan from the printer function. Please check if the printer copies fine. If it isn't, then the problem is hardware related, and you have to get the printer serviced by contacting support phone hp by visiting this link: http://hp.com/contacthp

    If it copies very well so we can correct the problem by changing some settings of the firewall on your computer.

    If it is a USB connection, make sure that the length of the USB cable is not longer than 6 feet and follow the link given below for further troubleshooting. If it does not scan, please disable the antivirus firewall and check if it scans. (Mcafee or Norton)

    After the upgrade to El Capitan I can't us the scan function.  I deleted and reinstalled the driver.  Scanner does not appear.  I tried to install HP "Easy Scan" and it says that the scanner is not available. What to do?

  • Want to 4520: Scanner

    the software installed on the line for my desire 4520 and gone with no hitchs on my Mac Book pro 15.   printer works fine.  No analysis at all. I have latest software loaded to update and rebooted the computer and the printer.  message on the computer says "an error occurred communicating with the scanner (-9923)" wireless printing and copy funtions work fine... no other message and unk how to fix...  Any ideas?  Thank you

    I'm wanting a solution to print photos on photo paper glossy professional paper of 8.5 "x 11". When I print pictures jpg landscape as full-page or 8 x 10, about 3 "of the image is cropped at the cutting edge of the photo paper, leaving 3-inch white blank on the trailing edge - in other words, the 1st 3" of my landscape photos are not printed. The truncated print image quality is also excellent, and the top and bottom borders are as expected from my print options selected. Thank you for your interest and your support.

    Good - paint provides the Visual waited.  Have you tried actually printing of painting?  Make sure that the network has not otherwise busy - be different backups, stop or suspend other activities 'network '.

    The USB connection could be useful that the issue is one of the 'blocking' of transfer of data or packet loss.  I guess if the wireless connection is the victim of a "delay" of some sort, and data transferring not enough, fast as the results could include a "partial" like the one you see.

    I believe you can have both the USB cable connected to a system and continue to use the wireless as well.  At the very least, and if the standard wireless setup hesitates, Direct wireless allows you to combine the USB connection with the Direct wireless installation.  Direct Wireless does not require the use of a router.  See the user's Guide, Chapter 3, Page 16.

    I assumed that the decision should be based at least partially on the question of if you want to change your current configuration (it is worth), if the impressions from the 5530 look 'better' than those of the 8600 (updated, of course, the fact that right now you can even operate all the way), and you are ready to deal with anything else that appears as a result of the configuration of the connection double.

    I probably don't do it because there is a printer offering printing well - but I'm already buried in the cables, cords, switches, hubs, backup systems, systems test and connectors.   I'm a little biased against adding more cables.  The smile.

  • DeskJet 3510 questions - wireless and Firmware

    CZ044A printer Deskjet 3510.  8 64-bit Windows. Used the downloaded software install Version 28.8.

    Can connect without wireless or USB with no problems.

    1. impossible to install the HP firmware update recommended.  Tried different downloads, etc. but each program runs, the "Problem detected" screen appears and stops the installation.  He tells me to correct the problem, and then try again.  There is no problem I can find.

    2. whenever I restart the computer, the printer without wireless or USB connection is lost.  The icon becomes "gray" devices & Printers.  I tried diagnoses of HP who finds lost communication.  I have remove the device and then reinstall the printer and all is well again until I restart.  This happens with the wireless connection as USB.  In wireless mode, the printer is connected to my router, or if the display shows.
