  If the e-mail account can be configured as IMAP, you can add the account for both devices and they will keep in sync.

  Did you numbers is synchronization correctly via iCloud on your iPhone?  You could check that the connection of numbers to iCloud is turned on at two places:

  3) are my OS up to date (Mac 10.11.2) (9.2 iPhone)

  On my iPhone, I see in my music library, different ' kind' listed (e.g., classic, recently added, music of the 1990s, etc.) but they are all empty.

  Hello. I noticed that my Notes are not sync between my iPad and my Mac.

  In my iPad I have iOS 9, in my Mac I have the Mavericks.

  I checked in iCloud dot com, and my notes of the iPad are here,

  but my notes from my Mac are not there.

  I'm not sure but I think that this started happening after I upgraded to iOS 9 on my iPad.

  Any ideas that I can synchronize Notes between my Mac and my iPad?

  You must upgrade to a later version of Mac OS X, because these Notes are created in the new application 'Notes' that is only supported by iOS 9 and OS X El Capitan.

  Looks like you got the LabVIEW Student Edition Software Suite DVD.

  It comes with 6 boxes to tools, and the TME product, some (or all?) of those who are windows only (at least 8.5), for example:

  • Toolkit Digital Filter Design
  • Modulation Toolkit
  • SignalExpress
  • ...

  Since you have 8.5, you are missing also a few basic things that only recevied at the 8.6MAC support, like Mathscript, Control design and Simulation and native 3D graphics.

  My support is a USB HD connected to my iMac. It is partitioned to the partition of time machine iMac and I've trained another partition to my Mac Book Air. I want to save the Mac Book Air over my home network to the HD even.

  File sharing, the disc is a shared disk, I can see it as a record of my Mac Book Air, but HD is not detectable as a HD device, so I can't put it as a disk time machine.

  On the iMac, the USB HD showed two devices, for the two partitions.

  Any ideas?

  It is particularly important to the section on storage required to back up:
  

  Time Machine is the built-in Mac OS x backup feature. To use it, you need one of these external storage solutions, sold separately:

  • External hard drive connected to a USB port, FireWire or love at first sight on your Mac.
  • Time Capsule or OS X Server on your network
  • External hard drive connected to the USB port of an AirPort Extreme base station on your network

  Connect the HD to another computer, unless it is implemented as a server, don't meet these requirements, but connecting the HD of a base station AirPort Extreme on the network will be.

  As the proud owner of a Mac ro 4.1 (updated to 5.1 and 2 X of Hexa-Core Xeon X 5670 CPU) I "suffer" a restriction.

  And it is now old and really slow USB 2.0.

  I would like to add a PCI USB 3.1 and I spotted the ASUS USB 3.1 PCI card.

  Of course, this card is given only as compatible with Windows...

  But I've seen a few reports of people claiming to have inserted this card in their Mac and have used successfully with several devices.

  It seems that these reports are under "Yosemite".

  I was wondering if they are always good with El Capitan...

  I put the card in the Mac.

  It seems to be recognized by the Mac Pro.

  In fact looking at the system information, under "PCI" give "Expansion USB card".

  BUT:

  -No USB key I have insert mounts;

  -No USB stick plug mounts;

  -my mouse lights

  -the keyboard does not work...

  So I'm wondering if:

  -El Capitan has got rid of the first USB support 3.1 to Yosemite?

  - Or if my card can be default somehow?

  -If this behavior can be caused by updates, I made (Mac 4.1-5.1 online) + 8-Core CPU-online 12 Core CPU?

  Replying to myself: the card is functional.

  And the material is not at fault.

  How will I know?

  Simple: my Mac can dualboot on Mac or Linux Debian.

  So I just started in Debian on the same Mac Pro.

  Guess what? Without having to install any additional software, the card USB 3.1 is perfectly recognized under Linux.

  To remain decent, I will remain silent and will not say what I think Apple tries to limit the use of their devices without the need of technique to do so.

  I will now try to start to Yosemite to see if it allows me to use the card.

  iMessage used to sync between my iPhone and my computers very well. I was also able to answer incoming calls on my iPhone with computers. It seems that, just at the time I upgraded from Yosemite to El Capitan (or maybe iOS 9.1) synchronization no longer works. I tried pretty much everything I read on the forums, but nothing works. When I go into SETTINGS, MESSAGES and TRANSMISSION of MESSAGE TEXT on my iPhone and select the Mac Mini or MacBook Air, it will activate the program MESSAGES on the computer, but it won't send a code.

  Dear NOR-Experts,

  I wasn't sure which Board to post my question, so if this isn't the right place please accept my apologies. Be a too-unskilled computer user, I tried in vain to approach a converter A/D of NI USB-6008 of in MATLAB R2012b on a Mac OS 10.8.3 for quite a while.

  Searching through the internet (http://www.binghamsite.com/miscellaneous/matlab-mex-and-ni-usb), I learned that the General path to follow is to use the mex from MATLAB command to compile code written in C in the programs included by MATLAB. By following the instructions provided on this site, I ran mex - configure, edit the mexopts.sh file and was able to compile the file simple timestwo.c for test purposes.

  I then tried to do the same for the data acquisition example .c files provided with the package OR-DAQmx Base (3.6 v). I have been informed that mex objects require the inclusion of the header of NOR-DAQmx Base (NIDAQmxBase.h), so I tried to run

  MEX - I ' / Applications / National Instruments/NOR-DAQmx Base/includes ' acquire1scan.c

  Compilation fails producing a lot of information, I do not understand (see attached file). However, the error messages

  "Error: this platform is not supported, because long is not 4 bytes." or

  "Error: this platform is unsupported because int is not the same size as long."

  appear repeatedly. My Macbook uses an Intel Core i5 processor that is 64-bit, if this may have something to do with it.

  Any suggestions on how to get this race would be very appreciated.

  I think that MATLAB 2012 for OS X is a 64-bit only application, which will not work with 32-bit data acquisition Base driver.  There may be older versions of MATLAB who have a 32-bit version on Mac OS X, it would probably work with the method described in your link.

  agree General information, I am an architect of LabVIEW, been drawing code almost 16 years on the PC. A customer needs a MAC OS data acquisition system - I use a new MacBook Pro with a NI USB 6218 OR DAQmx Base 3.4 (btw this download of NI DAQmx Base came with C examples only and not LabVIEW, whats with that?) In any case, after a bit of a learning curve, I have the voltage reading material (Dev1 / ai0:7) (unfortunately) is not as robust as it is on a PC, but it works. The 6218 is 32 channels SE or 16 differential, but if I try to play 16 channels (Dev1 / ai0:15) I get the following error:

  Error 200077 specific configuration of terminal of input value is not valid for this channel

  I'm attaching a VI small I used to get the material upward and running.

  This is not the appropriate channel list. When you select differential, ai0 is paired with ai8, ai1 is paired with ai9, etc.. You don't list the second string in the pair, so for 16 channels, you must specify Dev1 / ai0:ai7, Dev1 / ai16:ai23
