  I just bought the model tuner TV USB Toshiba px1211e-1tvd and whenever I turn it on I get a blue screen error on my hp Pavilion dv6821el pc... dv6000 series.

  I tried to update the BIOS and the driver of my pc's display, but without results...

  The USB device is properly installed and the program (savvy tv) included with the cd as well, but I still get the Blue error screen...
  The operating system is Windows Vista...

  What can you suggest me to do folks?

  The BSOD appears usually due to a hardware problem problem or software commutabilite.
  I think in your case it s a software problem and I recommend updating the driver.

  The new driver could be found on the European driver Toshiba page in the Options area.
  On the driver page choose this:

  * Options-> Office Accessories based-> tuner TV USB hybrid TV Tuner Windows Vista 32 bit *.

  There you can find Savvy TV driver.

  As with all Toshiba devices, you can download the driver from the official driver of Toshiba download page:

  Options > Office Accessories base > TV Tuner > DVB Tuner

  There is only one available driver for Vista but it should work on Windows 7 too. It would be nice if you write comments ;)

  I don't know if this will help you, but on the Toshiba download page I found software for tuner TV USB for Vista 32 bit - check HERE.

  I didn't test it with my USB TV tuner (I have the same). What I did is to install it with WXP CD delivery. Vista later offered to me to find the Vista driver automatically.
  I just followed link offered and all goes well. You can try the same thing.

  I have the same tuner but I almost a year now. I also had CDs with driver WXP and old aware version. To be honest, new version was bad for me.

  I then installed the older version (from CD) on my Vista laptop and installed the right driver. At first Vista told me that I have to search online on link listed and I've had success with it.

  So now, if I put the USB TV tuner into the USB slot and start Savvy I try to place the antenna in a good position to get almost all the Green symbols for the power of the signal. After doing this just choose your country and start the channel scan.

  First of all I must say that I am in the UK

  As the title says I'm unable to receive UK DTT HDTV using Windos Media Center. I have 2 tuners cards in my pc, both are AverTV Digi Super 007 M135D and AverMedia specifications say that the card supports supported HDTV. My graphics card is a Nvidia GT220.

  Windows MCE seems to work OK, so I think that the problem lies in the tuner cards or my graphics card.

  I hope someone out there on the interweb can help and guide me in the right direction.

  Are you sure that more digital channels are available in your area and you are sure that digital signals are strong enough to receive them properly?
  To my knowledge if the digital signal is too low, you will not be able to receive properly.

  When I plug a USB on TV, I can access it without problem for the container, but if I go to the TV or other connected device, I can't go back to USB.

  -Do not insert/remove the USB device during use.
  -MENU is probably not available during playback.
