  I solved this.

  Device-USB controllers-online standard uninstall online Manager pci improved to (do it twice) usb host controller, and then the scanner hardware change and let the win7 to reinstall the drivers.
  Updates were corrupted somehow the drivers, you need to fix manually.

  Thank you for your message.  Try to go to your computer manufacturer's website and download/install the USB drivers for your specific computer.  It must ignore having to install the drivers through the Device Manager.

My cooling package (product name: Laptop Cooling Pad NSB;) HYCF-6181-2 model number) is to disable my USB ports when I plug. If I leave it unplugged and restart my computer, my USB mouse is still working on a port. Also tried using my USB and other devices. The problem is my block of cooling that strangely disables my USB ports, whenever I plug. Thank you very much for your quick response, fortunately the answer might help me in the future.   Have you tried to run the Aero Troubleshooter? If this is not the case, try this:

  1. open the control panel

  2. go in the system and security category

  3. go to the Center of the Action

  4. click on the link to solve common computer problems

  5. click on appearance and personalization

  6. Select Aero

  He must either correct the errors problem or the State to determine the cause.

  If the Aero Troubleshooter is not the thing, maybe it's just that the Aero feature has been disabled by the update. Try this:

  After you install Windows, the Generic USB controller drivers are installed. My mouse & keyboard as planned work & that are each recognized as "compatible mouse/keyboard HID."

  After I installed the Intel drivers for root USB controller, the mouse & keyboard stop working and are classified as unknown. Shortly after, they are considered HP USB Optical Mouse & HP USB Standard keyboard, however the drivers never properly install and they remain under unknown devices with a yellow exclamation point.

  I have searched high & low for these device drivers, they do not exist. I installed the drivers for all of the materials appearing on the site of the seller. This has happened on several computers, laptops and desktop computers.

  I've done all the troubleshooting I can think. Uninstalled all the controllers/USB hubs & restarted. Switched USB ports, I tried new mouse & keyboard, wanted Windows updates.

  The only way I can make it work is if I use the generic Windows drivers, who then recognized the mouse & KB "HID compliant". It seems that if I install Intel drivers, it recognizes the mouse & keyboard more in detail and he wants specific drivers to continue.

  Any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  I have a BOUNCING problem with usb ports on my qosmio g50-10 h.
  There are two ports on the right side of the machine and I have 2 self-powered 7 centers of port (usb 2) attached to these.

  Every now and then to stop it from ports and of course all the parts a unregcognised, not found.
  I get error messages saying unregognised device or usb device stopped working or windows stopped device etc.

  Unplug the hub and repluging it ususally actually come back to life.

  Try this and see if the USB device is disconnected, as you mentioned that using the external USB hub.

  I understand that you have a problem with the display and wanted to help you!  I see only after an update, the external monitor no longer works.
