Use firefox to access Amazon doesn't let me put a product in the basket. I don't have this problem with IE HELP!
When I click to add a product to a basket on that I wonder to click continue to make sure that I really want to do. This only happens when I use Internet Explorer. I talked to Amazon about this and they don't seem to know why this happened. So frustrating! Help, please. Thank you.
From what I found in a search on the web, it is designed to occur if you make your purchase on the site of an Amazon affiliate instead of directly on Amazon.
If you are shopping on Amazon itself, two thoughts:
(1) you may have an outdated cookie value. To clear your Amazon cookies (note: this will disconnect you), you can do: while displaying a page on the site, try either:
- Right click and select View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies".
- ALT + t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies".
In the dialog box that opens, you can delete cookies from the site individually.
Then try to reload the page and add something to your cart. Any difference?
(2) you have an add-on which is injected in your shopping to try to get a percentage of your purchases.
Please, try the SafeMode as indicated above and see if that changes anything.

If I quit firefox and then restart your computer and access the page, I can go to the web site. Then very quickly, the 123 find program takes over.
This happens at home, I have all the info here. Finally, the problem is solved by running malwarebytes. I've deleted and reinstalled firfox and the problem reappears. This occurred because the Trojan horse was in the plugins folder that was not deleted when firefox has been removed.
After that the Trojan horse has been deleted by malwarebytes, the problem is not happening yet. -
Hello.
I can't access google in any browser ( Chrome, Explorer,Firefox). It just does not load. But i don't have any problem with any other sites. Actually i could even access google just yesterday.
I tried to delete the cookies, anti-malware software installed, I deleted the cache, I erased the history etc... Basically, I tried everything that was suggested on previous questions, but nothing helps.
I would really appreciate if someone could help me.
Thank you.INDY1391:

I built my site with Joomla.
It seems nice butinto firefox browser the text jumps a littleFrans
Thank you all for the very quick responses.
The problem is solved in my opinion, by cutting the module.
I will remember all the recommendations and maybe I can do something with it in the future.
Because I know what the problem was, I took the site offline because the problem for you is no longer visible.
For the disabled module, I'll have to find another option.
Ticket can be closed.Thank you

I can't view a PDF online when I use chrome. The screen flickers.
When I open the file using safari. This is not the case.
This problem appeared only recently.
could someone help.
The ability to look at a PDF is built into Chrome, and if she's not digest a PDF file that can manage other applications, it is on Google, or the incompatibility of the additional features you have recently installed in Chrome. You use the latest Chrome?

Since a recent update of Firefox links to several Web sites is no longer working. They used to be fine and I liked Firefox. The problems do not exist with other browsers such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome. Specifically, on talktalk.co.uk news links do not work, any more than those in 'my account '. On Barclays.co.uk the link to print my statement works no-same on MBNA.com
There are several solutions proposed around the internet, but all are complex, so far none have worked and I don't see why I should have to make the suggested adjustments. Firefox has been great - now, it is not. The problem seems to be the update. Please help me get my Firefox where it should be.AFAICT then who are perfectly normal links on the news page
The http://www.talktalk.co.uk/ opens if I click the guide Link TV/news on the https://sales.talktalk.co.uk/ page.
If I right click on a link and use inspect element to open the Inspector then I see that there is an event onclick on the links (annex 'ev' button), so make sure that you are not blocking JavaScript.
Start the computer in safe mode Windows with network support (on the startup screen, press F8) as a test to see if that helps.

On several occasions, I have installed the new Flash Player. However, when the use of Firefox continues to ask Web sites (e.g. maps.google.com, etc.) to download the new Flash Player. I did so completely and repeatedly and restarted.
I don't have this problem with other browsers.
There are 2 versions of Adobe Flash; an ActiveX version for IE only and a plug-in version for most of the other browsers like Firefox. On a Windows system, you must always update both individually. You don't have the Plugin version installed for Firefox, if you did, you will see "Shockwave Flash" in the Add-ons > Plugins.

When I try to install Firefox, I get an error "could not open the output file. I used Firefox before and it doesn't work anymore, so I uninstalled. Cannot re - install now.

When you click on the download link on GetFirefox.com, you should be asked if you want to run or save the file. If this situation occurs when you try to run the download, try instead to record and put the file on your desktop or in a similar place, where you are certain that you can find.
When the download is complete, try double-clicking on the downloaded file in the normal Windows Explorer (browse your way to the file from the desktop). This should start the installation.
If, in the Explorer window, you notice that the file seems to be missing the Firefox icon orange/blue, right click the file and select Properties. The image should look like the attached picture (except that mine is in Danish, but that is irrelevant) if saved correctly - if it don't look like this, would you please describe the content or attach a screenshot of the box. Especially what it says under "File Type" - it must be 'program '. If this isn't the case, will have to focus on what could be the problem here.
A bit off-topic, your Internet Explorer seems to be quite a bit outdated (IE 6, where the current version is IE 8), so I highly recommend that you try to run Windows Update to get your system up to date. Is it as a society (such as a thin client Terminal Server computer) system, this is not possible, and most likely, your system administrator will have to help you.

Firefox 4 doesn't let me keep my bookmarks in the sidebar. Can I open them there but as soon as I click somewhere else, they disappear. On previous versions of Firefox I could view my folders of bookmarks on the left side of my screen and just leave them there, to access saved bookmarks when I needed to. Now with FF4, I can open a vertical column of my bookmark folders by clicking on bookmarks in the navigation bar, but it will not stay there; If I click elsewhere that they disappear. I could put a bar of bookmarks on my screen, but it takes more vertical space. I have a lot of horizontal space that is unused. How can I return to the display of bookmarks in previous versions?
{Ctrl + B} opens and closes the bookmarks bar, which will remain open until you close yourself - even when you actually close Firefox, it should reopen the next time to launch Firefox without having to do anything.
