  I am looking for a way to determine the age of the current contact during execution of the script. Something like a stage that would match the current age of current contact in a few seconds, then that could be stored in a variable and a value of trigger in an If / then. This could be used to trigger a backup CSQ overflow (if contact is longer than 90 seconds, then route the call to the queue of backup). Normally I use a loop and simply count the number of times that I spend in the loop, but for a specific application, it would be preferable to use the age contact instead. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

  I saw some Powershell through all the events and find the event of creation, but this method is not ideal, as I understand it he can get confused by the software version upgrades, and the events cannot be kept according to the parameters.

  Yes, if execution of a DB maintenance work it will clean the old events to the database.  So this isn't really a question PyVmomi or SDK, but just the fact of the actual event is cleaned from the DB.

  Disc creation timestamp is not a bad idea, which is creative.  I guess that the negative exists, you will not be able to get who created the virtual machine, just at the time of the creation.

  If you have control of your virtual machine creation process, you can add tags CustomValue in vSphere for the virtual machine for the creation date.  I had a few customers who have used a daily workflow script or vCO for the events of VMCreated, to transform them into CustomValues (so they don't get carved on a DB maintenance task) and works well (since it is rare that you will have VM events wiped in the period of 24 hours of the script/workflow task).

  I decided it was cool to have nested clusters. For example, all of the analog data, I read in my review is in a single cluster, which consists of categorical clusters (IE 'pressure', 'temperature', etc.). Now is the time to save data in the .tdms file, and it would be really handy generate a pair of paintings in this cluster 'root' containing all the digital control labels and their data.

  I found this thread, http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/Is-there-a-quot-Get-Cluster-Names-quot-VI/td-p/666555, that uses a property node to retrieve the control labels in the root certification cluster. It's great, but I only get the labels of nested (and none of their items) clusters.

  My lab-fu is not strong enough to find an elegant solution for this. I can brute force of unbundling and indicators, then using the property noted separately on them... but I think there must be a better way!

  The attached VI is my best effort to solve this. It works, but I fear that it is not the best code for the following reasons:

  1. am I really allowed to point to elements of the façade at RT will be deployed this Subvi in one executable startup?

  2. If the Subvi is in a loop, what should I do instead of 'build array' in order to avoid the memory use? All examples use it I read so much about how I shouldn't... and what the functional alternative?

  Here's a version that uses the variant screws, will take care of any level of nesting and work on RT. The use of Delete of table and table to build is not too efficient, but should not be a problem if you only run this once when the program starts. If you use the Type Cast to convert a cluster in a table as shown here, all numerical values should have the same representation (IE do not mix single and double-precision floating points, or integers (ints) and floating point values), otherwise you will get weird data without warning or error.

  

  Also, your original code had a displacement uninitialized register. Pay attention to that - if you were to run this code twice, the second time that the table of data labels would be twice longer as it should be, because the shift register would be initially contains the values in the first round.

  None of the libraries above seem to provide access the number of traditional DAQ hardware

  Background:

  I have a 18 PXI chassis containing 2 DMM, in housing 3 and 14.

  The DMM may be a mixture of type OR-4060 or NOR-4070.

  The system is controlled by a Teststand sequence employing IVI - DMM

  steps.

  When you set the IVI logical name step, I am referring to IVI device defined Sessions

  Max - rutime determined.

  Labview VISA functions using I can determine the model, i.e. 4060 or 4070.

  Because the DMM just locate into the slots 3 or 14, then the devices NOR-4070

  PXISlot14.

  I don't think there is just a function that you can use to identify and collect information on all cards with your. For traditional DAQ devices in particular I suggest using the Information.vi of DAQ devices get.

I finally locate a guaranteed HP page that allows me to type in the serial numbers of 10 or more and get a report of the beginning of the warranty and end dates. I guess the warranty start date would be coincinde with the date of purchase or close to it, so I'm happy with this info.

  The link you have provided today with computer laptop page wanted to give me the number of the product and serial number and unfortunately the reports that I have to go have that the serial number, make and model, the detailed characteristics of the speed of the processor, the memory installed, current BIOS installed, but no number of product so it is not as useful I fell at last on the page.

  As far as I know, up to the 5.0 OS, the methods used in the Network Diagnostics tool are the best API available to do what you want.

  I suggest that you ignore the Thread amardeepjaiman has referenced, despite the title, there is no discussion on the change of the type of connection depends on the force.

I know you can use % ROWCOUNT to determine the number of rows returned far+, but it's not really help me because I need to know this information before I start to do any treatment.

  I regularly get a 'word' document on which I run a "FindChangeByList" that cleans and formats the text with a number of GREP/text searches.

  One of the lines of research converts a particluar to the text string to a paragraph style "Callout_3" (the most common legends).

  This style applies to paragraph NET, above and below the line, to create a block/strip of color that says text is reveresed.

  The problem I have, is that the style (due to the rules of paragraph), works well if the paragraph has x 3 lines of text.

  I have updated styles in place for any eventuality - Callout_1 (for the single line of text), Callout_2 (for x 2 lines of text) etc.

  I'm looking for is a script that can count the number of lines in the paragraph (once the "Callout_3" style has been applied) and then change the style accordingly the number of lines in each paragraph/legend.

  Any other thoughts?

  No, he needs to access real paragraph finds it to count the number of line of this paragraph. FindChangeByList Find/change regular strings together, and you can not search for a certain number of lines.

  ... Nothing. Because the style can be within a group, I wrote this little function. The findStyle performs a loop on * all * paragraph styles in the document, the root and in each group and returns the first style with the name that you provide in the function call (tested!).

  So if there is a 'Callout_1' style anywhere, it should find it... Are you sure you put the name at the top of the script? I've seen in a post later that it is actually called "Callout_1line".
