  You can use Streamclip for most cases, but to play MPEG-2 files, like. VOB files, and to convert them to other formats, you should buy the reading component QuickTime MPEG-2 for Mac OSX, you can get online from the Apple Store for $19.99.

  I was wrong.  I think OS6 for the 9650.  Without a data plan, it's a bit more involved to date, however.  You must wipe the device completely and then reload the OS from scratch.

  Throw this open to the community for the chip, but off the top of my head... think of something along the lines of:

  Create web applications 3,

  1. Product (the fields product name & ProductID)
  2. Postcode (box Desc fields & zip code)
  3. Freight rates (fields FreightRateID (composed of ProductID_ZipCode), freight rates)

  Create a search form web app for Web App freight rates with:

  1. Select product, with options of web app 1 using value ProductID.
  2. Select ZIP Code, with options of web app 2 using postal code for the value.
  3. Hidden FreightRateID field.

  Once a visitor has chosen their product and their zip code using javascript concatenent the ProductID selected with selected postcode.

  Once submitted, it will search the Web app for a freight rate that corresponds to the selected product and zip code, IE. FreightRateID.

  To facilitate the entry of freight rates, maybe add 2 data source fields to the web application of freight for the goods and postal code rate.

  Select product, select ZIP Code then enter freight rates.  (FreightRateID can be created and filled in same way as the above search)

I read another post referring to a member of this forum on the site of VueScan for 3 third-party drivers, but I don't see my scanner model specific it. I see 5300C and 5370c listed.  Does anyone know if the driver or the other of these would work for the 5400 c?

  And someone has other ideas for this problem? This seems to be a large problem of customer service that HP should be confronted. I really love my scanner and hate having to shell out $ grave on top of the $ I spent on the computer itself.

  Windows 7 was not able to find the driver for this scanner.

  I downloaded the following driver from the HP Web site (which is for XP and windows 2000)

  After the installation of this driver, I reconnected my scanner to the computer. This time, windows 7 are driver and installed.

  I installed and then started HP Scan Pro 3.1 by using "Run as Administrator". Run normal gave me error but this way it worked perfectly for me.  I use 32 bit Windows 7.

  b. do you get errors trying to run the game in compatibility mode?

  Look for error messages in the event viewer. If you find error messages after return the exact error message so that we can help you better.

  Well, I know that the issue is long-term... believe me, it's a long, but as they say, the devil is in the details. Anywho, the question is, my grandfather has a HP laptop, which for two years has been able to run through a Linksys switch to his router and connect its printers to his laptop. About two months ago it suddenly doesn't work like that. Now, it works fine if it plugs directly into the router/Ethernet. My uncle suggested that the switch was bad, but after testing the same port, cable and all, the switch worked well for him. ' GRAMPS really needs this answered, but someone else, it is called can not understand and now I, in turn, ask you all for what you can offer. Here are the ideas that we have already discredited.

  -Switch bad: as above, is that this particular laptop, even under identical conditions, the works of my uncle very well.
